Coronavirus Pandemic

coronavirus outbreakHi y’all, I hope your week has been going well and you are feeling the best you can. I know I do not have to say this, but it has been a CRAZY few weeks. Everything that is going on with the coronavirus has been mined blowing and stressful. I hate admitting this but I am at high risk because of medication I take for MS requires my WBC be low. I am not that old, but the only time in my life that ConfirmedCoronavirusCases020420_v03_DAP_hpEmbed_16x9_992schools closed was for a massive snowstorm and it was only for 2 days tops! Not only are schools closed for who knows how long, but everything else is closing as well. People who are elderly and people with medical issues are urged to not leave their homes. I am not good at sitting around the house doing nothing.

It is apparent that this virus wasn’t taken seriously at first. Anyone who has watched the news knows that in the beginning, the president of the United States wanted to say it Coronavirus-SARS-MERS_Onlinewas a democratic hoax and FAKE news. Why did it take people dying for the government to take it seriously? When dealing with a crisis due to a pandemic, it takes a strong, honest, and mature leader to address it, not an immature idiot that behaves like that bad kid playing at the playground!

This is a time everyone needs to work together or people are going to continue dying. togetherThis isn’t the first time, but it is certainly the most ridiculous time for the government of the most powerful country in the world to not put people’s lives over money, hatred, politics, and any other ignorant reasons.

Maybe I am wrong, but I believe it would be best if all countries could work together to find a way to end the spread of the coronavirus. This is NOT a time for COMPASSION and EMPATHY! No one that has a heart cares what the damn stock market is doing and sure as hell do not want to hear about it when the president goes on covid-19-symptoms-v03live TV.

Thank you for visiting my site today! All of this has been weighing heavily on my mind and I felt like writing about it was the only way to get through it. I am working on two others post that because of a migraine/headache from hell I wasn’t able to complete yesterday. I am looking forward to reading your thoughts on this post. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love ❤, comfort, and many positive vibes!

heart

❤Always, Alyssa❤

  1. Alyssa we all count on you to find the positive in life; it’s one of your great gifts. If you need to be busy, consider getting busy with qi gong. I have been following Jeff Chand Qi Gong tutorials on You Tube and they have helped me move and breathe and literally feel lighter. I’ve resisted Qi Gong for over a decade, but now that I’ve made it a daily practice I am happy every day. You are an open minded person. Perhaps you’ll give it a shot. Other positive thing to do: listen to music, make a phone call to someone more vulnerable than yourself, plant anything. If you hop over to my blog, you can get a look at what MS medications are safe to take at this time. http://www.mslabrat.com

    • First, I would like to thank you for reading this post. While I do appreciate you taking the time to leave a wonderful comment, I am also a little confused because I did not view this post negative. I hate assuming, but the only thing that might be viewed as negative is my comments on the president and government. There is no surprise how I feel about the government and president, but I also know I am not the only one. I also appreciate you suggesting different things to keep busy, but music and reading information about MS drugs is something I have already done multiple times. Again, thank you for reading and leaving a comment. I hope you have a wonderful day!

      • Darling, I am so sorry if I made you feel I expect every post to be shiny and uncritical of our president. That couldn’t be further from my intent! I am only concerned for your wellness. In these times, it takes great discipline to not fixate on things we can’t change (until Election Day, if that isn’t called off.)

      • Oh no worries at all. I do not like being negative at all, but unfortunately it is SO easy when mentioning the president. I really appreciate you being caring and concerned for my well-being. I gave up thinking about the election. Whatever is going to be will be, despite what I think it should be. Thank you again, I appreciate you being caring!
