Tranquil Tuesday

Happy Tuesday, y’all! Today is the first day of our week as many of us were off work yesterday. I hope you were able to enjoy your three-day weekend and do at least one thing that made you happy! Is it just me or do the shorter weeks always feel much longer than the normal weeks? I am not complaining at all, I am thankful that I just was able to have a three-day weekend and basically just relaxing. Of course, I did laundry and other housework, but I did not have to deal with anything too unpleasant.

Now that the week is officially starting, we need to be reminded to take things slow and try to not rush because all that will do is cause unnecessary and unwanted stress. I feel that when I am overwhelmed and stressed, it is much easier for me to overreact and become overly emotional. These are the reasons why I am sharing with y’all the quote I am today. I hope this quote will offer you a sense of calm and you will try to maintain that calmness through the rest of the week.

I hope your week begins well and only gets better until the weekend returns to us. How was your long weekend? I am sure none of us are ready to start back to work today because we are a little spoiled after having three days off in a row😊, but I know we can handle it and get back into the swing of things with work. I know shorter weeks can make us feel a little rushed, but try to just relax and do one thing at a time, everything will get handled when it is possible.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared and the quote has you feeling calm and peaceful. I hope you have an amazing Tuesday, but that each day afterwards gets better and better. I look forward to reading your comments and I will respond as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Monday is over and behind us now, which is always a good thing. How is your week going so far? Yesterday was not as bad as last Monday, but that does not mean I am not glad it is over. Mondays are always so chaotic and people seem much more demanding. I am starting to think the only people in this world are rude, demanding, and overly pushy because everyone wants their needs met immediately. I do not understand why people do not possess patience or understanding, but those qualities are missing in the world, or at least with those that I come in contact with.

During our weeks we need to find more tranquility. We all go through different challenges and it can be hard to overcome certain issues. Unfortunately, we all face situations daily that can make our internal light dull or be blown out completely. To keep our light burning bright, we need to be brave and courageous enough to never give up and always keep pushing forward. I hope you found some kind of peace in this quote and it carries you through your day!

I have said this before, but do you not think the world would be a much happier place if we could all love the way animals do? We have three amazing cats and they all love unconditionally. It does not matter how awful my day was, the three of them can make anything better. They are always happy to see me, even when it has been less than an hour I saw them last. They will meet and great me at the door when I am done with work for the day and they act like they have not seen a human in a decade. Animals do not judge and normally do not hold a grudge, at least not for long😊!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared and the quote gave you a sense of peace. I do look forward to reading your comments and I will respond as quickly as I possibly can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

I am not sure how because yesterday was a crazy day, but we survived Monday! The first day of the week always seems like torture because it is so busy, but Monday is OVER and I do not think Tuesday should be that bad. It is only my fourth week at my new job and things are going well, but it is SO different than anything I have done before. People are often nice and not as pushy as they were when I worked with mortgages, but they can be somewhat demanding. The people I work with are great and extremely helpful when I ask questions. I guess I cannot ask for better!

As the week continues, we must find ways to remain at peace and not get overly stressed. I think one of the best ways to stay calm and peaceful is to worry only about our progression and not what anyone around us is doing. Too many people enjoy putting others down and criticizing them, but that does not do anything productive. The more we tell others how great they are doing, the more they will try improving and that makes us better in the long run. Simple compliments can go a long way😊!

The people we allow into our lives are meant to be in our life. We might not understand why, but I can guarantee there is a reason and we should be thankful for them. I have said this before and will say it again because it is very true and means a lot to me, people do not come into our lives by accident and there is always a reason. Value those you love, appreciate their love and kindness. Never forget to express how you feel because we never know what tomorrow holds and no one is guaranteed another day in this world.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared and you found deep meaning in everything. I look forward to reading your comments and I will respond to all comments as quickly as I can. This is the second day of our week and I hope your week is going great. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Good morning, Tuesday! We have survived another day this week, so the weekend is closer than it was. How is your week going so far? I hope your week has been good and you are feeling the best you can. Is it just me or does it seem like yet again, the days are flying by? I used to hear that as we get older, time goes by faster, but this is insane and I am not that old. Of course, most days I do feel twice my age, but I blame Multiple Sclerosis for that.

I have slowly been trying to do at least one post a day before I start my new job. I also was trying to follow the schedule of my posts as I did before. So, with that said, I wanted to share a fabulous quote that I hope will offer you a sense of peace. I feel that being reminded when one thing ends, something else beautiful can be created. I have always loved butterflies and viewed them as a message from a higher power, maybe an angel. I guess my love for butterflies is one reason I found this quote so uplifting!

Recently, I did something I have not done in months, which was to check the number of new COVID cases and deaths. They were high, which upset me, but then my husband being the logical man he is pointed out they are a lot lower than they were last year and that shows improvements. Although many people have received the vaccine, several others are still resisting. I know there are numerous people still losing their fight with COVID. Some of the deaths included fully vaccinated people, but it was stated those had other health risks.

Thank you for visiting my site today! I hope you enjoyed the quote I shared and I look forward to reading what you thought about it. With the days I have missed doing a post, I appreciate all of you for continuing to follow. I hope you have a great day today. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Hello Tuesday! I hope that making it until Tuesday means that your Monday went well and you are feeling good about the week ahead. I do not want to get ahead of myself, but the two interviews I had yesterday seemed to have gone well and I even have another interview scheduled for Friday with another company. There is no denying that the last month has been slightly upsetting and a little discouraging, but there is a lot to say when we do not give up and throw in the towel. Many things in life are unsettling and can make us feel defeated, but the only way we can fail and be completed defeated is if we give up. I cannot lie there were many times during the past week I wanted to give up and surrender, but I think I am a little too stubborn or rather determined to do so.

I want to be able to help others surpass times of struggle because we all need to be lifted during our lives. Someone I know through Shipt delivery and now consider a good friend helped me see that I do deserve more in life than the past month provided. I respect other’s privacy, so I never share names but will be sure that she sees this! I want her to know how much she has helped me and how much I appreciate her! I think it is amazing how true it is that we do not encounter people by mistake because everyone enters our life for a reason!

The quote that I am sharing with y’all today, I found encouraging and meaningful, and hope it will do the same for you. I will explain why I found this so meaningful but would love to know what you think as well. There are always going to be some issues in life that may break us, but there are just as many reasons to smile. I know the most challenging times in life can cloud seeing the reasons to smile, but I promise they are there we just have to look a little deeper!

Thank you for visiting my site today! I hope you enjoyed what I have shared with you today and I look forward to reading your comments. I will be responding to all of your comments as quickly as I can. Hopefully you are having a good week so far and your week continues to get better until we make it to Friday again. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

The good news is, we made it through Monday! How was your Monday? I will always be open and honest with y’all, so with that said yesterday was not one of those days I want to live through again. It started off waking up about 10 minutes before my alarm was going to go off, but not wanting to get up yet I was able to fall back to sleep, only to be awoken by the annoying and shrilling sound of the alarm. I would almost say it would have been better if I just stayed awake when I woke up before the alarm. I cannot stand the sound of an alarm clock and the sound of a microwave fills me with the same level of aggravation.

After the alarm annoyance, my workday did not get much better. It was busy and I do like it best like that, but the work was as aggravating as the first part of my morning. I continued running into issues with my work and was not able to get the clarification I needed. Normally, when I have an issue with one part of work I move on to something different, but the trend of negative continued. I guess the old saying when it rains it pours is not just a silly cliché, but incredibly true!

Now that we did make it through Monday, Tuesday is a new day and hopefully, it will be better! During the past eighteen months, it has been challenging to find real tranquility, but we need to continue trying. The quote I am sharing today might provide some clarity on ways to find calm and peace! Sometimes when we face continuous challenges, it might be a good time to try seeing what the common denominator is and eliminate that aspect. It is crucial to try living the best life we can and we need to do what is best for our mental wellbeing. I would love to know what your take from this quote was and promise to respond to all comments as soon as I can.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you have a great and safe day! We all can agree that life can be challenging, but we are able to make some decisions to help make things better. Whatever mistakes we have made, we grow from and whatever choices we make in life, it is okay to change your mind! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

It is Tuesday, which is a good sign because we are getting closer to the weekend. I understand we still have four days to go, but at least it is not five! How has your week started? Yesterday was not the best day for me because work was a little frustrating and I was battling with a headache. The headache was one that I can tolerate, but that does not mean it was easy especially being forced to stare at a computer screen for eight LONG hours!

Unfortunately, there is still way too much negativity and hate throughout the world, and I think we all need more peace and thoughtfulness. Would it not be a better world if only we could all get along and treat one another with respect? There is more we can accomplish if we can support each other and utilize the knowledge we gain from our life experiences. I am hopeful that with all the tragedies we have seen take place in this world, we will become even stronger and more resilient. I am one that strongly believes in being kind to others, even when they may have a nasty attitude because we never know what someone else is going through in their life.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my site today. I hope the quote I shared and wrote offered you a sense of peace and encouragement. I have enjoyed reading your comments on my other posts and look forward to reading more, which I will respond to as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Many of us had yesterday off of work for the holiday, so we have a shorter week! I have said this before, but the shorter weeks always feel much longer than the normal 5 day workweek or at least I think they do. What do you think about the shorter weeks, do they feel shorter or longer to you? If you had a long weekend, did you enjoy the three days away from work? I did not do anything special and did not even sleep in, but I think that is because my brain is wired to wake up early everyday. It is rather annoying, but I guess it is what it is!

I was able to do a post yesterday, but it was not the same type I typically do and I hope if you were able to read it, you enjoyed it! We do have four days left of the week before we make it back to the weekend and I found a quote that I wanted to share with y’all. I hope you will be able to find the meaning within this quote and it provides you with a little additional happiness! Life can be challenging, but not everything is terrible. There is something in every experience we go through and often which I think our reactions are even more important than the experience. Of course, there are some very difficult things we go through in life, but if our reactions are always negative that does not say much about who we are, does it?

There are a few awareness in September that I am planning to write about, but over the weekend when I was planning to I had another one of my bad headaches. I keep wondering why I keep getting headaches and one thing that might be causing them is failure to stay hydrated especially with the awful heat. Most of the time I do well with staying hydrated, but if I get too side tracked with other things like work, I do not do nearly as well. Another issue I dealt with over the weekend was a severe lack of sleep, which I have no idea why. It was not like I had to get up early, I just could not sleep. I think everything is important to bring awareness to people, but two of them I know effect many people and need to be shared. Please stay tune and I will be doing these posts soon.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared today and the quote made you smile. This past weekend was a holiday weekend, but hopefully you were able to enjoy yourself and remained safe. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

We have made it through one day of this week so far, so we are that much closer to another weekend not that I am already counting down! Even though the days sometimes go by slowly, especially the workdays this year feels like it is flying by. It is hard to believe we are already more than halfway through this year. It is also surprising that my husband and I will be celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary very soon. I guess it is true that time does fly by when you are having fun.

Everyone lives their life in a way that makes them the happiest and no one can say how another person finds happiness is wrong because we are all unique. The best thing we can do for ourselves and those in our life is to never give up on what brings us the most joy, no matter what anyone else says. I think the experiences we encounter in our life can shape who we are and provide us with different forms of strengths that enable us to survive the hardest times. Can you think of one experience you have faced in life that was extremely difficult and then what you gained from the experience? I can think of several and they all made me the strong and resilient person I am today. Who knows if I would be the person I am today if I never encountered the challenging experiences I have had in my life?

How has your week been so far? I know it has only been one day this week so far, but so much can happen in a single day. I hope you can stay as stress-free as possible and safe. One thing I have tried training my mind on is most things that cause me to feel stressed are often not worth it. Most things or at least some things are out of our control and no matter how upset or stressed we feel are not going to change the outcome, so what is the point in the added stress? This is the only way I can find that helps me to stress less. Of course, this will not work for every situation but may help with some issues.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared today and I am looking forward to reading your amazing comments, which I promise to respond to as quickly as I can. I hope you are having a nice start to the week and you are doing what is needed to stay safe. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

We made it through one day of the week already and only have four to go before the weekend returns! How was your Monday this week? My day was pretty busy, but nothing I cannot handle. I think y’all know this, but I love it when my workday is busy because it makes the day go by so much faster. Unfortunately, rainy days do cause me to experience more headaches and pain, which is why the weekend was painful for me. The one thing I will never be able to say is the area I live in is experiencing a drought because it rains way too often for that to happen. The great thing about all of us is, we are strong and can handle anything life throws our way!

Of course, our days might come with stress and that is not always easy to deal with. I am trying to learn how to handle stress differently and better. I am slowly learning that sometimes we just need to let go of the stress we are feeling and know that everything is going to happen the way it is supposed to. The reason I decided to use this quote today is that the moment we learn how to fight stress is when we will be able to live a better and healthier life. I am sure you have heard many times before that stress is a silent killer, well if you also have MS or any other autoimmune disorder or health issue, stress aggravates this and makes life even more difficult than it has to be. Life is already challenging enough and stress can be avoided.

Stress is a common issue with so many people. Do you have certain ways that help you deal with stress and if so, what helps you most? I have learned that if I view a situation as something I have no power to change, there is no point worrying about it. Some battles in life that are worth the fight and then many that are not worth our precious time. Maybe that is a negative way to view things, but in my mind it makes sense. I use this way of thinking to avoid arguments as well and it works. Most things are not worth the time it takes to stress about it because stress will not fix the problem, but it will create more problems in the long run. We might feel stressed about health, money, family, or other issue, but does that do anything positive?

Thank you for visiting my site today! I always appreciate your continued support and great thoughts. I sincerely hope your week is going well and you are continuing to stay safe. During the continued troubled times for the pandemic and other issues going on around the world, we need to stay positive, show compassion for others, and try the best we can to encourage our friends and families, especially when talking about the vaccine. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!
