Welcome back, Monday! I guess ready or not the new week is here and we must attempt to tackle the week with determination. I hope you had a nice and relaxing weekend. I know the weekends are too short and the weeks are extremely long, but I think we have the drive to accomplish many amazing things this week. Yes, it is hard to say “goodbye” to the weekend, but we need to believe the new weeks contain incredible opportunities!

I have always felt we need to begin the week with a positive and motivated mindset. This is not always easy, but it is possible. Life is complicated and chaotic, which can make us feel overwhelmed. Many of us think that falling apart when we feel consumed with stress and sadness is a weakness, but I do not believe that. It is perfectly okay to feel the need to break down and shut down, but even more important to get back up, brush yourself off, and try again. Never give up on your dreams because dreams can come true with courage and persistence!

This is going to be week 2 of training for my new job. I am sure it is going to be interesting and there will be a lot of knowledge. Week 1 went well and I think I understand what I will be doing. I feel like there will be a great amount of support while we are learning. We were told on Friday this week we will be doing some live orders, but they will be checked by management before being sent. I am honestly a little nervous about this because I want to do well and not make any mistakes. Guess this is part of me being hard on myself.
