Inspirational Wednesday

We have successfully made it through the first part of this week, so we just have the other half left until the weekend returns. How has your week been so far? The way I view things is, if we survived the first part of the week, the second half should be a breeze😊! My week has not been too terrible, and work has been a little slow. The good thing about my job must be the great people I work with. Of course, I have never met any of them in person, but I have made some good friends by getting to know them through email and chats. Most of the people that I work with, I would have loved to work within an office setting!

This morning I must go to my dreaded appointment with my neurologist. I know the Nurse Practitioner means well and so does the doctor, but they never offer good news and I tend to leave the office feeling discouraged. I think it must be because I am overly sensitive when it comes to Multiple Sclerosis issues☹. You would think after dealing with this for over 20 years I would be more accustomed to the random issues, and nothing would bother me, but it still does rub me the wrong way every time. I have tough skin for most things, but still have very thin skin when it comes to this. I feel like I need to go into these appointments with low expectations and expect the worst so that I am not disappointed and upset the rest of the day.

Considering we do have a few days left this week, I think we all need to find ways to remain happy and feel the inspiration to keep going. I hope you will find the quote I am sharing with y’all today as inspiring as I did when I saw it. We all deal with many challenges in life, but it is so important to find ways to be happy, no matter what! I am holding this quote close to my mind today as I am not looking forward to my appointment this morning. I do not like dealing with Multiple Sclerosis or doctor’s appointments, but there is a part of it that has given me the strength I never knew I had!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed the quote I shared, and it provided you with inspiring thoughts for the day! I look forward to reading your comments and I will respond as quickly as I can. Hopefully, I will do a post tonight about how the appointment went and hopefully the Nurse Practitioner will not have awful and discouraging news for me. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Pick-Me-Up Thursday

I know I said this is “Pick-Me-Up” Thursday, but let’s not think of today as just another Thursday and instead view today as Friday Eve! Seriously, this week has been long enough and Friday eve makes it seem so much better because it has the word “Friday” in it😊! How has this week been for you and how happy are you the weekend is so close😊? Even though the week has felt long, the only terrible day was Monday because of the left over migraine that refused to let me alone!

We have survived the majority of the week and we just have one last day to get through until we are home free and can enjoy the weekend! I feel we could use just a little pick-me-up to help us through the end of this week and I hope you will find the quote I am sharing helpful! I have always felt that music was powerful and magical. Yes, we can listen to the music and enjoy the way it sounds, but it does not take much to feel the music. I do find the way musicians put together the instruments and the lyrics to create something incredible. Many times just listening to a song, you can understand how the writer of the song was feeling and what they were going through in life! Music is what gets me through the long days of work!

Are you someone that enjoys music and if so, what kind of music do you prefer? There have been days I wake up with a song in my head and even some nights there is music playing in my mind! This might sound slightly insane, but I promise it is not that I am hearing voices😊I think music might be part of my soul! I have my favorite songs I listen to when I am feeling down or even when I am extremely happy, but there are millions of amazing songs out there of all genres.

Thank you for visiting my site today! I hope you enjoyed what I have shared and I look forward to reading your comments and learning what kind of music you enjoy the most! I hope you have a wonderful and stress-free day, and your plans for the weekend keep your spirits lifted. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Inspirational Wednesday

Happy Midweek day! I prefer to not use the actual name of the days because it makes it seem like the week is never going to end! Just saying midweek makes me think the week will be ending soon! I think it is mostly due to the weather, but this has felt like an extremely LONG week, and I am looking forward to the weekend more than normal! I do hope your week has been great and you are feeling well!

How do you feel about rainy and chilly days? The past few days have been much chillier than it has been and yesterday was rainy and chilly! I think the rain and cooler temperatures have something to do with the miserable headache I had on Sunday night, into Monday morning. The cooler temperatures are much better than the alternative of insanely HOT weather I dealt with for too many months, but it does cause my muscles to tense, which does increase pain. Do you notice any differences in how you feel when it is rainy and/or chilly? This is the kind of weather that makes my cats want to cuddle much more!

One thing I will say is, I do prefer the temperatures to be cooler instead of too hot. When the temperatures are in the upper 90’s, I feel miserable because that level of heat causes more exhaustion and irritation. It is awful when you are unable to walk from your front door to your car without being drenched, almost like you just got out of the shower, again! When it is cooler, you can add more clothing to warm up. Of course, when it is extremely hot, you cannot take enough off clothing to cool down.

What would your perfect temperature be? In a perfect place, I would view things as not getting warmer than the upper 80’s and then not colder than the 40’s. Maybe people who live with Multiple Sclerosis experience temperatures differently because no two cases are exactly the same. It seems so strange to me that I cannot handle the extreme heat, but a heating pad in the winter helps my leg and back pain tremendously.

Now that we have almost made it through this week and there are fewer days before the weekend returns, I think we could all use a little inspiration! I hope you will find the quote I am sharing with y’all today inspiring, and that it helps you survive the last part of this week! The good news is that the weekend will be here soon, and we do not have much longer. I think the rest of this week is supposed to be cooler, but there should not be any more rain😊!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you are having a good week and you are keeping your stress levels as low as possible. I am very interested to read your comments and I promise to respond as quickly as possible. Thankfully, we are always through this week, so we are much closer to the weekend than we were yesterday😊! This is the only way I can get through these weeks as they feel so LONG! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Mid-Week Inspiration

We are halfway through this week, which means we are much closer to the weekend! The week started kind of challenging and mildly stressful, but hopefully, the last part of the week will not be as difficult. One thing I have noticed about life is once one situation improves it just leaves room for additional difficulties to arise. Even though it often seems the harder we try the more exhausting life is, we should try never to give up because there is light at the end of the extremely LONG tunnel.

Even though we are halfway through this week, we do still have to make it through the last half. No matter what we endure during this life it is important to remember, we are stronger because of all of those challenges. We may not be able to rewind the clocks and correct things we should have and make better decisions, but we can move forward and make each tomorrow we are offered better! Of course, no one is guaranteed tomorrow, but we MUST try to live each day as if it was our last so that we do not have any regrets. We must treat others with kindness, be understanding, and be compassionate because we might be able to make another person’s life a little better. Sometimes all we need is to have someone care and listen when we need to vent about struggles we are dealing with!

We all deal with struggles in life, but most of the time they are not catastrophic. Even on the days when I feel out of breath from what I am dealing with, I try to remember that someone else is always going through something worst. Sadly, many of the issues we deal with in life are self-inflicted and they could have been avoided by making better decisions. Honestly, I hate the saying “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” because it seems a little harsh and I am not sure I believe this. I am not saying that the struggles will not kill because they do, but most of what we deal with just is not that serious.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my site today. I hope you have enjoyed what I shared today and you found meaning in the quotes. How has your week been up until this point? My week may have been a little frustrating and challenging, but there have been a few people that made a positive difference. Often it is the simple things we can say to someone, that can make the biggest difference. I look forward to reading your comments and I will respond as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Inspirational Wednesday

We have made it halfway through this week, so the second half of the week should be much easier, or at least we should hope it will be! Monday is always the most difficult day to get through because we are coming off the weekend and beginning another long week. Tuesday tends to be the leftovers from Monday. How has your week been up until now? My week has not been awful, but since the weather is getting cooler and my body is adjusting to the colder temperatures. I have had increased pain and for some reason more dizzy spells, which might have been caused by lack of sleep.

Now that we have already made it through two days this week and have a couple left before the weekend returns, I think we all need a little inspiration to help! I hope the quote I have shared with you today inspires you and helps you remember everything will work out when it is meant to. We cannot rush the way things happen because everything happens for a reason and it does help to hold onto faith and patience! Life is a journey, so just try to enjoy it😊!

I hope you have an amazing day😊! I am looking forward to reading your comments and the quote I shared resonates with you. It may be after I am done with work, but I will respond to all comments as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

The Daith Piercing

Happy halfway through the week😊! How has your week been going? I do hope your week is going well! Yesterday was my first day back at work after being off for just two days. It was insanely busy and playing catch up was slightly miserable. I am thankful that I did have someone covering my orders while I was out, but for some reason, no one took care of my follow-ups, and some things were missed. I am hoping that today will be a little less crazy!

On Monday afternoon, I finally got my daith piercing! I was so excited and a little nervous because I had been told this piercing was very painful. Of course, pain is something I can tolerate and deal with daily anyways. To be completely honest, with this piercing there was a lot more pressure than pain. I am glad that my husband was with me because after the piercing I was a little lightheaded and I am not sure if it was caused by the adrenaline or because I had not eaten much earlier in the day. I am glad I got this done and I love the jewelry I went with because I think it is very pretty. It has my favorite colors, purple and teal😊! After I have had this for a while, I will let y’all know if it helps with all the headaches I endure!

It is not proven, but many people have said that the daith piercing can help with headaches/migraines. This piercing can be done on one or both ears, but if you are like me and deal with headaches/migraines a lot, advocates suggest getting this piercing on the side where your headaches are most frequent. Of course, there is no scientific proof this helps, but I was willing to try and hope for the best. I do like the way they look and like I said, I love the jewelry I found because it is beautiful!

I had planned to get the daith and the helix piercing on the same day, but the place I went to said they would only do one because I needed to have a side of my head to sleep on. Truthfully, I think I would have been fine, and I would have been able to still sleep. The good thing is, this left me something else to look forward to😊! When I go back in a few months to do the helix, I plan to have the jewelry be like what I have in the daith, but maybe have a little more teal in it. I got the daith in my right ear, so I plan to get helix in the left ear! I know it sounds strange to be so excited about something that I know will cause pain, but I do not think it is too much to handle😊!

Do you have any piercings or tattoos? I always wanted to get a tattoo of a butterfly on my wrist, but never have because of how permanent they are. Please do not think I am talking down about tattoos because I do think they can be really pretty, I just have never dared to do one and also I cannot think of anything I would want forever! After my grandfather had passed away, I wanted to do a butterfly with his name under it, but then I would feel I had to get another one for each person I care about that passed away and I do not think that would be a good plan, at least for me. I think both tattoos and piercings is an art and it only matters what you like best because it is your body!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared, and I look forward to reading your comments, which I will respond to as quickly as I can. I hope you have a wonderful day, and the rest of the week goes by as fast as possible! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Halfway there!

The great thing about Wednesday is it means we are halfway through the week and only have the other half to make it through before the weekend returns! Of course, I understand the first half of the week may have been challenging, but the last part of the week will be much easier, or at least that is what I keep telling myself😊. The power of the mind is a powerful thing, so if we believe hard enough, maybe we can believe it into reality😊!

I know I mentioned earlier that I took Friday off from work for my birthday! I found out yesterday that we are going to be working 10-hour days for the rest of the week. I think it was pure luck I decided to not work on my birthday because working for 10 long hours on my birthday would have been awful!!!! My workday on Monday was pretty terrible because I had a customer yell at me, not just once, but twice. I am not sure how I managed to keep my composure, but I did😊. I will never understand why people think it is best to yell and insult another person when they are not getting their way because that is the worst way to deal with it!

It is knowing we are halfway through the week that is a good feeling but at the same time a little distressing. I think we could all use a little inspiration, just to get through the rest of the week. When working 8 or more hours a day and feeling exhausted, it can be difficult to stay focused because the week is nearly over. I really love the quote I am sharing with you today and hope that it inspires you to survive the remainder of this week. I think it can help to focus MORE on the opportunities we are offered and MUCH less time focusing on the problems that arise each day.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared and hope you found the quote inspiring. Today will be a good day and we might just need to continue repeating it every few minutes, whatever it takes😊! I am looking forward to reading your comments and I will respond as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Inspirational Wednesday

Happy mid-week! Thankfully, it is Wednesday, which means the week is already halfway over and we just have to get through the last part of it before the weekend returns. The first half of the week was okay, but I am hoping the last part is much better. How has your week been? I am not sure about you, but I cannot believe September is almost over. Seriously, where did the month go and how did it go by so quickly?

Even though we have survived the first half of the week, we do still need to find a way to get through the final part of the week. Of course, the weeks do feel long, but the good news is this week is nearly over. I think we could use a little inspiration to help us through the next couple of days. I hope you feel the inspiration in the quote that I am sharing with you today. I think we can easily forget how much power we have within us. It is even easier to forget how to love and forgive ourselves, but this is extremely important to learn to do. Once we learn to love and forgive ourselves, we need to continue to do this for the rest of our lives.

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared today and look forward to reading your comments. I promise to respond to all of your amazing comments as quickly as I can. I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday and the rest of your week is even better than the first part of the week. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Motivational Monday

It is amazing how fast Monday returns because it feels like it was Friday just an hour ago. All I can say right now is, where in the world did the weekend go? Although it was obviously too short, how was your weekend? I think there must have been something floating around in the air because the last few days have been a little challenging. Life cannot always be sunshine and rainbows as we all experience rainy dark days. The good thing is we find ways to work through the bad days so that we can enjoy the good times when they return because they always will just stay calm and remain patient😊!

It does not matter if we are ready or not, but the new week is here and we must try to approach it with as much motivation as we can find within us. I know it is not easy, especially because the weekend was short and a little stressful, but I also know we have the strength to do so! I hope you will find the quote I am sharing with you today motivating, encouraging, and inspiring because that is what we need at the beginning of the week. Although the world might be filled with unpleasantries and ugliness, there are also many beautiful and amazing things as well. Sometimes it does take distancing yourself from the negativity before you can view the beauty!

How was your weekend? I hope you were able to relax and anything you did brought you happiness😊. I am still so happy that the temperatures seem to be getting better and not so insanely hot, but I also know that Mother Nature can change at any moment. Many people do enjoy summer because of those amazing beach vacations, which I do love, but I do not enjoy the ridiculous 90-100 degrees. The first day of Autumn is this week, which is my favorite season. The temperatures get a lot more pleasant, not too hot and not too cold, they are just right😊!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared with you and you found the quote meaningful. I am looking forward to reading your comments and I will respond as quickly as I can. I hope your week begins well and only gets better with each day that passes until the weekend returns. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Pain Sucks!

It is an undeniable fact that pain for lack of better words sucks! Of course, I, unfortunately, have some form of pain 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, but I somehow manage to deal with it without becoming too homicidal (most of the time at least😊). No matter how frequently we are inflicted with pain, there is typically one kind we find to be unbearable. Do you experience any type of pain that is so miserable, that you would not wish it on your worst enemy?

Of course, the pain that is always present in my mid to lower back is not easy, I can normally ignore it. The neuropathic issues residing in my legs can be a challenge, but I have learned to live with them. Then the issue with what I believe is plantar fasciitis is extremely unpleasant and as much as I do not want to, I can deal with it. The only type of pain I find nearly impossible is any pain that is in my head, which includes headaches, migraines, and tooth pain because they all nearly send me over the edge.

For the past several days I have had a tooth that has been getting increasingly awful. Of course, I do know what I need to call my dentist to make an appointment. The problem with making this call is I have what some would call an irrational fear of the dentist and I know they are going to want to pull the tooth. I have had this fear of the dentist for as long as I can remember, and I am unsure where it comes from. Yes, I do believe most dentists have the personality of a gnat and they seem to enjoy causing people pain with all their little drills. I once asked one of my former dentists if he was bullied when he was younger and that is why he became a dentist so he could legally cause people pain.

Although my fear of every dentist is very intense, I do know I need to call to make an appointment soon. I am also aware the pain from pulling a tooth will be uncomfortable, it probably will not last as long as I think and will eventually stop and then my tooth will not hurt because it will be gone. Maybe if I put the tooth under my pillow the tooth fairy will come and be very generous because I conquered my dentist fears😊! Seriously though, this pain is so miserable I do not believe I would wish it on my worst enemy and the person I think is the evilest and most immoral person in the entire world, well honestly, I do think it is something he might deserve😊!

I hope you are having a good week. The good news is, we are halfway through this insanely long week! I am not sure why this week has felt so long, but it has been overly busy, and people are more demanding. I am sure one reason this week has felt so long to me is the terrible pain I am dealing with, but I hope that pain will end soon. One phone call and I am sure the evil dentist will help the pain go away, but not before causing me more pain first! We have survived the first part of the week and just have the last few days until the weekend returns. I hope the quote I am sharing with you provides you with enough inspiration to get through the last two days of this week!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared with you and the quote inspires you to push through the last part of the week. I look forward to reading your comments and I will respond as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!
