Happy Friday y’all! I hope your week went well and you are feeling the best you can. Hopefully, you have been able to steer clear of that mean coronavirus and you aren’t feeling too isolated. I have been trapped in the house for 5 days and even though I am starting to go crazy, at least I have been away from all the cases that keep coming up near where I live.

There is no denying the sheer amount of sadness and fear I have felt these last few weeks. I know that I am a very sensitive and emotional person, so I guess it is to be expected I get misty-eyed the more I hear of people not surviving the virus. Heck, I got misty-eyed reading the report after the debate between Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden. My husband and I both support Bernie because he has the right idea to make our country better, especially after the disaster it is in after Trump. I strongly believe that Bernie Sanders is a man of true integrity and love for the people, not the greedy establishment. Unfortunately, it appears we will either be facing 4 more awful years under the Trump administration or be under Biden, who would hopefully be better than Trump, but who knows?

Moving onto more positive thoughts, are y’all ready for the weekend? I know that is probably a rather stupid question considering it isn’t the best idea to be in public places, but it is still a weekend with no alarm clocks! I did find what I think to be a great quote and hope you will as well!

Y’all know that I think of Friday, as the perfect day to let go of any negative emotions. We have definitely been through a lot over the past few weeks and it isn’t going to be easy to let go of all of those negative emotions. Too many people have suffered because of the coronavirus and for any of us that have not had to deal with anything too tragic, we need to be thankful. Considering we have heard that being too close to people right now should be avoided, we can at least call those that we care about to check in and let them know we are thinking about them. During this awful time, I want y’all to know that I do worry about y’all and wish nothing but the best for you moving forward. Please take care of yourself and pay attention to what those in charge are telling us. I am not by any means saying you should listen to Trump, because most of what he says isn’t truthful. However, when we are told to avoid public gatherings, we need to obey.
