Motivational Monday

Happy Monday y’all I hope you had a nice and relaxing weekend. Let me first start by apologizing for not sharing my post about the COVID vaccine I did on Saturday. After getting the vaccine on Saturday, I was honestly feeling so achy, tired, and had a headache so I was not able to, but I do promise to do one very soon. What I will tell you is I am okay and there were not any serious side effects to the vaccine.

Now that we are beginning another new week, I think we all need a little motivation to begin the week with a positive mindset! As always, my hope is the quote I am sharing with help start your week with optimism and your week gets better with each day that passes by. I will love to read your thoughts on this quote as well and promise to respond as quickly as I can. I do believe we all are offered several opportunities each day, but some might be blocked by the shadows of the darkness of our struggles and negative emotions. There might be times we can bring light to someone else’s life, clearing the darkness so they can see the opportunities available to them.

This is going to be a short post because I am still battling with a lot of fatigue, but I do hope you were able to enjoy what you read. I want to thank you for taking the time to read this short post. I hope you have a fantastic and safe day! Please never for get that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

~We Can Start This Week Positively~

Happy Monday y’all! I hope you had a nice and safe weekend! Are you prepared to begin the week with a positive mindset? This week in the United States there will be some changes and maybe a little fear in some, but hopefully things will go well, smooth, and safely! On Wednesday, we will have a new president inaugurated and maybe the new administration will finally have the people be a priority. We already survived 4 years where the people were anything but a priority and more of an after thought. I am not sure how the new president and vice president will be, but my hope is better than the last 4 years.

On a more positive note, Monday is the beginning of a new week and there could be a lot of great opportunities for all of us. Even though there have been so many awful things happening around the world, this could be a week of great changes. Of course, we are leaving the restful weekend behind us, but we are ready to embrace the week ahead of us! I hope the quote that I am sharing with y’all today will provide you with the motivation we all need on a Monday. I would love to know what you think about this quote because you all have great thoughts!

What is on your agenda this week? Of course, I will be working all week and it has been pretty busy which I love. On Thursday, I have a virtual appointment with my neurologist and I am hoping she will be able to help me get the COVID vaccine. I guess I think with a weak immune system, I should be a good candidate for this vaccine, but we will see. I know I have been difficult with neurologists because they seem to have a the personality of a slug, but this new one idolized my first neurologist that I loved, so she won me over with that!

Thank you for visiting my site today! I hope you have a great day and your week only gets better with each day that passes. One of the most important things for us to do is, stay optimistic and encourage others the best we can! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

~It Is Time To Make The Most Of Another Week~

Happy Monday y’all! I hope you had a nice and safe weekend! My weekend was quiet and uneventful, which is the way I like it to be. It is sad how fast the weekends go by and then how long it seems to take the week to pass by. Did you do anything over the weekend? How ready for the week are you? Considering I have been busy at work, I am assuming this week will be just as busy which is fine with me! My husband’s birthday is tomorrow and normally we would be up snowboarding during this week, but because of COVID we are not able to. Considering he has already been able to get his first part of the vaccine and will be getting the second in a few weeks, I am hoping he will be able to do a little snowboarding before the season ends. I hope that next year he will be able to snowboard for his birthday because he loves it so much!

Unfortunately, the world is still experiencing many tragedies and hard times. The attack on the Nation’s Capitol was just the beginning to what the United States will face in the weeks to come, but I do hope I am wrong about this and it will be a peaceful few weeks. In my eyes, there does not need to be fear or hate because this does not accomplish anything useful. There are so many people struggling in this country at this time and I have a deep desire to help those that are in need.

As we begin this new week, I think it is important to start motivated and with a positive mindset! I hope the quote that I am sharing with y’all today will provide you this and your week will only improve as each day passes. We may not be able to control what is going on in the world, but we can control the way we respond to things and people. No matter what life throws our way, we must always try to show respect, kindness, and treat others the way we wish to be treated. I think one way to accomplish this is by keeping ourselves calm during all the chaos we witness because nothing good will come if we get anxious and stressed.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you have a great day and you stay safe! Monday is never the greatest day of the week, but I think we can turn it into something magical if we try. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

~First Monday Of 2021~

Happy Monday and happy 2021! I hope you had a lovely weekend and a wonderful, and safe New Year Celebration! We need to leave 2020 in the past and begin this week with a positive mindset. If we all try to think 2021 will bring all of us great new opportunities, I think we can make this happen! I will admit, Monday mornings, especially after a long weekend are not my favorite day, but I am trying to believe this week will be the start of an amazing year! We all went through a lot last year, so we might have to take it slow and think just one day at a time!

Y’all know I think we need a motivating quote to start our weeks with positive thoughts and an open mind! I am hoping the quote I am sharing with y’all today will start your week off well and it will improve with each day that passes! Of course, I think the quote provides just enough optimism to open your thoughts to many of your own additional positive and motivating thoughts! Now, even though I love this quote, your thoughts matter even more and I would love to read your amazing comments! I promise to respond as quickly as I can, which will more than likely be when I get out of work today!

I hope you have a wonderful and safe day! I know that the first day back to work after a long weekend can be insane and overwhelming, but just take everything you are faced with just one at a time. The world is not going to come to an end if you are not able to finish everything today, you can always try again tomorrow! I can say all this to everyone else, but I am bad at following my advice. I always allow myself to get overwhelmed and then work extra hard, which is exhausting.

Thank you for visiting my site today! I appreciate the time you are taking to read what I have shared, and hopefully sharing your thoughts! I know we are all busy and it is easy to get behind on things, but all we can do is continue trying! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

~Today Is The Last Monday Of 2020~

How crazy is it to think that today is the last Monday of 2020? Do not get me wrong, I am glad this year is almost over because it has not been a good year. I think it started off pretty awful, but only got worse as each day passed by. COVID has blanketed, not just the United States, but the entire world. Even though there has been so many terrible things during this year, I think it is critical to not dwell on all the bad and try to find the positive in the current day. Plus, we all need to hold onto hope that 2021 will be better and we might even be able to live our lives in a normal way again!

As we begin the last week of 2020, I think we need to remain motivated for great things in our future. Yes, with all we are dealing with it is not easy, but it is important we at least continue to try! I hope the quote that I am sharing with y’all today will provide you just enough motivation to push through the final week of 2020 before we start working through 2021. Of course, I think this quote is not only motivating, but very optimistic. I would still love to read your thoughts because I know your thoughts will be insightful and intriguing! I do promise to respond as quickly as I can, which will be this evening because of work today.

Thank you for stopping by my site today! I hope you have a great and safe day. The good thing about this week is, it is another short week, which means it will probably be busy. I think y’all already know that I prefer for my work week to stay busy because it makes the time go by much faster! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

~Let’s Begin This Week With An Optimistic Mind~

Happy Monday y’all! How was your weekend? I hope your weekend was great and safe. I have been working on crocheting a blanket for my mother and her boyfriend that matches the colors of their living room. Of course, there is no way it is going to be done by Christmas, but they know this and have said to take my time. I did not leave the house at all because I am terrified of leaving the house after all it is not safe. The COVID numbers have increased no less than 500 for the past few days and I am not willing to gamble with my life.

Today, we are beginning another new week, and we are so close to the end of the year. 2020 has been a crazy year, but let’s make the most of what is left of it and hope for the best! Sometimes holding on to hope, is all we can do. No matter what is going on in life, we need to do the best we can to stay motivated and positive, especially at the start of the week. I hope the quote I am sharing with y’all today provides you the motivation needed at the start of our week! I would love to know what you think about this quote because I know your thoughts are amazing!

As I said at the beginning of this post, the number of new cases of COVID where I live has increased no less than 500 for the past few days. I know living in fear is not a good way to live, but during these times it might be what keeps us alive. Yes, we should ALL be wearing a mask when we leave our homes. Yes, we should be washing our hands many times a day. Yes, we should be practicing social distancing. Unfortunately, there are too many that are not doing this. With this said, it is better to just stay safely at home!

Thank you for visiting my site today! I do truly appreciate you taking the time to read and comment if you wish. I hope you have a great day and each day after gets even better. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

~A New Week, Gives Us A Fresh Start~

Happy Monday y’all! Did y’all have a nice, safe, and relaxing weekend? Weekends are a great day to recuperate from our long work week. This was the first weekend in a while that I didn’t work overtime, and it was great! Don’t get me wrong, I love the overtime pay, but I was also a little worn out from the long hours I have been working. I have learned that working seven days a week is not the best plan, especially when dealing with a chronic illness. We all need to learn to put our health above things like work!

Now that we are beginning a new week and leaving the restful weekend behind, I think we all need a little motivation to get us started! Weeks are long, and weekends are short which can be exhausting, and a little frustrating. During these difficult and challenging times of COVID, it is important to find at least one positive thing each day. This isn’t always easy, but we must believe there is something great in everyday of our life! This is my goal for the week in front of us and hope you will do that same!

The holidays are coming up on us so fast and I don’t know about you, but I am not ready for them. I guess this is partially due to my intense fears of COVID and the fact that I do not have an immune system, but they are coming whether we are ready or not. I am planning to do a post soon about the safest way to be able to celebrate the holidays and not put ourselves in any harm. There must be a way, right? Of course, there is, but these ways might not keep everyone in our family happy. I do think Christmas and New Year’s will be a lot different than all previous years, but that is where we are all at right now in life and we need to make the most of it.

Thank you for visiting my site today! I always appreciate the time you take to read what I have shared and love reading your comments, which I promise to respond to as quickly as I can. I am also planning to do my typical posts all week and not allow work to intrude on what brings me happiness! Please just remember to stay as safe as you possibly can this week! I hope y’all never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

~Let’s Make The Best Of The New Week~

Happy Monday y’all! I hope you had a great and safe weekend! I know most of you will not be surprised to learn that I worked over the weekend. I did take a short break on Saturday to go have my eyes checked and only to learn what I already knew, my eyes have gotten worse. The good thing is, I am able to just replace the lenses in my current glasses, which saves money. I will of course, still get contacts so I can go back and forth between glasses and contacts. I did not get prescription strength sunglasses, so I will need to wear contacts on the rare times I do leave the house.

As we are beginning a new week and leaving the weekend behind, I think we all need a little motivation! My hope is you will find the quote that I am sharing motivating and will help start your week with the best of thoughts! Even though I did work both days this past weekend, it still isn’t easy leaving the carefree feeling of the weekend in the past. It’s the alarm clock that I know will go off, that is the most difficult part for me. I do normally wake up before the rude alarm because I think the time is embedded in my mind, which is a blessing and a curse. I do always have to remind myself that I am able to work from home and do not need to do much to get ready! Finding the good in all situations is something we all need to do!

How was your weekend? Did y’all have a nice and safe Thanksgiving? I spent Thanksgiving at home and even worked a few hours. I am starting to think I work too much, but at least I do enjoy my job. I have met, well through email, some really great people. There are a few that I connect very well with and appreciate how great they are. It is amazing how easy some people can make the work day go and how pleasant some people are to work with, and then how awful some can make things. I just feel bad for those that make things harder and unpleasant because I do not know what they could possibly be dealing with in their life. I do believe that life is too short to live it miserably.

Thank you for visiting my site today! I hope you have a great day and the week only improves as each day passes us by. I know I say this in all my posts, but please do all you can to stay safe from COVID-19. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Thankfulness Week

~Day One For Thankfulness Week~

Happy Monday y’all! I hope you had a nice, relaxing, and safe weekend! I am going to do things a little different this week in honor of Thanksgiving. I do strongly believe we should all acknowledge what we are thankful for every day and not just the week of Thanksgiving, which I am sure we already do, but I am going to share with y’all each day of this week two things I am thankful for and hope you will join me in doing this. What my plan is to share two things I am thankful for and why, but would like to know what you are thankful for as well!

I am very thankful for the loving family that I have. Each member of my family is special in their own way and I love them for it! My family is supportive of what I do and how I live my life, which is a great feeling. Everyone knows and understands that I basically have NO immune system, so they understand the reasons why I am as terrified as I am about COVID. Lord knows, my husband is extremely protective of me and does everything he can to keep me safe!

I am also thankful for my job that allows for me to work from the safety of my home! The online training was challenging, but over the past few months I have learned so much and have become pretty darn good at this job. With the uncertainty of COVID in the entire country, I know I would not be able to earn a decent living and be safe if it were not for this job.

Now like I said, I would love to be able to read what you are thankful for! I am not pressuring you to participate, but will encourage you to play along with me this week! I think it would be interesting to read the different things you are thankful for and see what we might have in common!

Thank you for visiting my site today! I hope your week begins great and continues to get better throughout the week! It will be a short week, but the short weeks always feel so much longer! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

*A New Start With A New Week*

Happy Monday y’all! I hope you had a nice and safe weekend, and you are ready for a new week to begin! Starting a new week means saying goodbye to the weekend, but it also holds many new opportunities for dreams to come true. Do you have any goals you want to reach this week? You do not have to share them or even set them in stone, but it is always good to have something to work towards. I am trying to set weekly goals, but sometimes they do not happen exactly when I expect them to, and know my goals will happen when they are meant to.

As we are starting our week, I do think we must have a little motivation to get the week starting off the best it can. I mean being forced to hear an alarm clock early in the morning and giving up sleeping in is NOT easy, but it is possible! I am hoping the quote I am sharing with y’all today will provide you the motivate you and kick start your week great! We all have so many dreams and I think we can achieve ANYTHING we set our minds to!

Whatever you must do today, just please stay safe. It really seems like instead of COVID getting better, it is only getting worse. I assume that everyone is just so tired of masks, social distancing, and or staying home, but these are the things that MUST be done to protect lives. When thousands of people are continuing to die each day, something needs to change and that is people need to care and think more about others.

Thank you for visiting my site today! I hope you have a great and safe day. Remember it is only Monday and there are 4 more days of the week, so try to not work too hard today! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Always, Alyssa
