Motivational Monday

Another Monday and another short week for me! How was your weekend? Technically, today is still part of my long weekend, so I am thrilled! Of course, being off from work for a few days means tomorrow will be crazy and probably a little stressful. The long weekend was supposed to be more than what it was, but at least I had some time to relax and unwind. Today is “supposed” to have something exciting happen, but I will keep you updated on that.

It is important to start each week with a positive and motivated mind, which I do know can be difficult. The world is a crazy place and that can cause too much anxiety. I am hoping the quote that I am sharing with providing you with a sense of motivation! With all the negativity that we see happening in the world, we need to try holding onto what matters to us. We need to be willing to learn and not ignore things that we do not understand. Other people may think in a different way than we do, but those are the people we can learn the most from!

Is there anything you are looking forward to or dreading this week? Disappointments are difficult and emotionally draining, but we all experience them. How do you handle disappointments? I feel like when we have high expectations for people, we are only setting ourselves up for pain. Honestly, most of the time I have low expectations for people because I am trying to protect my emotions. However, for people that are close to me, I still tend to have higher expectations. I guess I cannot blame anyone but myself when I get sad because I was let down by someone.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope your week starts well and only gets better with each day. Remember to try to not allow yourself to get overly stressed about the things you have no control over because you will only be hurting yourself. I am looking forward to reading your comments and I will respond as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Well, ready or not Monday has returned again and without any delays. Our weekend has come and gone by so fast, and we must begin a new week. I hope you had a nice weekend and you are ready to start this week with a positive mindset! This week is going to be a short week for me because I took Friday off for my birthday. Of course, considering it is a day off during the week, I do have something to take care of. I have to take our older cat to the doctor, just for his routine check-up, so it is not a big deal. Unfortunately, he hates being in the car, so the less than a 2-mile drive will cause him a great deal of stress. All I can say is, at least I will not have to work and deal with the work craziness😊!

We might not be feeling too optimistic first thing on Monday, but hopefully, that positive mind will return after a short time. I do hope the quote I am sharing with you will provide you with some motivation and builds your optimistic mind again! I found this quote interesting and agree with it 100%. Life is so short and we are never guaranteed tomorrow, so it is best to live each day like it is your last. If we are constantly living life with regrets or not aiming to achieve our biggest goals, are we really living life to the fullest? I do not think we are. Today is the first day of the week and the last Monday in September, we should try a little harder to do what brings us joy. We should always try to be kinder to others because we do not want to miss a minute with those we care about.

Do you ever experience stress or sad feelings about things going on in the world? I know I do have strong emotions about things and they tend to trouble my mind. I often do not think there is anything I can do to make changes, but I do want to try to make the world a better place. I know it will take more than just me, but I know everyone reading this has a HUGE heart and wants the best for others. One thing we all can do is help others in need when we can and reach out to people we have not spoken to in a long time. Maybe a simple call will change that person’s day for the better and make the smile😊!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared with you and you saw the meaningfulness to the quote. I am looking forward to reading your comments and I will respond as quickly as I can. I hope your week starts well and each day gets even better until the weekend returns again. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

It is amazing how fast Monday returns because it feels like it was Friday just an hour ago. All I can say right now is, where in the world did the weekend go? Although it was obviously too short, how was your weekend? I think there must have been something floating around in the air because the last few days have been a little challenging. Life cannot always be sunshine and rainbows as we all experience rainy dark days. The good thing is we find ways to work through the bad days so that we can enjoy the good times when they return because they always will just stay calm and remain patient😊!

It does not matter if we are ready or not, but the new week is here and we must try to approach it with as much motivation as we can find within us. I know it is not easy, especially because the weekend was short and a little stressful, but I also know we have the strength to do so! I hope you will find the quote I am sharing with you today motivating, encouraging, and inspiring because that is what we need at the beginning of the week. Although the world might be filled with unpleasantries and ugliness, there are also many beautiful and amazing things as well. Sometimes it does take distancing yourself from the negativity before you can view the beauty!

How was your weekend? I hope you were able to relax and anything you did brought you happiness😊. I am still so happy that the temperatures seem to be getting better and not so insanely hot, but I also know that Mother Nature can change at any moment. Many people do enjoy summer because of those amazing beach vacations, which I do love, but I do not enjoy the ridiculous 90-100 degrees. The first day of Autumn is this week, which is my favorite season. The temperatures get a lot more pleasant, not too hot and not too cold, they are just right😊!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared with you and you found the quote meaningful. I am looking forward to reading your comments and I will respond as quickly as I can. I hope your week begins well and only gets better with each day that passes until the weekend returns. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Monday has come back around a little too soon, but here we are! I hope you had a good weekend and are ready for the week to begin again. Unfortunately, it does not matter if we are ready for the week or not because it is here and we have to tackle it the best way we can. For some reason, I hardly got any sleep this weekend, so I was pretty exhausted. The only good thing is, that the temperatures are getting slightly cooler and we are not dealing with the high 90s. I just hope Mother Nature does not have some kind of temper tantrum meltdown and those awful temperatures return!

We are all at the beginning of a new week and most of us are not ready. It is never easy to let the weekend go and discover the motivation we need for a new week. I am hoping the quote that I am sharing with y’all today will provide you with just enough motivation to power through the day and hope each day that passes gets better until the weekend returns! I enjoyed this quote because it has a positive vibe and maybe dancing a little in the morning will help make the day better! Music and dance is known to make people happier, so I say it cannot hurt to try it!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared and you found the quote motivating. I look forward to reading your comments and I will respond as quickly as I can. I hope your day goes great and you do not allow anyone to cause you any unnecessary stress. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Monday again, but today is a little different because most of us are off work today😊! There is almost nothing better than a long weekend! Are you doing anything special today or are you taking the day as a relaxing day? Considering my husband has to work tonight and we are dealing with LOTS of rain, I plan to just relax and prepare for the rest of the week. Were you able to do anything exciting over the past two days? I did not do anything too exciting, but I did get my vehicle working again, so I am not trapped at home or depending on a Uber ride!

Even though this is a short week, we all need a little motivation to begin the week with the best of intentions and positive thoughts! Yes, this will be a shorter week, but they always feel longer to me than the typical weeks. The only thing we can do is brace ourselves and push through the best we can because that is what we do best! I hope you will find the quote I am sharing motivating as it covers everything we need to understand our strengths and abilities.

Today we can do just about anything we want, well unless you have to work today. I think besides relaxing with my sweet cats, I want to finish a few posts I have been thinking about. Nothing better to do when I do not have to work but catch up on things I am unable to do when I have to work. I also think it might be a good idea to figure out what I am going to write about for the essay competition because I know I will regret it if I do not at least try. I have always believed the only way we can fail is if we do not try or we give up!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared and the quote was motivating for you. I do look forward to reading your comments, which I will respond as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Welcome back, Monday. I had a dream Monday would forget to return and we had Sunday 2.0, unfortunately, that dream did not come true. The only choice we have is to tackle Monday with as much strength and motivation as possible. I hope you had a nice, safe, and relaxing weekend so that you are ready for another long week. It is never easy to begin another week, but we always manage to do it because we have an internal strength we often forget about.

As we start this week, we need a reminder of how to stay motivated. I know this is not easy, especially first thing in the morning, but I hope that I can help motivate you today! I think this quote can not only provide motivation but strength, courage, and the hope many of us have lost over the years. With everything that has occurred in the last few years, losing hope has happened to many of us. My goals have always remained to instill hope and strength in others as many of us are forced to deal with things that we do not deserve.

How was your weekend? During the past several days, maybe weeks, I have been experiencing pain in my heel and foot, which I think is something called plantar fasciitis. I have felt this before, but it was when I was on my feet all day long. Waking up with this, which is making it hard to stand is new to me. This has not just been in the mornings, but it does last all day. It is miserable for it to be painful to walk, sit, stand, or even lay down, but I guess it could be worst. Has anyone reading this dealt with this issue before and if you have, did anything help you?

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed this post and the quote I shared today. I hope your week begins great and only gets better with each passing day until the weekend is back again. I am looking forward to reading your comments and I will respond to them as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Here we are again with another Monday! It does not seem like we had a weekend at all, but hopefully, this new week will be amazing and full of wonderful things😉! How was your weekend? Unfortunately, I was unable to go get the piercing that I want because of car troubles. Sometimes it seems like when it rains it pours because there is always something going wrong. Not only did I have car troubles this weekend and have to rent a car, but I also had a massive headache all weekend. I am sure part of the reason for the headache was stress about the car, but the piercing was what I was hoping would help them. I am hoping to be able to get the piercing next weekend!

Starting another week is inevitable because they always return, even when we are not finished with our weekend☹. Monday does not always have to be terrible because a new week may bring better things into our life. I do understand how difficult it is to believe in hope, but without hope what do we have? With all the headaches I have had lately and other troubles, believe me, I have come close to losing hope, but then a voice in my head reminds me how crucial it is to believe in, and yes, that voice in my late grandfather😊! I hope the quote I am sharing with you will bring you some hope or at least help you to believe there is hope in our life!

Thinking about hopes and dreams, what is something you are hoping and dreaming for? I would love to believe there could be world peace and everyone could get along with one another without any issues, but I think this is a pipe dream. I would love it if genius scientists could find cures for all the diseases that have no cure, but I think that might be a fantasy and it might never happen in my lifetime. A more logical hope is that my Tahoe will be fixed and not be insanely expensive. My husband knows how to fix these trucks, so we will not be going to a mechanic that could tell me a million other things are wrong with it. Unfortunately, it is often hard to know who you can trust, but I do know that I can trust my husband!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you had an enjoyable weekend and have a wonderful week. I would love the chance to read your comments and I will respond as quickly as I can. I hope you enjoyed this post and the quotes I have shared with you today. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Happy Monday y’all! This seems like an oxymoron because how many people enjoy Monday morning? They do come every week and I guess we should be used to Monday mornings, but that does not mean anyone looks forward to them or they are the best day of the week. It is never easy letting go of the weekends, especially because they are so short and it never feels like we had a weekend! No matter how much we dislike or tread Monday, we just need to try to accept them and hope for a great week!

I hope you had an enjoyable and restful weekend! To begin the new week, I always feel like we need a little motivation. I hope you will find the quote I am sharing motivating and it helps begin the week with a positive mindset! Of course, where I live we are anticipating more rain and storms, but I am hoping this will cause the heat to not be as bad.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you have a wonderful start to the week and each day gets even better! I understand how difficult it can be, but try to take each day one minute at a time and not allowing yourself to become too stressed. The only thing stress will accomplish is making you feel much worse. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Is does not feel like it should be Monday again already because it seems like it was Friday just a few hours ago. It never fails to surprise me how fast the weekend flies by or rather how short it is. It seems inhumane to make us work five days in a row and only have two days off. I think it would be a lot better if we had maybe four days of work and get three days off. To me, that would be establish a better work/life balance! But we do not have a choice and we are at the start of a new week, so we should try to make the most of it.

During this week, not only do we need to stay positive, but we need to try not to allow anyone to dull our light! People are always going to judge and it does not matter if we are doing bad or good. Judgments and behaviors of others do not need to ruin our day or mood because, at the end of the day, it does not truly matter! I hope the quote I am sharing with you today will provide you with a friendly reminder your radiant smile, self-worth, and attitude is worth more than you realize! No one in this world can change who you are on the inside or how much you offer the world and those who love you!

I hope you enjoyed the weekend and did something for yourself. Most of us put other’s needs ahead of our daily, but we should try to think of our needs at least once a week. I do not think there is anything wrong with taking care of those we love, but there does come a time when we need to practice self-love and appreciate what we offer everyone else! Over this past weekend, I wanted to sleep in but of course, I was unable to because my pain and my cats woke me up.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you found this post motivating and the quote inspiring. I am looking forward to reading your comments and will respond as quickly as I can. I hope your week begins great and gets better with each day until the weekend returns again. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Discouraging thoughts prevail

For as long as I can remember, I have been engaged in an ongoing internal battle with my thoughts. Mostly this revolves around my abilities, like what I think I might do well and what I fall short with. I consistently question everything I do, second guess myself, and repeat over and over again until I feel defeated. This only continues to cause me to give up and let go of the dreams I once had and cared deeply about. I realize this is a self-confidence issue and I am doing this to myself without input from anyone else. I am not sure what causes this and I do not know how to change this.

I have mentioned previously I have always “dreamed” of being a writer. I have done several outlines of a book that I would love to write but discouraged myself every time I think about it. I have heard about many successful authors that had a difficult time at the beginning of their careers. These authors are now famous with a long list of fantastic books written, but the first several books they spent a great deal of time writing were turned down by many publishers. The determination and strength they had is incredibly powerful and inspiring. It does make me wonder was it their strong will and resilience or was it written in the stars for these authors to become who they are now?

My husband has witnessed my love and passion for writing for years now. He has read my posts and the many poems I have written over the years. He has been encouraging me to write a short story. Of course, I did start this new adventure with the hopes of strengthening my abilities and confidence. After I read several articles about how to write a short story, I stopped because I convinced myself the one, I was working on would never be good enough. I worried the story was taking too long because I read a short story that should not take long and should not be too long and overly detailed.

I understand there are different types of writing and numerous opinions on everything that is involved. One great thing I always used to think about writing is, that there is no right or wrong way to write, and each writer has their own personal style. It is amazing what the mind is capable of doing both positively and negatively, unfortunately, I tend to lean on the negative side. How do you break the cycle of always being hard on yourself?

How do you stop being your own worst enemy and convince yourself you are never going to be good enough? We only have one life to live and we will never be given a second chance or a do-over, so we much take chances and never give up on our dreams. Why are we living, if we do not always try our best to achieve our dreams? When we do not strive for what we want out of this life, we will lose hope and remain discouraged.

It is not always easy, but we must try to encourage ourselves and those around us. Life is already challenging and when we put ourselves down and enable further discouragement we will never believe in ourselves. It is critical to look on the bright side of all situations and gravitate toward those ideas. After we can correct the way we think about things, our lives will flourish and become happier!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you had a lovely and safe weekend, and you are ready to begin this new week with a positive state of mind! I hope you found this post useful and encouraging, but I would love to read your thoughts. I will respond to all comments as soon as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!
