Happy Tuesday, y’all! Today is the first day of our week as many of us were off work yesterday. I hope you were able to enjoy your three-day weekend and do at least one thing that made you happy! Is it just me or do the shorter weeks always feel much longer than the normal weeks? I am not complaining at all, I am thankful that I just was able to have a three-day weekend and basically just relaxing. Of course, I did laundry and other housework, but I did not have to deal with anything too unpleasant.

Now that the week is officially starting, we need to be reminded to take things slow and try to not rush because all that will do is cause unnecessary and unwanted stress. I feel that when I am overwhelmed and stressed, it is much easier for me to overreact and become overly emotional. These are the reasons why I am sharing with y’all the quote I am today. I am sure none of us are ready to start back to work today because we are a little spoiled after having three days off in a row😊, but I know we can handle it and get back into the swing of things with work. I know shorter weeks can make us feel a little rushed, but try to just relax and do one thing at a time, everything will get handled when it is possible.
