It is another Monday that returned way too quickly. Even though it seemed much shorter than normal, I hope you were able to enjoy your weekend. The weather where I live cannot seem to decide if it wants to be warm or cold, so I am still trying to adjust to the weather. Every year, I have a difficult time feeling okay until the weather stabilizes and remains constant. For some reason, this year has been very complicated and I am dealing with more headaches and other types of pain. I can only hope that Mother Nature will make up her mind soon so that my suffering can end!

Starting a new week and saying goodbye to the weekend is never easy. This can make it twice as hard to find motivation to tackle the new week. I do hope the quote that I am sharing with you today will provide you with some motivation and help you survive the first day of the week. Once we get through today, it can only get easier or at least that is what I keep telling myself! To be motivated, we must discover hope and hold onto it.
