Let It Go Friday!

Let’s Enjoy A Safe And Happy Weekend!

Happy Friday y’all! How was your week? I know you are all probably looking forward to the weekend, I know I am! Is it just me or are the weekends continuing to get shorter? Sometimes the weeks feel incredibly long and then the weekend is over in the blink of an eye. I guess maybe that speaks volumes and I am just getting old!

Now that the week is coming to an end, it is time to let go of anything negative that occurred during the week. There is no use allowing for negative emotions to derail the weekend we all look forward to. I think the only thing that really happened to me this past week that was negative was my frustrations with myself. I can admit that I tend to not only be my own worse critic, but I am also way too hard on myself. I know this is something I need to work on and I promise I am trying! I do hope the quote I want to share with y’all today will help you let go of anything that might be causing you unpleasant emotions and help you enjoy your life and weekend to the fullest!

I love Maya Angelou and I really hope you enjoyed her quote! I am looking forward to reading your thoughts and promise to respond as quickly as I possibly can! I have several more of Maya’s quotes to share with you in the next few weeks!

Thank y’all for visiting my site today! I hope whatever your plans are for the weekend, you will do everything you can to keep yourself and family safe. Unfortunately, we still have not seen the end of COVID-19, so this means we all need to work together by practicing ALL the safety practices the professionals are telling us! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and many positive vibes!

Pick Me Up Thursday!

Let Us Welcome Friday Eve!

Happy Friday eve y’all! How has your week been? I hope you are having a fantastic week and you are looking forward to enjoying a happy and safe weekend! My week has been busy and I am still learning more with my role with my new company. I still think the people I have the pleasure of getting to know virtually, of course, are pretty great. It is definitely a different experience from my last time working in the mortgage industry and more than just that I am working from home and never meet my co-workers face to face.

As our week is beginning to wind down, do you have anything planned for your weekend? Considering COVID-19 is still pretty bad in the state I live in, I am probably going to refrain from leaving the house. Honestly, everything that needs to be done is right here in my house, so there is no need to risk mine or my husband’s life by going out in the public. As I am still getting used to working full-time, I am also trying to develop a better blogging schedule. It isn’t easy because after working an 8 hour day in front of a computer, I am battling with being exhausted, but I know I will get there in time.

With the week almost over and there is one more day to get through, I think a little pick me up is what we all need. I hope you will find the quote I am sharing with y’all today uplifting and it offers you the pick me up you might need! I would love to read what you think about this quote and I promise to respond to all comments as quickly as I can.

Thank you for visiting my site. I do appreciate all those that have stood by me and continued to support me. I do enjoy reading your comments and your own posts. I feel that only way we can all success is by always supporting one another. I have been trying to find different topics that would be interesting and beneficial to everyone to have more information on, so if you have any ideas I would love to know! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and many positive vibes!

Motivational Monday!

Another Monday to Shine Bright!

Happy Monday y’all! I hope you had a lovely and safe weekend! Are you ready to begin a new week with a positive mindset? I am not sure how many people actually love Monday mornings, but they are a fresh start and have endless possibilities! Believe in yourself and you can accomplish anything you set your mind to! Please just always keep your chin up and know you deserve the best life has to offer!

I think y’all know this about me already, but I think we should start the new week off with a motivating quote. I think there are some quotes that can really give us the start we need and then each day afterward will only get better! The quote I am sharing helps remind us how important courage is and the different ways courage can be beneficial to our daily lives. I would however love to have the chance to read your thoughts on it and I promise to respond as quickly as I can, which might be after 5:00 when I get out of work or I might be able to on my lunch break!

I know I say this is most if not all my posts, but please stay safe! Unfortunately, COVID-19 has not calmed down at all or even gotten a little better. I think things get even more dangerous every day because people are just tired of dealing with all the safely protocols, but a little extra work can be what keeps you safe. Please make sure when you are out of your house that you are wearing a mask, practicing social distancing, sanitizing everything, and wash your hands many times throughout the day.

Thank you so much for visiting my site today! I hope your week starts off great and gets even better each day that follows. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and many positive vibes!

Random thoughts Sunday!

As the weekend comes to an end…

Good evening y’all! How was your weekend? I hope you had a great and safe weekend! I will be honest, I did not do much over the weekend. I think y’all already know that I do my best to not leave the house because I am terrified of COVID-19 and unfortunately, the state I live in is not doing the best with new cases and deaths. I don’t even leave the house to go grocery shopping because hardly anyone wears a mask and NO ONE respects social distancing, which I find very irritating because I am HIGH RISK!

Considering I try not leaving the house, I have been ordering my groceries online and having them delivered. Last weekend, I did the same thing I always do with grocery shopping and had an awful experience. I try to never complain because the people doing the shopping for me are really doing me a favor and I would even say keep me safer. However, when I request to be contacted when the store does not have the product on my list in stock and not make substitutions on their own, that is what I expect. This always worked so well each of the four previous times I did the online ordering, but last weekend nothing went the way it was supposed to.

Even though last weekend did not go well, I ordered again online for delivery yesterday. The lady sent me a text when she started the shopping and when the store did not have what I requested and when she was done and on her way to my house. I thanked this lady, Norma many times. I even told her why I wasn’t going to stores. She told me she understood and that her mother has MS. I thanked her several times during the time she was shopping and she actually bought me a small flower arrangement. I was so shocked and wanted to share this with y’all. Norma restored my faith in good people in the south!

Honestly, I have spent several days wanting to write about something and couldn’t get the words out. It was driving me crazy because I had a few days without work and I wanted to be able to do what I enjoy doing, which is writing. I have been struggling with a few topics that have a lot of meaning to me, but that also comes with a terrible amount of anger. I have always been a kind, caring, and happy person and do not like being angry. What has been going on in the country I was born and raised in is terrible and very upsetting. Politics is frustrating and I know we all have our own opinions on it. It doesn’t matter if we are Republican or Democratic, what matters is fairness and treating people equally and with respect.

Something else that has been weighing heavily on my mind is this situation with Jeffrey Epstein (who is deceased) and Ghislaine Maxwell. The connections these awful people had are deep within the rich and powerful people of the world and that includes politicians. The awful things Epstein and Maxwell did to young girls was traumatizing and life-altering to them. NO child should ever see or experience what the young girls that were lured into Epstein’s circle did and anyone and everyone that was involved should pay the consequences to the fullest of the law. This is a very sensitive and difficult subject for me and it had caused me a lot of anger and sadness!

Normally, I hand write all my posts first and then type them. I know how insane that might sound, but it typically works for me. I feel more connected with what I am writing when I do it by hand, but I am doing this post by typing what I am thinking and not over thinking it like I tend to do, so I hope you can feel what I am writing as deeply as I do. I would really love to read your thoughts on this post and I promise to respond as quickly as I can.

I hope you enjoyed your weekend and you stayed safe! Have you ever noticed how long the work week can feel and then how short the weekends are? Granted I am enjoying my job and love that I get to work from home, especially considering COVID numbers are on a steady increase daily. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and many positive vibes!

Let It Go Friday!

HAPPY FRIDAY!

I hope y’all had a lovely week! Are you ready for your weekend? Do you have any plans? Like always I have no plans at all. Honestly, after working all week I am looking forward to having no plans. I have no where I have to be and no time that I am required to wake up! Of course, even though I do not have to get up at a certain time, I still will not sleep in because I tend to just wake up at the same time every single day. This can be a little frustrating because at the end of the week, I really need to be able to catch up on sleep at least some!

We all have those times during the week when we might be feelings little frustrated with work, home, traffic, etc. With our weekend beginning tomorrow, today is a great day to let go of any of those feelings so we have a better chance to enjoy the weekend. Weekends are already short enough, so there is no point carrying unpleasant emotions into it and losing out on anything great! I hope the quote I am sharing with y’all today will help you to let go of any negative emotions and help you enjoy the weekend to the best of your abilities. I would love the chance to read your thoughts on this quote and I promise to respond as quickly as possible!

Thank you for visiting my site today! I hope you have a great day and your weekend is everything you want it to be. Please just remember to stay safe by practicing all safety protocols. I know I say this to y’all in every post, but it is because I care and do not want anything bad to happen to you! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and positive vibes!

Pick Me Up Thursday!

Friday Eve sounds much better than Thursday!

Hello y’all and happy Friday Eve! How has your week been? Maybe I am going crazy, but this week has gone by extremely fast! This was my third week with my new job and I am still enjoying it. I have learned a lot and there have been days I felt like I was on information overload, but I say that in the best way possible. Even though I am still loving my job, I am very glad it is almost the weekend!

I do not have to get up insanely early, but I do still have an annoying evil alarm clock. The funny thing is I am normally up before the alarm goes off. I think it is because in my mind I already know how much I hate that sound and I just wake up about 10 minutes before the alarm would go off. The sound of the alarm is so awful to me, I don’t even let the microwave go off. Crazy, right?

With only one day left before the weekend is here, I think we could all us a little pick me up. I hope you will enjoy the quote I am sharing with y’all today. I found it pretty uplifting and hope it will give you the pick me up you might need to get through another day of the week! I would really love to read what you thought about this quote. With so much negativity and tragedy that is happening around the world, I think it is crucial for all of us to find ways to hold onto positivity and happiness!

Thank y’all for visiting my site today. I hope y’all have had a pleasant week and you are continuing to stay safe. Hopefully your day is lovely and not stressful at all because none of us need stress in our lives. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and many positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Happy Monday y’all! I hope you had a nice enjoyable and safe weekend! Are you ready to start the new week? The new week will bring us a chance to begin again and anything that happened last week is in the past.

How was the weather where you are? Where I live, it rained for a little while on Saturday and again on Sunday, both days were insanely HOT! There once was a time that I loved summer time because I love the beach, but I don’t know if it is because I am getting older or if temperatures are getting hotter or maybe it is the combination but I dread summertime now. In the south where I live, you are not able to walk outside for one second and not feel like you just took another shower. The daytime highs are normally in the high 90’s, so it really is miserable.

I think it is always important to begin our weeks with a positive mindset. I mean we all know there is enough negativity in the world, but we have a choice to not get involved with this! This is one reason why I love sharing a motivating quote with y’all every Monday. I hope the quote I am sharing today will serve as a motivator to you and that your week will get better with each day! I would love the chance to read what you thought about this quote!!

I hope your week starts off well and you are feeling the best you possibly can. I am so glad that I do not have to leave my house with as hot as it is going to be this week. My previous MS Specialist always used to tell me how awful the heat was for me and I never wanted to believe him, but he was very correct! The heat makes me feel terrible and causes twice as many dizzy spells, which isn’t any fun. I hope you are able to stay cool and not have to deal with temperatures that are too bad!

Thank y’all for visiting my site today! I always appreciate your continued support and love reading your comments! Please stay safe when you are not in the comfort and safety of your home. I also hope you never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and many positive vibes!

~July COVID-19 Information~

~The Truth About COVID-19~

I have honestly debated with myself for the past week if I should or shouldn’t write this because I want to steer clear of negativity as much as I possibly can. I must have started and stopped writing this at least 15 times, but I do feel this information is crucial and really needs to be shared as much as possible for the safety of human lives. There have already been so many people that lost their lives because of this virus and things urgently need to change.

My husband is a wonderful man and has always been very supportive of my writing and dreams of doing more with it. For the first time when I explained to him earlier in the week what I was planning to write about he actually deterred me from writing anything negative about the president. Let me clarify this, he did not deter me from writing negatively about the president because he supports him because like myself he doesn’t support that man at all, he just did not want anything I wrote about to negatively impact my life in any way. What I am actually writing about today is so much bigger and more important than a simple man like the president. I am writing about what most people worldwide have lived in fear of for the past 6 months, COVID-19.

There have been many false claims made and a vast amount of important information that was either not shared or it has been forgotten or it was not taken seriously. When the president of a county isn’t taking something seriously, none of his followers/supporters are going to take it seriously either, which in the United States where I live is an enormous problem.

If you are like me and you do not care much for politics, think about what you would think if your favorite musician was not taking this virus seriously. Would you follow how that person behaved or would you think the musician was out of their mind? Now think about how people you know and care for are behaving towards this virus. Do you have family or friends that are not viewing this virus seriously? Thankfully even though my mother supports the president she does understand the severity of the situation we are in here in the United States.

The COVID-19 numbers in the state I live in are steadily increasing without fail. I tend to think it is because I live in a mostly Republican supporting state with only a few exceptions. Recently, I spoke to one of our neighbors at the mailbox and she flat out said that she thinks the virus is a hoax. Of course, I always keep 6 feet distance between myself and anyone else that doesn’t live in my household.

The many things I find irritating when I do have to leave my house, which is not often, is that so many people do not respect others with social distancing and hardly anyone wears a mask. I just do not understand, except that neither the president nor vice president wears a mask. Nonetheless, people should appreciate the science involved and listen to the experts.

Recently, I saw that the United States has been the worst-affected country with more than 3.6 million diagnosed cases and at least 139,960 deaths. It is terrifying how many innocent or uneducated people have had to lose their lives because of this awful virus. How many people need to die before everyone will do what is necessary? It is easy to wear a mask and if they do not have a mask, wear some kind of face covering. It is even easier and doesn’t cost a thing, practice social distancing. Even in the south where I live in the United States, stores have markings on the ground indicating where 6 feet is, but yet many people still can’t maintain the 6 feet that is required.

I think y’all know by now that I am a very emotional person, which explains why it is hard for me to not breakdown in tears when I hear about someone that lost someone they love to COVID-19. It is the people’s life that has forever changed because they have to learn to live without someone they love.

Some spouses have lost the person they promised to love, honor, and cherish for the rest of their lives. Some parents have lost their child or maybe even grandchildren. How can anyone see this and not understand the urgency of wearing a mask, practice social distancing, disinfect everything they touch, and or wash their hands multiple times a day?

Most of you that have read my posts also know that I have Multiple Sclerosis and that I take a medication that weakens my immune system which means that I am at a very high risk of contracting the virus that is causing so much fear and stress throughout the entire world.

I am thankful for the job that allows me to work in the safety of my home. I am thankful for my husband that always supports me and does his best to protect me. I am thankful that my mother and stepfather are aware and staying safe from the virus. I am thankful for the intelligent people the United States has, even if those people are not always listened to because without these people we would not know what we do know about the dangers this virus has the potential of.

I want to ask each and every one of you to stay safe and follow all the safety protocols that we have been made aware of. I completely understand how uncomfortable it is to wear a mask, but I also think a little discomfort is worth your life and safety. No matter what everyone else is doing or how different you might look, please always wear a mask when you leave your home!

I know parts of this post might have seemed a little negative, but I hope you were able to see the positive within my words. I want to thank you for taking the time to read this information and I hope you will always stay safe! I worry about my family, friends, fellow bloggers, all humankind, and animals because animals can get COVID-19 just like we all can.

I hope y’all are having a lovely and safe weekend. I would love to read your comments on the information I have provided. I promise to respond as quickly as I can and within no more than 24 hours. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and many positive vibes!

Let It Go Friday!

Let Go Of Your Negative Energy & Enjoy Your Life!

Happy Friday y’all! How was your week? This was my second week at my new job and things are still going very well and I must say that I am working with some pretty great people! It is definitely different being able to work from home. I mean, I do not need to make my hair or makeup look nice and do not even have to wear uncomfortable work clothes. I will be honest with y’all, I do still put makeup on, always let my hair air dry, and wear comfortable loose clothing! I LOVE it!

Now that we have made it to another Friday and the weekend is near, it is time to let go of any negative energy we might be feeling. Negative energy doesn’t need to be work related, maybe you had a disagreement with a friend or family member. Disagreements can happen with anyone, which is one reason it is best not discuss sensitive subjects with family, such as religion and politics! Regardless of what negative feelings you are having, it is best to let them go and not carry them into the weekend with you! Weekends are supposed to be relaxing and happy! I do hope the quote I am sharing today will help you release any unpleasant feelings you are experiencing and you are able to have a wonderful and safe weekend!

Thank you for visiting my site today! I hope you enjoyed the quote that I shared and I do look forward to reading what you thought about it! I hope the last day of the week is a good one for you and you are looking forward to the weekend. Please, whatever you do over the weekend, stay safe by following all safety measures. I hope you never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and many positive vibes!

Pick Me Up Thursday!

Viewing Today as Friday Eve Makes it Better!

Happy Friday Eve y’all! How was your week? Tomorrow will make two full weeks at my new job and I still think things are going rather well. I honestly have not done great with blogs other than my typical Monday, Thursday, and Friday posts, but I am still going to try harder next week. It has been challenging because last week I learned one way of doing my job and this week we are learning another new way. There is one post I went back and forth and then would start it and then through it away many times. I have made the ultimate decision to follow through with my initial plan and write about a topic that is close to my heart and and very meaningful to me and once it is published, I hope you will also find it to be meaningful!

I am going to keep this pick me up post shorter than normal because I have been fighting a migraine most of the day. Even though I do not feel great right now, I still wanted to share a pick me up quote to hopefully great you through one last day of the week. I am going to look forward to reading what you thought about this quote!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you have a wonderful day and you stay very safe. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and many positive vibes!
