Motivational Monday

Well, it appears it is that time again, and we must start a new week☹. I am not sure where the weekend went because I swear it seems like it was just yesterday and I was excited for the weekend. It is funny how things work the way they should and go by in the blink of an eye, but those things we all dread, always return to torment us. Did you have a nice, and safe weekend? Honesty, my weekend was very unexciting and even a little miserable. Today, it would be so nice if we could be offered a do-over like they do in movies and TV shows.

What is the best way for you to begin a new week with strength and motivation? I know the weeks can be overwhelmingly exhausting, but it is important to move past that negative emotions and try to view the next days as seven days of opportunities. I am just as bad as anyone else when it comes to Monday morning but, if this dreaded morning does burden us, things would be far worse. We must remember something crucial in this life, we matter, and no one can take away our powers or our self-worth!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you had a lovely weekend, and you have a wonderful week! I Try to remember, if one of the days this week makes you feel like failure, you are NOT a failure and you live to tell your story. I am looking forward to reading you comments and I will respond as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Happy Monday, y’all! I hope you enjoyed your weekend, and that you are ready for the new week to begin again. My weekend was quiet, which was nice because it allowed me to recuperate from last week. For many reasons, last week was very long and stressful, but I am hoping this week will be better. I am honestly not sure I could handle another week like last week because it was that awful. The funny thing about some bad weeks is that a lot of the reasons for them being so bad is because of choices we made, or rather did not make. Something I have learned the hard way is, no matter how long it takes for us to make the right choices, it is never too late. Most of the time, the only one to blame for life not going the way we want is ourselves!

At the beginning of a new week, I think it is important to find a way to stay motivated. Yes, I know that is not easy because that also means letting go of the weekend, but we do this every week and it should get easier. I am not saying that it is easier, but we are used to this now! I hope you will find the quote I am sharing with you today motivating and helps make today a little easier. Unfortunately, it seems many people have found power in insulting others, but that is not the way we should be because this behavior does not and never will unite us. The only thing the negative behavior of insulting people will ever do is, create more hate and animosity with everyone around the world. We can do better than this!

How do you feel about change? I do understand that some changes can be terrifying, but a world without change is not the way we should remain. If we cannot accept changes, we would have never left the way people thought in times when people were not treated as equals. I do know there are many people, especially in the United States, that think people are not their equals, but why is this? How many wars were fought for equality? Too many have died, and we should learn to think differently. There are some changes we all need to make in our lives, so that we can live a happier life, and yes, that can be scary. However, without the necessary changes, we may never know what true happiness is!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared with you today and the quote helps start your week off in the best way possible. I hope your week goes well and that each day gets even better until the weekend returns. I am looking forward to reading your comments, and I will respond as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Today is the beginning of a new week, and I hope it is an amazing week for you! How was your weekend? My weekend was quiet and uneventful, which for me, is the best kind of weekend. We might enjoy our jobs, and some may even love their job, but the workweeks can be extremely long, and exhausting. I do love my job and the people that I work with, but things are busier, which does make the days go by faster! We are not always going to love everything about our jobs or even everyone we work with, but we can try to make the most of it. What do you enjoy and dread most about the workweek?

At the beginning of each week, we should try to always do our best to embrace the week the best we can. Staying motivated and positive are a few of the best ways to do this. Yes, I do understand how difficult this can be, but we can try to put our best foot forward. I hope the quote that I am sharing with you today will provide you with both motivation and courage. Life can be very unpredictable and challenging, but if we try to view life the way this quote portrays it, things may be a little more pleasant. No matter what happens in life, whether positive or negative, life can present us with opportunities. Not all of these opportunities will be seen easily, but if we open our eyes, and stay optimistic, we might be surprised! The more open-minded we are, the better things will turn out!

What are a few things that bring you the most happiness in life? Are there certain things that you can do that will reduce any stress that you might be feeling? I could be having one of the worst days and all I must do is, spend a little time with our cats. We have three amazing cats, and they each have their very own unique personality. The ways that I try to reduce any stress I am feeling is to read a book by one of my favorite authors or write about what is causing my stress. It would seem that writing about what is causing my stress would be counterproductive, but it helps me to release those feelings.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared and it helps to start your week the best way you possibly can. Even if the first day of your week is not the best, I hope with each day your week will get much better. I am looking forward to reading your comments, and I will respond as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Hello, and welcome back to Monday! How was your weekend? Of course, it was far too short, but let’s hope that this is going to be a good week. Unfortunately, I am going to be working longer hours this week due to a doctor’s appointment I have on Wednesday afternoon, so I will have to leave work a little early. I love my job, but working longer hours is going to be exhausting. Today, one of my co-workers will be out and she is the one I work closely with, so I am sure it is going to be a super busy day, which will make the day go by faster, or at least I hope it will!

Today is the beginning of a brand new week, and we will hopefully, be presented with many new opportunities. I know that it is never easy to let go of the weekend, but it is something we do not have a choice. With that said, I always believe we should start the week with motivation and in the best mindset! I hope the quote that I am sharing with you will provide you with motivation, and help you through the first, and most challenging day of the week. I think kindness and positive energy are often overlooked, and so many make little effort to even try. I also believe that it takes more energy to be negative, plus it is exhausting!

I mentioned before about the writing competition that I have questioned participating in, but the deadline for this competition is Friday. I have the article completed, but I am still unsure if it is good enough or if the judges will just laugh at my efforts. I am not sure why, but I do second-guess my abilities. I tend to focus more on what I think my weaknesses are and overlook what my strengths are. One thing is for sure, I lack confidence in my abilities. I do not know how to change this, so I would appreciate any advice you may have regarding this.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you had a lovely weekend and you have a wonderful day. I am looking forward to reading your comments, and I will respond as quickly as I can. It is the beginning of the week, so there are several days before the weekend will return, just remember, go easy on yourself and try to not push yourself too hard. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Hello, and welcome back to another Monday! I hope everyone had a nice and relaxing weekend. I am always so thankful for the weekend, but after what felt like a never-ending headache/migraine I had most of last week, it was just what I needed. Thankfully, I finally started feeling better yesterday, and the evil head pain had lessened to a pain I was able to tolerate much better. Isn’t it crazy that when you deal with something that is so miserable and painful so frequently, there is a level of pain you find tolerable? In life, I deal with pain 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but the headaches/migraines are the only form of pain I am unable to deal with!

Today is the beginning of a new week, which I hope is better than last week. Regardless of how last week went for us, I think we should always at least try to begin a new week with the best and most motivated mindset. I hope you will find the quote that I am sharing with you motivating and that it helps you start your week the best way you can. Even if today does not go the way you had hoped it would remember anything you were not able to accomplish today, you can try again tomorrow. Take each minute of the day to appreciate what you can and will do this week, and never listen to anyone that may tell you otherwise.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed the quote I shared with you today and it provided you with the motivation needed for a new week. Most of us do not enjoy Mondays because it means the weekend has ended, but maybe this week will provide us all with many opportunities. I hope you have a wonderful day and I look forward to reading your comments. I will respond to all comments as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Welcome back to another Monday and hopefully, this week is not be as excruciatingly long as last week. How was your weekend? Do you have anything exciting coming up this week? My weekend was very mellow, partially because of how incredibly high my pain levels were. It did not matter what I did, rest with the cats, clean, read, (try) to complete my essay, or attempt to sleep, the pain refused to ease up. I almost forget, due to the Gileyna (the MS medication) messed up the shipping of my order and it will not arrive until Tuesday, which means I will be without AGAIN, for almost one week!

As we enter a new week, I always feel that it is SO important to do so with a positive and motivated outlook. If we anticipate nothing but negative things, unfortunately, that is what we will be forced to deal with. However, if we maintain a positive, motivated, and optimistic view, good things are more likely to occur! The week needs to include little to no stress or negative, and NO mean and ugly behavior! After you read the quote I am sharing with you today, I hope you feel the power, and it provides you with everything you need to handle another week!

I hope your week is filled with nothing but the happiness, love, safety, courage, determination, and compassion you deserve. The world is a terrifying and chaotic place, and I am unsure when it will improve, so until then must be mindful, kind, and understanding toward others. We need to remember what it means to be non-judgmental and unpleasant to anyone with different opinions. This might sound insane, but I told someone the other day the world would be a better and more loving place if only cats ran the world. Animals are nothing but pure love and we need much more of this!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared, and I am looking forward to reading your comments. An important thing we MUST remember and hold close to our hearts is to NEVER push ourselves too hard, and avoid stressing over things that we were unable to accomplish or had no control over. If y’all have any advice on how to have more confidence in yourself, please let me know. The article for the writing competition I am doing is due on May 5th, and I continue to think that I am not good enough! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Hello Monday, y’all! I certainly wish it was still the weekend because like always, I am not 100% ready for the week to return! I had planned to work on a few posts and put the finishing touches on my article for the writing competition, but I did not because I had zero energy. I would prefer to be able to be at 100% anytime I write anything, especially for y’all to read, as I do not want to waste your time. I am not good at taking a break from everything and just relaxing without feeling a need to accomplish something. This also includes sleeping in or at least taking a nap, which I did manage to do on Saturday! Who would have thought that these things would help physically and mentally? I never enjoy the rain when I have to work, but it rained all day Saturday and was a little chilly. The nasty weather gave me an excuse to do nothing, and it was amazing!

Even though I would love one more weekend day, it is not an option, and we must start the need week. Many times in our lives because of doing the same old thing, just a different day, we may begin to feel stagnant in life! Some tend to feel like their knowledge is high enough and they do not need to try to increase their knowledge further, but this is not true. Learning can be an amazing thing and even exciting. Too many do just enough to survive and make it through each day, but if we think about it, there is always something else we can do. Maybe we can offer to help someone we know is struggling, which could make a tremendous difference in their life. It is NOT about doing something to help another person to get recognition but to do what is right. Humanity and kindness have taken the back burner with so much, but I think it is past time to bring these important things back to life!

On the weekends, do you ever take a break from reality and get lost in something else? Maybe you get lost in a movie you have always enjoyed or maybe watch reruns of your favorite shows. I think most Lifetime movies are relatively the same and just nonsense dramas. Almost everything Lifetime movie I have ever watched helped put me to sleep, which was great on Saturday! Most Sundays, I will watch reruns of Law & Order Special Victims Unit. I think I have seen every episode of this show at least three times, but I enjoy them because it is the only time we can see what “justice” is supposed to mean!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared and the quote offered you a little motivation to begin the week. Of course, Mondays are not the most exciting day of the week, but we can hope to discover some new and amazing opportunities! I am looking forward to reading your comments and I will respond as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

This often happens too quickly, but happy Monday to y’all! Not only is it amazing how quickly the weekend flies by, but it is already April! The weather seems to be changing, but in the south where I live, the temperatures remain higher than I would like. Is there anything you are looking forward to or dreading this week? There is a new process beginning with my job, and it starts today, but I do believe it is going to make things better. Of course, it might take time to get used to, but I think my team will be fine! I would say that I am looking forward to seeing the outcome regarding the former President’s indictment, but logically, I do not see this going the way that it should. I guess we shall see!

I do not believe anyone looks forward to Monday, but at the start of the week, we should try to find a way to be motivated and optimistic! When we feel optimistic, we tend to feel better about ourselves, right? In this world we live in, it is easy to get discouraged. Unfortunately, so many people talk down to others and try to make them feel as if they are not worthy. This type of behavior is distasteful, to say the least, and should never occur. I strongly discourage this type of unpleasant treatment of others. I believe when people put forth an effort to make others feel bad, they are battling their own demons. This is no excuse for treating others badly, but many times it seems to be true. I hope the quote I am sharing with y’all today reminds you that YOU are a good person and deserve to be treated kindly!

I prefer to avoid watching the news because there seems to only be negative. It breaks my heart to see how much hatred and evil there is in this world, and a lot of this is happening daily in the United States. This is a country that claims to be the home of the free and the land of the brave, but the news shows something completely different. Women are NOT free to make choices for their bodies, it is shamed when people of the same sex are in love, parents must fear when they send their children to school because of the numerous school shootings, and healthcare is terrible and extremely expensive. Why is it so hard to be kind and treat others with respect? Why does there have to be so much violence? I choose to be positive in life and stay away from negativity!

Thank you for visiting my site today! I hope you enjoyed your weekend and you have found what I have shared motivating! Take each day this week slowly and remember to take care of your needs because YOU matter! There are two other posts that I am working on and hope to have posted this week, one is about Stress Awareness Month, and the other is about seasonal allergies! I am looking forward to reading your comments and will respond as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Friday Eve!

Happy Friday Eve, y’all! I had to stop calling this post, Pick-Me-Up Thursday because I prefer to bypass that and think of it as Friday Eve. For me, this helps me know the week is almost over. Of course, I have been looking forward to the end of this week since Sunday night, so I need all the help I can get! How has your week been and are you looking forward to the weekend as much as I am? I had mentioned that Tuesday was super busy at work, which I did know was due to several other people being out because yesterday was back to not being as busy. Today, I have an hour of training for a new process at work, which should be interesting.

Even though I am not calling this post-Pick-Me-Up Thursday, I still believe we could all benefit from something that will help us through the rest of this week. I hope the quote that I am sharing will serve as a pick-me-up, inspiration, and motivation! Allow me to explain why I love what this is saying as much as I do. I think most of this has to do with how our society is and why people care way too much about how much money another person has, their social status, or what their job title is when none of those things matter in the bigger picture. The only thing that truly matters is how we treat other human beings because NO one is better than anyone else!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared and that you found the true meaning of the quote. I would love to read your comments, and I will respond as quickly as I can. Of course, my response will probably be when I get out of work today. I hope you have a wonderful day! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Here we are again, at the beginning of a new week! I hope you had a nice weekend and are ready to start this week with the best mindset possible. I know most of us are not excited about the new week, but we have an opportunity to accomplish some amazing things. Of course, it seems like it is going to be another long five days, and maybe that is partially true, but maybe this week will be the best one yet! Yes, I know the weekends are way too short, but the weekend will return, again!

I know it is not easy, but it is best to begin the new week motivated and determined. I want to believe this week is going to be a great week for all of us. I hope the quote that I am sharing with help provide everyone reading the motivation needed to get through the week, and that each day will get better. We are all more than the way we look on the outside, and our souls are much more important and much more beautiful. This is the only thing that will never change no matter how much we age. We all need to treat others with respect and kindness, which will not only help, us to stay motivated but may also motivate someone else to do more with their lives!

How was your weekend? Did you manage to do something that makes YOU happy? Or, was your weekend spent doing what makes others happy? I find it is easier to make others happy because that makes me happy. I want to make sure those around me have what they need in life and that I have been able to take care of them. The one HUGE thing that happened for me over the weekend was, I slept in past 7 AM!! This rarely happens!!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared and I hope you have a wonderful day! I do look forward to reading your comments and I will respond as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!
