Good morning Tuesday! Somehow we survived Monday, so it can only get better now! I was nervous about this week because our training group started live orders. I am happy to say, it was nowhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be. Honestly, yesterday was easier than any of our training days. I think being able to do the actual work and not in a training atmosphere made things clear and a lot more logical. It seems like I was making things a lot harder than necessary and was overthinking things too much. There was one point where I had to ask if I was doing things correctly because it seemed too easy.

Hopefully, we are all off to a great start to the week and you had a wonderful Monday. Successfully surviving the hardest day of the week is a good sign. Even though we did survive yesterday, we have a few more days to get through. I think today, we could use a little inspiration and I hope the quote I am sharing will inspire you and make you smile😊! No one wants to feel like they have failed anything, but sometimes we need to fail before we can know success.

Life can be challenging, but I do believe every challenge makes us stronger. We face many different issues during life and between the issues and challenges we encounter we learn additional valuable lessons that make us who we are. We should always be proud of who we have grown to be and also try to be understanding of situations others are dealing with.
