      • doing ok, thank you! I have to run tomorrow and do some errands so I will put on my mask and wear gloves and then come home and change clothes and shower……….plus I am taking the supplements that my NP told me to take to help build up my immune system…….hopefully all of this will keep me protected………Glad you are now wearing a mask too. 🙂

      • I am glad you are well and I hope your outing today went well and you were safe! I hope you have a nice and very safe weekend sweetie!!!!! What supplements build the immune system up? The medication I take for MS has mine very slow and I don’t know how well it would work if my immune system was stronger.

      • I was told by my NP to take buffered vitamin C and D3 every single day……..she also told me a list of other things to take but C and D were a must in her eyes. I also take elderberry several times a week to help build up my immune system.

      • Thank you for letting me know. I take Vitamin C and D already, but my white blood cell count is low because of the medication I take, I am just staying home and anytime out, wear a mask and gloves!
