Motivational Monday

Happy Monday y’all! I hope you had a wonderful and safe weekend! Today we are beginning a new week, so whatever happened last week does not matter anymore. Whether last week was a good memory or a bad memory, it does not have to hinder our success from the week ahead. As y’all know, last week was not the best for me, but do not plan on allowing that ruin this week for me. It is all about shaking off the negative memories and replacing them with great ones or at least that is what my goal is. Nothing that took place last week or any of the negative energy from others can control what I know I am capable of because I know I am worth more than that!

I hope you will join me this week and set the tone for the week in a positive way! No one can control our thoughts and surely cannot make us feel less than what we are. We should always try holding onto our dreams and never stop until we reach them. Everything I have just written is the reason why I am sharing this quote with you today. I only hope it helps you to remember that you can achieve anything you set your mind to because you are far more powerful than you think you are and as long as you do not ever give up!

Unfortunately, the way the world is and how people are behaving can be extremely discouraging. COVID has forced most people to feel isolated and like they are not living life to the fullest. Also, with there being so much hatred consuming the hearts of many there is a loss of compassion and understanding. All of these issues are challenging, especially with those of us that treat everyone equally and are doing what is necessary to stay safe from COVID. I know I am not alone with this because I know everyone reading this takes the virus seriously and that you do not treat people in a hateful way. With most things, it takes more than one single, but the entire world to make a positive change. These are things we are battling together and we can in time win the war!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you have enjoyed what I shared and look forward to reading your amazing comments, which I will respond to as quickly as I can. I hope your Monday starts off well and each day gets even better until we reach the weekend again. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

We are welcoming Monday back, again. How was your weekend? I think the weekends are getting much shorter because it feels like it was just Friday yesterday. I guess all we can do is tackle this week with strength and determination! Each day needs to be viewed as an opportunity and not a nuisance. I want to believe this week is going to be better than last week and be filled with happiness! The good thing is, we can decide to be optimistic and not negative. Both negativity and optimism are contagious, so let’s spread it as much as we can!

I want us all to begin this week with a positive attitude and spread that attitude to everyone we come into contact with. I was at a store over the weekend and on the way there I was feeling rather down. When I got to this store the cashier’s incredibly positive attitude made my day so much better and that is what I want to do in my life. I hope the quote I am sharing with y’all today will be motivating and fill you with joy! I would love to know what you think of this quote and how your weekend was. They are all short, but they are a privilege we all get to enjoy!

No matter how your week begins, I hope you are doing it safely. I know how discouraging and frustrating the pandemic has been and continues to be, but this is something we are all in together. It takes more than one person doing the right thing by getting vaccinated, it takes the entire world to do that same thing. Once we are all following the advice of the professionals, we might see an end to this pandemic sooner rather than later.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you found motivation in this post and your week continues to get better with each day that passes. We can decide to be happy and see the good things in our life. It will not take much to discover more happiness than we were able to see before. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

~Monday is another day to try again~

Happy Monday y’all! When the alarm goes off on a Monday morning, it is a wake-up call for the week to begin. Maybe last week felt exhausting and draining, but this is a new week and we can forget about last week. Every Monday is a new opportunity to accomplish anything we were not able to last week and that is a wonderful way to see Monday! Of course, one of the last things I want to do is wake up to that obnoxious sounding alarm but it only lasts a few seconds, and then it is over! I think last week went a lot better getting back to my normal posting and hopefully, this week will go just as well.

Now that we are at the start of the new week and the weekend is in the review mirror, a little motivation can help us all begin the week with a positive mindset! I hope you will feel the motivation with the quote I am sharing with y’all today. Life can be extremely challenging and it can be easy to start feeling a little sad and depressed, especially with everything we have faced with COVID. It is not always others that make us feel ashamed and defeated because often we cause those emotions within our minds. I know that I am oftentimes my harshest critic and make myself feel unworthy and unintelligent. However, when I think in a logical frame of mind, none of those thoughts are at all true! I am telling y’all this to try to help you see yourself as the intelligent, strong, determined, kind, loving, and amazing person you are every day! Try being as kind to yourself as you treat others and I think you will see positive changes in your life!

Nothing in life is perfect when others suffering from natural disasters and health issues, but sometimes perfect is all in the eyes of the beholder. Everyone deals with painful issues in their way and they keep moving on. We might think that someone we think we know is living the most perfect life and we wish ours could be that same way, but what we do not know is what that person is going through. Tragedy and pain do not discriminate and it affects everyone. I think it is only the weak that get caught up in what they wish they had, but the strong are thankful for everything in their life!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared and the quote provided you with enough motivation to start your week! Hopefully, each day gets even better and before you know it Friday will be here again. I am looking forward to reading what you thought about this post and I promise to respond to all comments as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

This week was never something that was promised to any of us, but we can begin this week and we all should try doing something meaningful with it. I think it is in the best interest that everyone hold themselves accountable for the choices we have made and will make in the future. I also feel strongly that others that are in our lives also take accountability for their decisions and accept responsibility. Of course, we are only in control of our thoughts and actions, but we might be able to help others we know come to a better understanding and guide them through hard times they might encounter.

One of my goals in life is to live this life to the fullest, which means to stand true to my beliefs, dreams, promises I have made to others, and to never stop trying to reach my full protentional. This is the reason I am sharing this quote with y’all today. We are only given one chance in this life, so we all must continue trying and never give up. Of course, we will all run into setbacks and struggles, but we are strong enough to deal with anything cards that life has dealt us. Everyone makes mistakes, but it takes the strong to learn from those mistakes and learn from our experiences.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope what I have shared provided you with the motivation needed to start this week with a positive and determined mind. This life was never meant to be easy and we will all face different challenges, but it takes the strongest of us to help others as much as we can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Happy Monday y’all! Is it just me or does it seem like the weekend was really short? Obviously, I know the weekends are only two days, but sometimes it seems like only one day. I guess my weekend felt even shorter because I pretty much had a headache all weekend and it was probably because of the rain. How was your weekend? I hope whatever you did, you stayed safe!

Here we are again beginning another week. Mondays are never easy, but today is a blessing and something to be thankful for! I hope you will find motivation in the quote I am sharing with y’all today. I found this quote motivating and inspiring because we are all facing so many challenges each day. I do believe we are all strong enough to handle this, but that does not make it easier to tolerate.

Of course, COVID is still terrorizing the world and it will never make sense to me why many are still so against the vaccine. I have heard many people and some that I thought were intelligent argue that vaccines are a personal choice, which if the virus was not killing people I would agree with. I do believe that we all have the right to decide, but when our decisions affect others in a negative and deadly way, I think choices need to be rational and not selfish! I am still doing the best I can to help other understand the importance of getting vaccinated and I plan to get a third vaccine to ensure my safety and others safety as well. This needs to be a group effort and together we can make a difference with this pandemic!

Thank you for taking the time to visiting my site today. This post might not be as good as previous post, but it is because of the headache that will not go away. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared and found it to be motivating. I would love to know what you thought of this post and I promise to respond to your comments as soon as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Happy Monday, y’all! I hope y’all had a nice, relaxing, and safe weekend! I guess ready or not, a new week is in front of us. We all have the opportunity to stay focused, determined, and optimistic for good things to happen. I do understand that it is not always easy, but we should consider the new week a blessing because tomorrow is never a promise. I have been struggling to do the normal posts I have always done because of numerous things, but I am refusing to surrender to the challenges in life. Yes, saying goodbye to the weekend is hard, but it happens every week and things have to continue to improve.

As we embark on another new week, we need to continue trying our best to stay positive and motivated. It is my hope the quote I am sharing with y’all today will provide you the motivation needed to begin the week and hope with each day the week gets even better. We are all incredibly strong due to the obstacles we have faced and continue to face. The only thing that can stop us, is our inner critic. Lord knows that I am my own biggest critic and enemy because I am hard on myself. Even with that said, I am working on ending that vicious cycle!

Life is not easy and it takes strength, determination, and resilience. During the past 18 months, we have all faced distressing times that we never could have imagined. There is a song I heard many years ago that is so powerful and something that the world needs now more than ever. I am going to encourage all of you to listen to this song and please let me know what you think of it.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9AjkUyX0rVw&list=RD9AjkUyX0rVw&start_radio=1. The song is called “We Are The World” and it is being sung by several iconic singers of our time. I do remember this song being powerful when I was younger, but today it makes me cry tears of sadness, enlightenment, strength, and hope!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope y’all have a great and safe day. I know I say this in every post, but it is because I care about people and want everyone to be safe with COVID getting bad again. If you have not already gotten the vaccine, I want to urge you to do so. The vaccine is keeping everyone safe and preventing additional deaths. I understand vaccines can be scary, but the vaccine was not created by any government, but by scientists. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

We are starting another week and another month again. I cannot believe it is already August. I mean where has this year gone? I know we are still dealing with stress from COVID, but it seems to be getting worse. The newest variant is Delta, and it is even more contagious, and fatal, but still so many are still refusing the FREE vaccine and or wear masks. I suppose people are just never going to make sense to me. I can remember how much I wanted the vaccine for my safety and to keep those around me safe. If it had not been for my husband, I would have had to wait months instead of when I got the vaccine in February. Currently, there are many vaccines available, and no one must wait, but there is resistance for reasons I will NEVER understand.

Instead of dwelling on the vaccine and people being perfectly fine being part of the bigger problem with the spread of the virus, I would prefer to try staying optimistic and motivated. So, with that said, I am trying to get back to my normal posts and spread extra motivation today with a wonderful quote that I hope motivates y’all. I can admit this quote is simple, but I think it is powerful as well. I would love the chance to read what you think about this quote because your views are important to me.

I would like to apologize to y’all for my absence from the blogging community. I have been dealing with headaches, fatigue, and pain which is probably due to the nasty heat I deal with in the south. Do not get me wrong, I do love summer but only at the beach. There is a lot of beauty in the ocean and the breeze from the ocean helps to eliminate some of the heat. Maybe the ocean’s beauty just makes things easier to tolerate. Unfortunately, I might not get to the ocean this year because of all people who will not cooperate with the expert’s advice, but hopefully, the ocean is not going anywhere, and I will make it back to my happy place someday.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my site today. I appreciate your time, support, and patience when I am not posting anything. I hope you had a lovely weekend, and you are ready to start this first week in August with a positive mindset. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Happy Monday y’all! I hope you had a nice and relaxing weekend. It is hard to believe that we are already halfway through 2021, but I guess it is because we have been through some challenging and stressful times. Did y’all do anything fun and exciting over the weekend? I know you will not be surprised that I did not do anything and hardly leave the house, but that was in part due to the rain causing my pain to escalate. Normally, I do not allow MS to dictate my life, but sometimes pain has different ideas.

It is always hard to leave the weekend behind and start a new week, but that is where we are right now. We all know the weekends fly by and the weeks can drag by, but it is important to do our best to start the week with a positive mindset. I think we could all use a little motivation to start the week so we can be more productive and optimistic! Life is not easy and things happen that cause struggles or grief, but I do believe there is something good in everything we do and face. It is all about trying to see the silver lining in all we face because there is always something positive in all situations!

I hope you were able to feel the positive within the quote I have shared with you today. I planned to share a post with y’all about the Delta variant, but was too exhausted and in too much pain to do so. I am hoping to be able to share this with you soon though because I think it is extremely important. I am actually going to have my normal routine bloodwork done today and have my antibodies for COVID tested. Y’all know that I did get both of the vaccines, but I need to make sure I am protected so I can feel more comfortable and safe, especially because there are things to celebrate in the next few months! As soon as I get the test results, I will be sure to share them with y’all!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope I was able to provide you with enough motivation to start your week the best it can and hope each day gets even better. I know most of you have been vaccinated with the COVID vaccine, but please continue to stay safe because the Delta variant is no joke and probably not the last to come. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Happy Monday y’all! I hope you had a lovely and restful weekend. Of course, I did not do anything too exciting over the weekend, but it also was not restful. One of our sweet kittens decided it was a great idea to wake me up at 5:30 on Sunday morning. I am not going to lie even though she is absolutely adorable and full of love, being woken up by her playing with my hair and jumping on my head was SUPER annoying! I am not sure what even made her think it was a good time to wake up because I never get up that early. The three cats do get treats every morning, but not until between 7:00 and 7:30. I think most people would have just told me to take a nap, but I never take naps because it messes with sleep on a workday.

I think this week is going to be a little hectic. I have my first in-person appointment with my neurologist this morning. I am not really looking forward to this appointment and it is not because I am worried about the news she would have because I have not had any tests run lately. I am assuming we will just go over medications and she will probably draw blood considering I never went to get the tests done she wanted me to. Tomorrow, my supervisor will be in an early morning training class and I will be sending out the morning reports, which will not be bad. I also have four hours of training every day this week and I am not sure if it is necessary, but we will see. On Thursday, our kitten that woke me up early on Sunday morning has her follow up to see if the antibiotic she got helped much with her foul breath. Truthfully, I do not think it helped much and she is still sneezing, which means she will probably get another round of the antibiotic.

Considering I think my week will be a little insane, I do not know about you but I could use a little motivation to get this week started. It is never easy to begin another week and starting a week with my first in-person appointment with my neurologist is a little nerve-wrecking. I mean with COVID most doctor’s appointments have been virtual and this feels a little strange to me. I think everyone was sick of mask-wearing and being secluded to our homes, but what did we really miss about our “normal” ways of life? I cannot say I missed much because I prefer social distancing anyways. I do not like people getting too close to me because it is an uncomfortable feeling. This is the reason I chose this quote to share with y’all today and I hope it provided you a sense of motivation and optimism.

Thank you for visiting my site today! I hope you enjoyed what I have shared and look forward to reading your comments, which I will respond to as quickly as I can. I hope your week starts off great, but gets better with each day. Please remember to continue to stay safe, even if you have been vaccinated because we are still so uninformed about the Delta variant. I hope you always know that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

Happy Monday y’all! I hope y’all had a nice and safe weekend. Many of us have a long weekend, but I do think the shorter weeks feel much longer than your normal week. What do you think about that? I am sure none of you will be surprised that I did not do anything exciting over the long weekend, which normally I am perfectly fine with. I do wish we had been able to go to the beach or something exciting, but maybe next time. I do not want anything too outlandish, but miss going to the beach because that is my all-time favorite happy place to go. I am still hoping we will be able to go to the beach for our 10th year anniversary and my 40th birthday, I guess we will see.

As some might be starting this new week today and some might be off today I think a little motivation will do us all good. I am not sure I mentioned this before, but my position has changed with my company and at first, I was not happy about it. After last week and getting to know my new supervisor, I am happy about it because she is amazing! Tomorrow I am going to be doing a few things she does in the morning and helping answer questions from others, which I think it is exciting. Even though I work from home, I do feel like I am working more than not. Considering most of us are working more than we are not, it is important to enjoy the people you work with and what you are doing eight hours a day. I hope you will find the quote I am sharing with you today motivating and it starts your week off with a positive mindset!

I am sure y’all have heard about the new COVID variant, Delta. Of course, I have been fully vaccinated, but this is causing me to feel the same kind of stress I was feeling when this pandemic first started. It is terrifying to me that only 50% of the people in the United States have been vaccinated and yet I am not surprised that the state I live in is not part of the list of vaccinated people. One thing that no one can deny is, people lie and politicians lie more than your normal person. Science and numbers are facts that are not filled with lies, so I cannot understand why people are fighting against getting vaccinated. This is not taking away your freedom, but it is saving lives.

Thank you for taking the time to read what I have shared today. I hope the quote provided you with motivation and your week begins positively. It might seem that some of what I said what a little negative, but it is the truth and how I feel. I do look forward to reading your amazing comments and I promise to respond to all comments as quickly as I can. I am also going to ask you to please continue to do what you can to stay safe. This new variant is a little scary and logically there will probably be more to come. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Always, Alyssa
