Inspirational Wednesday

The weeks continue to get longer or at least they feel that way, so I think it will be better to just think about today as the halfway point, instead of Wednesday! How has your week been so far? All I will say is that I am ready for the week to be over! I am not saying it has been a good or bad week, just semi-disappointing. This is at no fault of anyone else, it is setting my standards and expectations too high, so it is my own fault. The higher we set our standards and expectations, the more likely we are to be disappointed. Normally, I keep these lower because it is a safeguard for myself.

Even though we survived the first part of the week, we do still have the last part to go. Hopefully, the second half of the week will be much faster and easier. I think a little inspiration would help with the rest of the week. What do you think? Unfortunately, everyone deals with difficult and challenging times in life. There is no use crying over spilled milk because those tears will not make anything better in life. Hardships and failures should be used in a positive way. We can learn from anything we do not succeed with and instead of allowing this to discourage us, we should use these lessons to encourage and inspire!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you found the quote that I shared inspiring and that it helps you at least get through the day. The important thing is to not dwell on there being a few days left until the week, but that we will get to enjoy another weekend soon! Think about what you are looking forward to doing this weekend! I am looking forward to reading your comments and I will respond as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Reasons Spending Time Alone Is Good For Us!

Whether you are an extrovert or an introvert, spending time alone can be beneficial to everyone. Of course, not everyone enjoys time alone because it might cause some to feel lonely, but in time the benefits will outweigh the negative. I am without a doubt an extrovert and do enjoy spending time around people and learning from what our differences might be. However, I also do enjoy spending time by myself. It is also true that surrounding ourselves with those that lift our spirits is helpful and often crucial, there are also several benefits to alone time. The following are just a few reasons solo time can be advantageous and valuable.

1. Time alone allows us to recharge. Trying to balance our daily obligations, family, and friends can be extremely challenging and energy draining. Allowing ourselves time to give ourselves our full attention to doing what we love and enjoy can be particularly useful. Taking time to recharge will not only help us, but it can benefit those around us as well because we will feel energized and happier.

2. Our lives can get chaotic because of our busy schedules. Spending time alone can provide us with time to contemplate what is going on currently, what has already happened, and even what may happen in upcoming events. Taking some time to take a break may help with social situations, where we are at in life, and the necessary time to reflect and grow as a person!

3. Spending time alone creates more independence. This is a start to relying on ourselves and trusting our abilities. Learning our abilities will provide us with a stronger sense of independence, which is a great feeling and an amazing accomplishment in life!

4. Trusting your thoughts and ideas will become easier. After you can find your independence, it is necessary to make decisions for yourself, instead of requiring others’ input and advice. It can be a little terrifying at certain times, but trusting your instincts and intuition is beneficial. Once you feel comfortable with your opinions and thoughts, it can help illuminate and clarify who you are and who you want to be in this life.

5. We have all heard that old saying “Too many cooks in the kitchen”, well the same logic applies in all aspects of life. Spending time alone can provide you with more productivity. Being alone, with only your thoughts allows you to create your ideas and execute them the way you want to without the input from anyone else. Alone time helps you develop and understand your strength and what you have to offer this world.

6. After having a little solo time, we can feel a deeper appreciation for others once spending time with friends, family, and even co-workers again. This can provide a strong impact on our emotions and be more energized and attentive when we spend time with others.

Tranquil Tuesday

We Need More Tranquility Daily For Our Sanity!

Happy Tuesday y’all! How has your week started off? My week has actually started pretty great, except for the ridiculous pain in my legs. I am thankful that I do not need to leave the house and do not have to walk much, but it still hard to deal with. Honestly, if I did have to leave the house and go to an office, I might not be able to because the pain in my legs is just that awful. Anyways, enough of that negativity and onto more positive news! Things with my job are going very well and I have even been requested from at least one of our lenders. I have made nice with them and really enjoy working with the lender!

We have made it through one day of this week and have four to go! From how the week started, I am thinking it is going to be a good week! I have my first appointment with my new neurologist on Thursday and thankfully it is virtual! I have heard nothing but great things about the new neurologist, so I am actually a little excited about it. I do not want to get my hopes up too high because I do not want to set myself up for disappointment, but we will see how it goes! From my own personal experience I know the typical personality of neurologists, but hopefully this one will be different.

To try to maintain the much needed tranquility we all need during these very challenging times, I have found what I think is a great quote. I do look forward to reading what you think about it though because your opinions matter so much to me! I find your comments truly amazing and insightful! I will do my best to respond to all your comments as quickly as I can, which might not be until I get off work.

Thank you for visiting my site today! I hope you are having a good week and of course, you are staying safe. Times with COVID are unfortunately getting even more scary, but as long as we are following what the experts are suggesting we should be okay! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

~Inspirational Wednesday~

We Are Half-Way There!

WOW, what a week! I can’t believe it is finally Wednesday and we are halfway until we finally get to the weekend! How has your week been? I hope you are having a great week and keeping yourself positive! For some reason, this week has been a little exhausting, but good. I know that doesn’t make a lot of sense because how can an exhausting week be good, but I enjoy being busy and doing well with my job!

With us being halfway through the week I think a little inspiration would help us get through two more days! I love the quote I am sharing with y’all today because it does hold a lot of meaning. I am looking forward to reading your comments and I promise to respond as quickly as I can!

I hope your week is going well and that y’all are staying safe! I am not sure how concerned y’all are about the virus, but it terrifies me. I do everything I can to keep myself and my family safe because I worry about my weak immune system. We have all heard those with weak immune systems should be extra careful because if we get the virus, it could potentially be deadly. I am not really ready to chance my life, so I stay home 99.99% of the time. If I do have to leave my house, I always weak a mask, practice social distancing, and wash my hands multiple times a day. Thank goodness for Bath and Body Works having great specials!

Thank you for visiting my site today! I always appreciate your continued support and love the great conversations we have! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and many positive vibes!
