Happy Monday y’all! I hope y’all had a great and safe weekend! How ready are you for this new week to begin? It definitely seems the weekends are feeling a lot shorter and the weeks are getting longer. I guess as we age this is just normal, but not always pleasant. Would it not be amazing if our weekends could be longer and the workweek just be a lot shorter?

As we start this new week and say goodbye to the weekend, I think we could all use a little motivation to help us start on the right foot. I am not a fan of fighting and would be the first to walk away before anything escalated, but many tat make a living in this manner. I know I have not been doing my typical posts lately, but it was in part due to my not-so-fun dental issues. Y’all already know that I do have a major fear of the dentist and even though I can admit to it being irrational, it is a very real fear to me. I have another appointment this week with my new dentist and I had a good first experience with her when I met her. I know I have a lot of work that needs to be done, but I am going to take this in stride and try to not overly stress myself out. We will see how things go though, but I will keep y’all updated!
