Happy Monday! I hope you had a lovely and relaxing weekend. I spent my weekend studying, battling allergies and sinus issues, and trying to earn a trusting relationship with the outside kittens. I took the sixth test for my class and got 100%, which I was happy about. I seem to battle with allergies and sinus issues year-round, which is challenging, and I am aware of the cause, but there is not much I can do about what is causing these issues. One of the side effects of the medication I take for Multiple Sclerosis has to do with allergy and sinus troubles, but I decided it is better to deal with the side effects and not let my condition progress. I know there are other medications available to treat my condition, but I am confident that Gileyna has kept it at bay and as calm as possible. As for building a trusting relationship with the outside cats, it remains a challenge and a work in progress because they are feral cats and have not had much interaction with humans, so they are scared. I will continue to remain patient and hope for the best outcome!

As we begin a new week, we must find the most motivating way to handle the challenges we will face throughout the week. Every day of every week, we will experience new challenges and must find a way to overcome them. There will be times in life when we do not know how to accomplish this, but the encouraging and remarkable thing is we will when the time is right! Something everyone will go through is new challenges that appear impossible to overcome, but once we do, we should feel proud and remember what we learned from the experience. Every impossible challenge we overcome builds our strengths and perseverance. Of course, we might not understand in the heat of the moment the strength we gained during the challenging experience, but someday, all the pieces of chaos and challenges will come together and complete the puzzle. For those of you reading this now who are battling with any illness, YOU have the power to do anything YOU set your mind to. Even if you do not struggle with an illness, life can be a constant battle and can be a struggle, but you survive.

Is there anything you are looking forward to this week? Is there anything you are dreading about the week ahead of us? The only thing I dread is the constant increase in the temperatures. I know the first day of summer is Thursday, but my goodness, temperatures have already been incredibly hot, and it terrifies me it will be getting worse. I must get back into the mindset that anytime I have to leave the house, it is best to go first thing in the morning or after the sun sets. Another trick I learned a few years ago was to start the car and let it run for a few minutes with the air conditioning running before attempting to drive anywhere. For any of you who are heat intolerant, there are things to do to prevent getting too hot. Another crucial thing to do is always keep a cold bottle of water with you.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I shared, and the quote increases your motivation. I will never force anyone to do so, but I do enjoy reading your comments. I will respond to all comments as quickly as possible! I have class tonight from 5:30-8:30, but I only have class via Zoom twice a week, so it is not that bad. I hope you have a wonderful start to your week, and it only gets better with each day that passes until the weekend returns. Please never forget I am always sending y’all LOTS of love❤️, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes🌈!
