Happy Sunday! I hope y’all have been able to enjoy your weekend and you have recuperated from last week because another week will begin tomorrow. I tried to rest and allow my back to heal and not hurt as bad, but unfortunately, it is still very painful. I did not plan to do this, but I ended up dying my hair last night. I wanted my hair to be purple, so I found a dye that works on dark hair without bleaching it. The way I look at things is, it is just hair and things can always be fixed!

Sadly the world is so full of hatred and negativity. I think many people often forget the words we speak to another can be hurtful. There is a HUGE difference between verbal and physical abuse. Bruises will heal in time, but the words spoken cannot be erased or forgotten, so they will harm someone forever. We all need to be mindful of our words and never say something we will regret. Even though an apology does not take back what we have said, we never know if the person we are speaking to will be here tomorrow to hear and accept the apology.

There are several hours left of the weekend before we have to start work again. I have always heard people say that Sunday is for rest, but I try to get everything done on Sunday and rest on Saturday. There is no rhyme or reason for this and honestly, I do the same amount both days. I hardly ever sleep in because I awake at the same time every day of the week. I definitely want to be able to sleep later, but never can. Do you have plans for the end of your weekend?

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you enjoyed what I have shared with y’all today and I look forward to reading your comments. It never fails to surprise me how incredibly short the weekends are, but at least we are able to enjoy them when they come. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes!

Always, Alyssa
