Motivational Monday

Welcome back to another Monday and hopefully, this week is not be as excruciatingly long as last week. How was your weekend? Do you have anything exciting coming up this week? My weekend was very mellow, partially because of how incredibly high my pain levels were. It did not matter what I did, rest with the cats, clean, read, (try) to complete my essay, or attempt to sleep, the pain refused to ease up. I almost forget, due to the Gileyna (the MS medication) messed up the shipping of my order and it will not arrive until Tuesday, which means I will be without AGAIN, for almost one week!

As we enter a new week, I always feel that it is SO important to do so with a positive and motivated outlook. If we anticipate nothing but negative things, unfortunately, that is what we will be forced to deal with. However, if we maintain a positive, motivated, and optimistic view, good things are more likely to occur! The week needs to include little to no stress or negative, and NO mean and ugly behavior! After you read the quote I am sharing with you today, I hope you feel the power, and it provides you with everything you need to handle another week!

I hope your week is filled with nothing but the happiness, love, safety, courage, determination, and compassion you deserve. The world is a terrifying and chaotic place, and I am unsure when it will improve, so until then must be mindful, kind, and understanding toward others. We need to remember what it means to be non-judgmental and unpleasant to anyone with different opinions. This might sound insane, but I told someone the other day the world would be a better and more loving place if only cats ran the world. Animals are nothing but pure love and we need much more of this!

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared, and I am looking forward to reading your comments. An important thing we MUST remember and hold close to our hearts is to NEVER push ourselves too hard, and avoid stressing over things that we were unable to accomplish or had no control over. If y’all have any advice on how to have more confidence in yourself, please let me know. The article for the writing competition I am doing is due on May 5th, and I continue to think that I am not good enough! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Always, Alyssa
