We have made it to the middle of the week, so we are that much closer to the weekend! Like every other week, this has been another long week and I said I would work overtime, again. That means working 10 hour days, but I am not working on Saturday! I figured after working three 10 hour days, I will not have the energy to work any on Saturday. I also have to give our poor cat her liquid medication again this week and she hates it, which means she will fight me tooth and nail to avoid it. If this medication was not “supposed” to be helping her, I would feel really bad for tormenting her, but hopefully this will prevent us from having to make the decision to have all her teeth pulled. Poor little girl has chronic gingivitis.

As we have survived the first part of the week and have a few days left until the weekend, I think we could all use some inspiration! I hope you will find inspiration and encouragement in the quote I have shared. There is nothing wrong with feeling angry, frustrated, and or discouraged during some times in our life, we are only human. It is just as important to keep going and never direct these emotions it at those not responsible for the challenging times. Yes, it can be easy to take our frustrations out on whoever is closest to us, but we need to try to control that because most of the time the person we take it out on, has nothing to do with why we are frustrated and or angry.

I hope your week is going well and you are staying as stress-free as you can. I am good at giving advice about stress, but terrible at taking my own advice. I manage to stress about everything and it takes a tole on my health. I know it is not good to stress and I am trying, but I continue to fail. It has been a little better this week, but I do still stress about things, especially work. Most of the things we find ourselves becoming stressed about are not going to change no matter how much we stress about it, so why bother with it, right?

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared and the quote offered you the inspiration needed to get through the rest of this week. No matter what we go through in life, we need to always stay true to who we are and stand up for what you believe in. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Always, Alyssa
