Happy Monday y’all! I hope you had a lovely and safe week. How ready are you for the new week to begin? The new week is here and hopefully, it is full of great opportunities for all of us. It is crazy how short the weekends are and how incredibly LONG the weeks are, but I guess it is what it is, right? Hopefully, I will be starting a new job in mid-March because not working is driving me crazier than I already am, which I guess is saying a lot! I know my old job used to get a little old, but I actually miss it and never thought I would say that.

Now that the week is beginning, we could all use a little motivation and encouragement. I hope the quote I am sharing with you will provide this and much more. I think it is important to understand in life, once things are done you cannot change them and when something is gone, we need to accept that and move on. None of us have the power to rewind and change things in life, so there is no use in trying to do so. It is never easy to let go, but life is short and sometimes that is what we need to do!

Unfortunately, the weekend is over and I know not working it does not matter much because nothing changes. I remember when I was working, my cats hated the weekend ending because that meant I would be in the home office closed away from them for another week. The cats tend to be a little clingy and love to be on Mommy’s lap. The bigger kitten we have is hilarious because the minute I walk into the living room, she thinks she must be on my lap whether I am sitting down yet or not! Gotta love animals because their love is unconditional and never-ending!
