Welcoming Monday back is not an easy thing to do, especially when the weekend went by fast and you might have not felt well. It is exceptionally difficult for me beginning the week because as I already said in my last post I felt awful all weekend because of getting the 3rd COVID vaccine, which I still do not regret getting. The truth is sometimes in life we must do things that are not enjoyable, but do them for good reasons. Our lives are full of choices we have to make and we should make these choices to the best of our abilities and try to never live with any kind of regrets.

I am sure none of us are completely ready for a new week, but that choice is completely out of our control. However, what is within our control is the way we move forward with the week and the way we view each day. Our attitudes whether positive or negative can be extremely contagious. This can be difficult to remember on Monday or if you are not feeling 100%. I decided to share the quote I did with you to help you never forget there are only a few things in life we have control over and those are the only things we should always try to make the best we can! Of course, the way we feel about certain circumstances is hard to view in a positive light and all we can do is try because the only time we will fail is by not trying! It is also important to not be overly hard on yourself because that does not do any good for you or anyone else in your life!

I do hope you had a good and safe weekend. Unfortunately, the weekends go by so fast and it can be challenging to accomplish everything we want. Try not to get too upset about what was not done because you can always try again next weekend or another day during the week. Always do your best to remain positive and know you can do anything you set your mind to.
Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you have a good day and that you week only continues to get better with each day that passes. I know I say this in every post, but I hope you never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love, comfort, support, and MANY positive vibes.

Always, Alyssa
