  1. As we plod through this uncertain trial and are not sure where this will lead, may we have the courage to look this beast squarely in the eye and say with confidence, “I will not yield my determination to you.” There are plenty of adversarial stressors that are out there. Some actual and some perceived. They want to drag us into a world of lesser thinking and bury our minds with utter nonsense. This means we have to stay connected now more than ever and come to the assistance of those in need. The plan is and always will be to divide and conquer. The adversary cannot take on all who it is opposing at one time. If we stay together and remain uplifting to each other than nothing can drag us down. Whether it is a COVID type beast that we cannot see but has the power to destroy us from the inside out or it is a disease where we wrestle with on a daily basis, our strength is in the knowledge that, black or white or any other nationality, we have love and compassion for our fellow man. It is easy to get dragged into the mud with what we each have going on. But when we lift each other up, we feel the good that is out there and it gives us strength.
In my own journey with MS I have found that people either love you more or are scared of you. Often they don’t realize that we are people who often just want to be acknowledged and shown support. I have a former customer that checks on me on the regular and that shows me that she genuinely cares how I’m feeling. If I’m having a rough go of it she is always there infusing positivity. It’s a blessing.

I really don’t know why my response ended so much in the dragon world. I guess I look at every day as having a challenge. Sometimes every step is a challenge. It is the way we deal with that challenge which shows our inner strength and wholeness. We should have people in our lives who are there to give us a boost when we most need it. This morning I completed another trip around the sun and my phone has been ringing off the hook which enables me to fight another day.
