I think we should celebrate today because we are halfway through the week! The even better news is, we are much closer to the weekend! I hope your week has been good and you are not allowing yourself to become overly stressed because it does not fix anything. We are all going through something in our lives and we deal with those issues in our way. There is not anyone that can say what the best way is, so we must keep doing the best we can because, in the end, that is all we can do!
Has this week been challenging? Of course, it has been. If you are anything like me, I tend to second guess myself and overthink things to the point I convinced myself I did something wrong. Overthinking things in life is not necessary because as long as we are following our instincts, we will not be wrong. We already survived two days this week, but we have two more to go before the weekend returns and I think we need to find ways to keep moving forward. I hope you will find the quote I am sharing inspirational and it helps you through the next few days! Do yourself a favor and try to not overthink things too much and follow your heart and instincts, they will not deceive you!
I cannot speak for everyone, but this week has felt extremely long. I think everything that can go wrong has gone wrong and because I let myself feel too much stress, I have had increased pain. I can typically deal with pain well, but it has been exceptionally awful this week. I know part of it is because I get uptight learning the new job and end up being harder on myself than I should be. I guess we live and learn, and hopefully change our ways for the better!
