How to not feel trapped by life

pursuit of happinessWe are all in the pursuit of happiness for our life. We must try to discover what we truly want from the life we are living. We can easily begin to feel trapped by our aspirations, triumphs, failures, and responsibilities. We can inflict these on ourselves or they may be imposed on us by outside forces.

Our ultimate goal needs to be to not feelwindow-335607_960_720 trapped in life because there are so many pathways for a joyful, prosperous life that there isn’t a good reason to not aspire for something healthier.

It is crucial to create your own journey and not view something as better but focus on making things healthier. This can enable us to free our mind from feeling trapped in our life. Below are ways we might be able to get to that free point.

  1. Live below your means

There is so much marketing that encourages consumers to buy new products. They promote these new products as better and those they will make people happy, which isn’t true.

live belowThis creates the thoughts we need to make more money so we can buy bigger houses, newer cars, up to date brand name clothes, or the most current electronics, even though the one bought last year still works.

Living below our means gives us the freedom to not be a slave to a job that makes us miserable. The advertisements that are created to grab our interests need to be ignored because most of those products are not needed. Balancing our needs with wants is important to acknowledge.

  1. Accept responsibility for your choices and actions

We are the only one that can save ourselves from the decisions we have made. There arerespp too many people that spend their time complaining about how awful they think their life is, instead of putting the effort into making the changes we need. There are times bad things happen to a person that can’t be avoided.  When this does happen, we need to accept what occurred and move on the best we can.

The truth is, many only want to blame everyone and everything else for their hard times in life, but they fail to look in the mirror for the blame. It is important to look in the mirror because often times there is no one else that can fix our problems.

  1. Strive for a healthier lifestyle

Living an unhealthy lifestyle will negatively influence our quality of thoughts, emotions, bband life.

Easy choices like cutting back on unhealthy foods, trying to get a little more regular exercise, and the proper amount of sleep each night can drastically improve our mentality and perspectives. A healthier lifestyle can depend on the foundation of sleep. The deeper stages of sleep are when our brain produces the images (1)chemicals to maintain our mood and balance throughout the day. Both our moods and emotions will suffer if we don’t get enough sleep.

Food and drinks provide our minds with the nourishment we need and offer us our energy throughout the day. The simple changes we can make to drink less sugary and caffeinated beverages and more water can provide mental and physical health benefits.

  1. Embrace change when it is the only option

Growth and change are things that can’t be avoided if we are living a positive and meaningful life. We will make changes to our views; work on our mental and emotional health, which may show us we have outgrown some situations and or people.12-30-2018_Image_EmbraceChangeposter

Outgrowing certain situations may be challenging. Outgrowing some of our friends and even our family will be much more difficult. During this time we need to analyze the situations and people to determine which are meaningful to our life. If you view some people are toxic because of their actions, they will only continue dragging us down.

Some people actually prefer to stay stagnant in their life because it is comfortable and they do care to make changes for a healthier life. We need to try embracing changes and enjoy the amazing opportunities that will free us from feeling trapped.

  1. Learn to say “NO”

unknown-author-color-text-cream-paper-learn-say-no-explaining-8u3xAdapting to the ability to say “no” can be difficult, but it is an important skill to learn. There will never be a time when something isn’t going on or someone else doesn’t need something or even when another responsibility doesn’t come up. If we don’t learn to say “no” we will always be caught up with something and may even be taken advantage of by someone who doesn’t expect to hear us say no.

The ability to say no could keep us from feeling trapped by too many responsibilities.

  1. Do more things that make us happy

This might not be something we think about because of many different reasons that make sense to us.7df2c73195ef62c8298ee47459879666 As long as what makes us happy isn’t harming anyone else, there is nothing wrong with it. We all know that people enjoy judging others for how they live, but they really do not matter at the end of the day.

We all have the right to discover happiness and do what makes us happy. Dedicating time to what brings us happiness is necessary for self-care.

The normal day-to-day life can have a great deal of negativity and repetition. There are times when the repetition can lead us to believe we are bored with our life, which can make us feel trapped. This is the main reason for doing things that bring us joy is so important.

  1. Add spontaneity and creativity to your life

Human beings are not designed for an inflexible immutable schedule of things we mustcreativity do. Often the feelings of being trapped are more thought of being trapped due to the monotony of life.

Working a normal job, bills to pay, and other responsibilities can get too routine. We all need excitement, creativity, and spontaneity in our life. Whatever we do doesn’t need to be expensive, it can simply be a walk in the park or a short scenic drive. We can even do something creative that can be displayed around the house or given to a friend or family member.

  1. Seek help from a professional

crossroad signThere are many reasons a person may feel trapped and not all will be easy to figure out. The reasons could lead to depression or other mental health issues.

It might not be easy admitting the need to talk to a professional, but it might be worth it. Talking to a professional could help get past the feelings of being trapped.

Our life doesn’t need to feel like it is a chore because it has so much more to offer. If we can learn to replace our negative emotions with healthier thoughts and habits, we can allow ourselves a more fulfilling life.depositphotos_110108908-stock-illustration-healthy-body-helthy-mind-healthy

Three Helpful Sleep Practices

  1. Good nights sleep

Do you ever have trouble falling asleep and or staying asleep? Do you find it difficult to turn your brain off from any stresses you might be experiencing? I know I do because my brain is on constant overdrive. I have discovered a few sleep practices; I wanted to share with y’all to try.

  1. Progressive Breathing:

First, try counting each inhales in seconds, then each exhales by two counts. Simply by doing this exercise before bed, you can be provided with many benefits which include Progressive-Muscle-Relaxation-1 (1)relief from insomnia and anxiety and peaceful easy feelings. Try the following steps tonight and see how much it will benefit you and your sleep.

  • Begin by sitting in a comfortable position, keeping your spin straight.
  • Close your eyes take a few deep inhales through your nose and exhale from your mouth.
  • Inhale through your nose for a count of 3 seconds, and then exhale through your mouth for count of 5 seconds.
  • Inhale counts 4 seconds, and then exhale count of 6 seconds.
  • Inhale count of 5 seconds and then exhale count of 7 seconds.
  • You can continue with this pattern increasing inhale count by 1 and exhale count HL-templateby 2 each time for as long as you are comfortable. Do not increase more than you are comfortable with considering this will not work if you are not at ease. The important part of this exercise isn’t the length of your inhales, it’s the exhaling longer.
  1. Visiting Your “Happy Place”:

The purpose of this exercise is to mentally put yourself in a setting where peace and relaxation are purely natural. We can prompt our brains to release serotonin, which makes us feel good and helps override panic by spending time in our “happy place”. This doesn’t mean we are avoiding any stress we might be feeling, but rather we are learning how to cope with the stress. We don’t want to allow stress to control our sleep; we want to be in control of the stress.

Let’s try creating the perfect place in our minds!Happy Place

  • Sit tall or lie down comfortably, supporting yourself with blankets and pillows. Create the most peaceful setting possible in your mind.
  • Now close your eyes. Focus your attention on your breathing while gradually relaxing every muscle in your body.
  • If you find it difficult to create a pleasant image, just focus on the journey you would take to get there. The journey might take a lot of effort, but the purpose is well worth it.
  • Image there is a protective entry-way made of light. This entry-way keeps the outside world out and provides restfulness and peace.
  • Picture a peaceful and beautiful scene, a place where everything is exactly where you picture it in your “happy place”.49877854edac394a4db2ef479cf7c2cc
  • Submerge yourself in the sensory elements of the beautiful place. For instance, imagine the warmth of the sun heating your skin, the sounds of the waves crashing on the shores and the smell of saltwater filling your nose. The feeling of warm sand surrounding your feet.
  • Linger in this comforting place as long as you can, even if for only a few minutes. It will help!
  • If any thoughts from the day appear, gently guide your mind back to the peaceful place you had been in. In a tranquil state of mind, bring your focus back to your breathing
  1. Emotional Landscape:

Direct your imagination to help overshadow the tormenting and agonizing thoughts keeping you awake at night. By gaining a different perspective on your emotional landscapes, you are giving yourself the liberation for relief. You are basically renewing your subconscious mind to distinguish emotions without allowing them to dictate your course of sleep. Sounds pretty interesting, doesn’t it? Follow the steps below and see what this can do for you.cover_2

  • Sit comfortably and use relaxed breathing.
  • Choose an uncomfortable emotion you would like to change. It can be anything, regret, shame, self-doubt, bitterness, and the list carries on.
  • Try to imagine yourself sitting barefoot in a place where you can feel the earth beneath you. For instance, this can be on top of a mountain or on a quiet hill or even on the beach with the whitest sand.
  • Invite the discomfort to present itself to you as a landscape. Utilize your curious mind, notice what you can see, a dark forest, vast ocean, the choice is all yours.
  • Observe any details on the landscape. Don’t force it because things will come together. Describe anything that grabs your attention, sights, sounds, colors, shapes, impressions, everything means something.
  • Recognize the place showing itself as an internal state of being you recently inhabited.91Hnl6IueiL._SS500_
  • Try to heighten your exploration by calling in a winged creature that is big enough to climb on. You could even imagine being on a hot air balloon or sitting on your own cloud.
  • When you feel ready, ask to be brought back to the mountain or hill you started on.
  • Don’t forget to bring back the steady breathing.

I hope the information I have shared with you will be beneficial and you will have a much better night’s sleep. We have all heard how important sleep is, but unfortunately,2948304_0 some of us struggle with sleep for so many reasons. I will be honest and tell you, I am unable to turn my thoughts off at night and this does include all the stress I feel daily. If you do end up trying one of these habits, please let me know which one worked for you, if any.

Thank you for stopping by my site today. I hope you have enjoyed your weekend to the fullest. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of ❤ love , comfort, and many positive vibes!

Let It Go Friday

1665142_1000x0Happy Friday y’all! I hope you had a great week, you are feeling well, and you are looking forward to the weekend ahead of us! I do not really have many plans for the weekend, but I tend to never have any plans. Truthfully, I do not really have the desire to go out in large crowds of people with all that is going on with the Coronavirus spreading as much as it is. Of course, I do not plan to live my life in fear, but this is a valid concern at the moment. I do not care what the president says, it is something to worry about. It is pretty sad when so people have already died and yet the president of the United States says it isn’t something we need to be worried about! dont-be-afraid

On a much more positive note, let us use Friday as a day to let go of anything and  everything that might not have gone the way we desired for it to during the week. I have been applying for jobs over the past several week, a few of them being work from home, which is ideal. I have not heard anything back yet, which is honestly a little discouraging. Another thing I feel I need to let go of is the political unfairness. I believe that when we might finally have someone running for president of the United States, who actually cares about the American Citizens, but he may never be supported in the way he should be! Please accept my apologies if I was at all offensive with my ugly comment about that man in the White House.let go 26

The quote I want to share with y’all today, I hope will bring you something positive and uplifting from it! I would love to read what your thoughts are on this quote because I know you will add so much to the already fabulous quote!

Thank you for stopping by my site today! I always appreciate your support and your incredible feedback! I strongly believe each time we get feedback, either positive or negative, it helps us to grow and become better people.  Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love ❤, comfort, and many positive vibes!

Happy New Year!!!

Goodbye-2019-Happy-New-Year-2020-greetings-and-wishes-card-915x515Another year has passed us by again and we are ready to embark on a brand new year. I went into 2019 with high hopes for a better year, but unfortunately, it felt like a repeat of 2017 and 2018 with no noticeable changes. Although the logical part of my brain gets over-run by the illogical part, I would like to believe that no change is far better than dealing with any negative changes.

As I think back on how fast the previous years went by, I feel 2019 went by at lete-review.jpgsupersonic speed! I am a firm believer that everything in life happens for a reason, even if we have to dig a little deeper to identify those reasons. All that we face in life happens exactly when it is supposed to and hold valuable lessons.

At the end of 2019, I would like to ask y’all a few questions! I think this will be a fun and interesting way to end the year and discover ways for better years to come! I do look forward to reading your answers and to be fair, I am going to answer the same questions I asked you to!

What were the three best things that occurred during 2019?

  1. I was able to build up the courage and strength to leave a job that brought me nothing logo-retina1but misery before having another.
  2. Even with changes in jobs/schedules, I have still managed to find the time to continue blogging as much as I can.
  3. After being in an accident (obviously not a good thing), I was able to purchase the car I had wanted! It wasn’t lucky to be in an accident that totaled my car, but I was fortunate enough to find exactly what I wanted.

If it were possible, what are three things you would change about 2019?

  1. After my husband and I moved, I was supposed to have found a new neurologist so I would not have to drive 2 hours to my old one. It has been over a year and I still change.jpghaven’t made an appointment with a new one. I
  2. I know there is not much I can do about this, but I do wish I could change and end all the senseless hatred that has built up in my country, which is causing way too many mass shootings. It is downright insanity when you have to fear a possible gunman being at the grocery store or that latest issue at a church.
  3. If I could change all the dishonesty and corruption in politics, I would and it would possibly bring back democracy.

What are the three worse things that happened in 2019?

  1. During 2019 I had my first accident and it totaled my poor car. The accident was not Bad Time Represents Hard Times And Miserymy fault, but it scared the heck out of me. I am pretty sure as scared as I was; the young kid that hit my car was twice as scared when I got out of my car yelling as I have never yelled before, especially at a young kid (well he was 17 so I am sure has heard worse)!
  2. 2019 was the first time in a long time I had to go without insurance. Going without insurance and having a chronic illness living in the United States can be dangerous.
  3. Another thing that occurred in 2019 is, mass murders were happening so frequently it became normal to see on TV. Even though I saw it all happen through the news, I can’t for the life of me understand why murders were the only way to deal with differences. It is never going to be acceptable to me.

What are the three accomplishments you had during 2019?

  1. After walking away from one job I hated, I was able to quickly find something else that will hopefully be easier on my health.images (1)
  2. I have taken the steps needed to achieve something I am passionate about, which is trying my hand in freelance writing. Honestly, I still have more to do with getting started, but I plan to have things going further within the month of January.
  3. I have built many friendships in the blogging community that I will cherish forever and look forward to many more in the years to come!

Based on what you learned over the past year, what are the three goals you have for 2020? I decided to ask about goals instead of New Year’s Resolutions. I think resolutions put too much stress and expectations on us!

  1. I have always been extremely hard on myself. I have always been my biggest critic of everything I do. One of my goals is to stop being so hard on myself and quit second-masthead_2020-sustainability-goals-carnival-mobile.jpgguessing myself.
  2. Another goal I have is to build on my writing skills and start a freelance career.
  3. One of my greatest struggles is that I stress about everything. A continued amount of stress causes my health to deteriorate and what good is that doing anyone? I want to focus on relaxing a lot more and stressing a lot less.

Thank you so much for visiting my site today. I am looking forward to reading your answers to the five questions I have asked. I will admit, it took me a while to complete because I had to put a lot of thought into each question.

Happy-New-Year-2020-with-lightsHappy New Year to all of you! I wish for y’all to have an amazing 2020 and all your dreams come true. I am looking forward to another year of getting to know y’all and building fabulous friendships! As always, please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love ❤, comfort, and many positive vibes!

Let It Go Friday!

imagesHappy Friday y’all! How was your first week of December? I think I am still lost as to what happened to this year! I mean, come on time is on super charge! I swear I have been hearing Christmas songs for weeks now! What happened to waiting until after Thanksgiving to start anything with Christmas? I did spend the most of the week waiting patiently, okay let’s face it I wasn’t that patient for my background check to be clear from a state I haven’t lived in or even been to in 20 years! Thankfullywelcome friday, the background came back late Thursday afternoon and just like I told the recruiter, I have absolutely nothing on my background check, not even a speeding ticket! Good news is, I am starting the new job on Monday!!! I would have never thought I would be looking forward to going to work.

Today marks the day we made it through another week! Now we can cleanse our minds from any negative emotions and start again with nothing but positivity! Letting go of disappointments, sadness, negativity and frustrations will benefit us in many ways!

seek-respect-not-attention--it-lasts-longer--1I do believe we all have dreams of something we want to do, accomplish, go visit somewhere we want to see and anything else you can think of. Sometimes, we have to fight twice as hard against our thoughts that are trying to hold us back. Being held back could be due to our lack of confidence, which we can correct I find the quote I am sharing with y’all today very encouraging and I plan to never give up on the dreams that are close to my heart!

Let me ask you one question, what is one of your most desired dreams? Do you have any plans on how to make your dream, become your reality? I guess it shows that I am a planner, which I sometimes go a little overboard. The truth is I might also be a bit of a control freak and planning is the positive-vibes.jpgonly thing I have control of.

I hope you have a good day and your weekend will start off incredible. I am looking forward to reading your comments and learning what your most desired dream is. I am finally starting my new job on Monday, so I might be a little slow with reading and commenting on posts. I don’t think it is going to take me long to adjust, but I wanted to give you a heads up. Please remember that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love ❤, comfort and many positive vibes!

Featured

Catching-Up-and-My-Favorite-ThingsWOW, it feels like it has been forever since I did anything in the blogging community! While I was on my much needed vacation with my husband last week, I took a short break from doing anything involving a computer. The two of us went to my happy place, the BEACH, not only to celebrate my birthday, but also our 8 year wedding anniversary ❤. We had an amazing time together and had absolutely beautiful weather! It was so great being far away from the stresses of work and be able to just sit back listening to the ocean waves! I honestly find the sight and sounds of the ocean 🌊, while reading a great book to be the best way to relax and refresh!

I am very far behind on reading all of your posts, which I already know are fantastic. its-been-a-whileUnfortunately, I do have to work the weekend so I can’t say I will be able to catch up, but I will still try.

Considering I have been away for almost 2 weeks now, how have y’all been doing? I hope you are feeling well and your month has started off great! October is beautiful and my favorite month, which I am not just saying that because it is the month I was married in. I have always enjoyed the change in weather during October. Normally it isn’t too hot and not that cold, it is just right! Sounds kind of like Goldilocks and the Three Bears, but yet so true! Of course the southern states are not always on the same page with my thought process and it was in the high 90’s ☀ for the first week of October, but thankfully over the weekend the temperatures are going to drop! It is crazy though because when I say the temperatures are going to drop, I mean drop more than 20 degrees in one day!

Like I already stated, my husband and I had a wonderful vacation. Of course it wasn’t long c620x376enough and it was painful to return to work. The insane thing is we didn’t get home until the early morning hours and I had to work that day. I was so exhausted; nothing bothered me at all because my mind was still at the beach and maybe I was half asleep still. Of course things not bothering me only lasted half a day and I will tell you more about this later. My boss is still the same idiot he has always been!

For my birthday we had a lovely dinner at a restaurant that was oceanfront 🌊! vacation and celebrationConsidering we were at the beach during the off season it wasn’t overly crowded, which was great! Thankfully my husband did not tell the waitress it was my birthday, so I didn’t have to deal with the wait staff singing happy birthday to me and embarrassing me. I do not like to be center of attention and would prefer to go unnoticed!

The day after my birthday we went to another oceanfront restaurant to celebrate our 8 year wedding anniversary ❤! Back to back celebrations were nice and peaceful! It is so hard to believe we have already been married for 8 years ❤, I mean where does the time go? I still remember the day my husband proposed like it was yesterday and that was 9 years ago!

Sunrise at the beachI don’t know about you, but before last week there were times I was awake at sunrise, but never actually watched the sunrise. Standing out on the beach in the early morning hours watching the sun come up was a beautiful sight and pretty powerful! It really is amazing to watch as the sun slowly makes its way up to shine light on us all around the world! To think the sun I watched come up will also be seen on the other side of the world at some point.

The weather was so clear we were even able to watch the sunset! The sun sets slowly over sunset at the beachthe horizons and it is quite magical, especially near the ocean! Of course I do think everything is magical and hypnotizing when I am at the beach!

I hope y’all have a wonderful weekend and you are able to enjoy every moment of it. I will be back to my normal routine next week and maybe even some extra surprises. I want to thank you for stopping by my site today and please know that I always appreciate your comments. Please never forget that no matter how busy I am, I am always sending y’all LOTS of love ❤, comfort, and many positive vibes!

Outlets are important!

environmental-writer-300x156Do you have an outlet from the pains that life hands us? I do believe having an outlet can be the most therapeutic thing for anyone, almost like a short escape from reality. It doesn’t matter if you write on a blog and share you deepest feelings with others or if you take time alone to write in a journal about your feelings, it is just important to get those emotions out. Releasing positive and or negative emotions can create so much true comfort!

Obviously y’all know I write on my blog as much as I can, but recently I have started download (5)writing in a journal as well. There might be times when I may not be ready or comfortable sharing how I am feeling with anyone yet and writing these feelings down in private offers me serenity. I find that writing down what is going through my mind at any given time allows me to reread what I am dealing with and gain some perspective. I think that by writing in a journal, I can just be honest with myself and not have to worry about what anyone else thinks or someone trying to tell me how I should feel or how I should cope with my struggles. There are many times that I just wanting to come up with solutions on my own, but then there of course times I do want advice.

I really do enjoy writing on my blog as well because this gives me a chance to not only outletshare with y’all, but also gain some amazing feedback from y’all!! I have told y’all many times before that I am very critical of my own writing, but reading your thoughts helps me in so many ways. I have always dreamed of being a writer and having freedom to write about whatever I want! My ultimate dream is to gain the confidence to write the book I have mulled over for many years. I do believe that if I continue writing on my blog, which I do intend to, I will gain a tremendous amount of knowledge from each of you and about my own skills.  I am very curious about what you consider an outlet. Is writing on your blog, writing in asunrise_music300[1] journal, or do you even consider writing to be an outlet at all?

I also consider music to be an outlet. It amazes me how much passion and meaning can be in just one simple song. I am sure what I take from any given song can be much different that it would anyone else and it might be a lot different than what the writer intended. I appreciate the creativity song writers hold and value what they are sharing with the world.

I am looking forward to reading what you consider an outlet to be and how it has helped you! I am so pleased to say that I do not have to work this weekend, which is allowing me to download (5)do things I really needed to do, like clean the house and rest. I know how crazy that just sounded, cleaning the house and resting seem like they are opposites, but for me being able to get the house nice and clean is a great feeling. Of course all the extra work did create a lot of pain for me, but now I am able to spend the remainder of the weekend resting and preparing myself for another LONG week at work and unfortunately I have to work next weekend!

Thank you for stopping by my site today! I hope you are enjoying your weekend and feeling well! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love ❤, comfort, and many positive vibes!

Pick-Me-Up Thursday

163328-Tomorrow-Is-FridayGood morning y’all! I hope you had a wonderful week and you are feeling the best you possibly can🌸! Even though our weeks can cause us stress and additional pain, we always manage to fight through anything to get to the brighter side☀! Y’all know that last week was not that easy for me. There are times when dealing with various personalities can be extremely challenging, but I think it helps to put ourselves in that person’s shoes. Everyone has something they are dealing with and they just need someone to listen to them. Once you show a little empathy🌹, the interaction can become so much images (1)easier!

I am thrilled today is Friday Eve and the weekend🌈 is closing in! I am beyond thankful that I do not work this weekend and have absolutely NO plans! This week work was extremely busy and there was always someone either coming in the office or calling the office with a complaint 🌻. Truth is, what they are complaining about I completely understand and would probably be even more angry than they have been. Seriously, living in the south where it is SO HOT ☀ and not having the air conditioner working is unacceptable and should NEVER happen!

The Pick-Me-Up Thursday quote I am sharing with y’all today is great way to look at life. The reason I find this so amazing is because it almost forces us to look for the positive in any situation we may deal with. when it rains look for a rainbow

Chronically Hopeful Award!

ChronicallyHopefulAwardI was completely blown away that the lovely Heather and Dizzy at https://dinosaursdonkeysandms.com thought to nominate me for such a beautiful award. I find both ❤ Heather and Dizzy to be so encouraging and battle MS with nothing but grace! Considering I have been adjusting to working full-time again, blogging has been a little difficult for me. I had actually told myself that I would not be able to do award posts until I had fully adjusted, but this one is very special and holds a place in my ❤heart because I think all of us living with a chronic illness need to hold on tight to hope! I mean, without hope, what do we really have? Thank you from the bottom of my ❤ heart Heather and Dizzy ❤ for this incredible nomination! I do encourage anyone that has not already visited Heather and Dizzy’s site to check it out https://dinosaursdonkeysandms.com, I know you will love it as much as I do! Heather & Dizzy’s Questions and my answers:

1, What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned from your illness?

I think the biggest lesson I have learned since diagnosed with MS at age 19 is, life can be painfully difficult, but giving up should never be an option. We are meant to live the life we are living and must always fight with everything we have.

2. If you were a dinosaur, what dinosaur would you be and why? download (4)

This was actually a very difficult question to answer, but I think I would have to say a Pterodactyl because they can fly! I think it would be amazing to have the ability to fly away when you need time alone!

3. What is your most embarrassing moment?

I know I have had many embarrassing moments, but I have done my best to forget them. One embarrassing moment I haven’t been able to forget is tripping while walking on rocks at the beach. It was a simple accident, but so many people watched it happen.

4. What is your favourite flower?download (3)

My absolute favorite flower is the Stargazer lily. I got married in early October when these flowers were not really in season, but I just had to have them. Thankfully, the florist was able to get them for me! It was probably the only thing that I just had to have for my wedding!

5. What makes you happy?

There are several things that make me happy. First, my two adorable and very loving ❤ cats bring me so much joy. They can be little terrors at times, but they misbehave in the cutest ways possible! Being able to write also brings me so much joy.

❤❤My amazing nominees are: Now, my nominees are in no specific order and I also do not want to add any additional stress or pressure to your life, so please do not feel obligated to participate, I will understand if you choose not to. On the other hand, I do look forward to reading your answers to the questions I have come up with!
