Happy Friday y’all! I hope your week went well and you are feeling the best you can. Hopefully, you have been able to steer clear of that mean coronavirus and you aren’t feeling too isolated. I have been trapped in the house for 5 days and even though I am starting to go crazy, at least I have been away from all the cases that keep coming up near where I live.
There is no denying the sheer amount of sadness and fear I have felt these last few weeks. I know that I am a very sensitive and emotional person, so I guess it is to be expected I get misty-eyed the more I hear of people not surviving the virus. Heck, I got misty-eyed reading the report after the debate between Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden. My husband and I both support Bernie because he has the right idea to make our country better, especially after the disaster it is in after Trump. I strongly believe that Bernie Sanders is a man of true integrity and love for the people, not the greedy establishment. Unfortunately, it appears we will either be facing 4 more awful years under the Trump administration or be under Biden, who would hopefully be better than Trump, but who knows?
Moving onto more positive thoughts, are y’all ready for the weekend? I know that is probably a rather stupid question considering it isn’t the best idea to be in public places, but it is still a weekend with no alarm clocks! I did find what I think to be a great quote and hope you will as well!
Y’all know that I think of Friday, as the perfect day to let go of any negative emotions. We have definitely been through a lot over the past few weeks and it isn’t going to be easy to let go of all of those negative emotions. Too many people have suffered because of the coronavirus and for any of us that have not had to deal with anything too tragic, we need to be thankful. Considering we have heard that being too close to people right now should be avoided, we can at least call those that we care about to check in and let them know we are thinking about them. During this awful time, I want y’all to know that I do worry about y’all and wish nothing but the best for you
moving forward. Please take care of yourself and pay attention to what those in charge are telling us. I am not by any means saying you should listen to Trump, because most of what he says isn’t truthful. However, when we are told to avoid public gatherings, we need to obey.
I want to thank you for visiting my site today. I appreciate your continued support and love reading your comments. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love , comfort, and many positive vibes!
Always, Alyssa

It is so sad where our country is at the moment. We need leaders that are strong, compassionate, empathetic, dedicated to the lives of others, and honesty. It is so unfortunate that the man in charge of this country behaves like a 5 years old without manners. He is definitely the most INCOMPETENT people in the world!

It’s too bad you can’t see all the good Trump has done for our nation. He has really received a bad rap he doesn’t deserve. And socialism is not the answer for our great nation. I hope you stay healthy, Alyssa. Have an awesome weekend. 🌸

I do believe everyone is entitled to their own opinions and I will never try to change another’s mind. We have somethings in common and can support one another, but we do have a difference of opinion regarding politics. I do come across this at times and it is okay! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

This is a beautiful post, Alyssa. It’s such a bizarre, awful, uncertain time all across the world right now. United in tragedy. My heart aches for all those so poorly or have already lost their lives. I never thought we’d experience anything like this in our lifetime. It’s beyond words… Stay safe and well ♥

Thank you so much Caz! It is a very awful time and I hate what people are going through. I do still blame Trump for not acting sooner, but I guess what’s done is done. I said the same, I never thought anything like this would happen, I would have never even thought of such a thing. I hope you are doing well and PLEASE stay safe sweetie!!
