It cannot possibly be Monday already, can it? It seems like it was Friday afternoon twenty minutes ago. I know the weekends are short, but it feels like the weekend went missing or was skipped. How was your weekend? I have been dealing with nasty sinus and increased pain issues for days. I guess the sinus and pain issues made it seem like I did not have a weekend, but I guess it could be worst.

Recently, I discovered some great news, my favorite author and writing role model is going on tour. Since I discovered James Patterson’s series, The Women’s Murder Club, I have been hooked and obsessed. I mentioned in a previous post that meeting James Patterson would be a dream come true for me and I am excited to say, I am planning to meet him on June 9th! Even better than the chance to meet my writing idol, he is going to be in my favorite place, the beach!

Whether we are ready or not, the new week has started. Saying “goodbye” to a weekend and beginning another week is never easy. We need to find ways to stay motivated and tackle the week with determination and strength. I hope you will find the quote I am sharing with you today motivating and it offers you the strength to get through another week. No matter how you feel about the week beginning, I believe each week holds many amazing opportunities for all of us. The only thing we must do is keep trying, stay positive, and NEVER give up!
