Happy Friday Eve π! How has your week been? It has been far too HOT and I do not think the temperatures are going to get cooler anytime soon. I swear, summer can often feel like we are living in hell, but hotter! It is terrible when you walk aside and feel like you are in a sauna or an oven that is turned up as high as it can go. Of course, there are good things about summer, but it is almost impossible to live near the ocean so you can feel the glorious ocean breeze and hear the waves crashing down!

We have somehow survived most of this week, but we do have a couple left before the weekend returns. This is the home stretch, as we wait “patiently” for the weekend π! I think we can all use a little pick-me-up that offers encouragement and strength. I hope you will feel the meaning of the quote I have shared and it encourages you to push forward for the remainder of this week. I think what we are “supposed:” to do, taking care of our responsibilities, home life, and work are embedded into our minds and we get lost. Many people are so focused on caring for everyone and everything else, they feel their emotions are unimportant and invalid. This way of thinking is not true and it is a hard pattern to end, but we can do it!

Now that the weekend is almost here, do you have any plans? One thing I want to do is purchase a few things for the outside of our house. I would like to plant some flowers in large pots to go on our front porch. I think flowers brighten life up and look really pretty. It might have to wait until next spring, but I really want to plant butterfly bushes because I LOVE butterflies and it would be amazing to see butterflies around the house! Does anyone have any advice on planting flowers and the best way to plant bushes?

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I shared and I was able to shine a little light on your day! I would love to know you thoughts about the quote I shared and any other comments you have. I promise to respond as quickly as I can. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Always, Alyssa
