happy Friday!

I hope y’all had a great week and you are feeling the absolute best you possibly can! It seems like it has been a rather long week and hopefully y’all have something fun, but safe planned for the weekend. My husband works the weekend, so my plans are non-existent but I am totally fine with that. I do feel like the virus is a lot more dangerous now, than it was when it first arrived. People, at least where I live are not taking it at all serious and the number of new cases are only continuing to increase drastically. I am going grocery shopping early this morning because it is a time when the store is the least crowded. Please whatever you do over the weekend, practice social distancing and all other safety measures.

Y’all already know that I think Friday is the perfect day to Let Go of anything that occurred during the week that might not have gone well or left negative feelings behind. It is never in your best interest to carry negativity into the weekend that is supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable. With so much negativity that is pumping through our days, it is crucial to find what brings us the most happiness. Just as negativity is contagious, happiness can be contagious as well. I hope the quote I am sharing with y’all today will add a little help for you to let go of pains from the week and find your happiness!
