Happy Friday Eve y’all! I hope you are having a wonderful week and feeling the best you possibly can. This is my second week with my new job. Things are still going well and I am learning a lot, but my goodness I am always so damn exhausted. I do not really know what is causing it, except I am getting up earlier than I was with my previous job and yet still staying up a little later than I should, but who would have thought it would take so much out
of me. I am trying my best to stay caught up with Word Press, but I am so sorry to say I am failing with it. I am too far behind on too many of your amazing posts, but I hope to get caught up over the weekend!
After what seems like a long week, I could definitely use a little pick me up and I hope the quote I am sharing with y’all today will serve as a nice pick me up for you. I read and reread this quote many times and could not decide if it was a pick me up or if it was a negative, but when I read it again last night I think there is a lot of positive to it!
I will share with y’all why I think there is more positive than negative to this quote. Unfortunately, we will all be faced with disappointment in life at some point, but that does not mean we should give up our hopes for happiness. If we allow for the disappointments in life to control us and ruin our life, we will never know what true joy it. Yes, holding onto hope when we are disappointed a lot isn’t easy, but we should still NEVER give up because good things are coming our way!
I want to thank you for visiting my site today. I really appreciate you always being understanding to me always being behind, but you know that I will get caught up because the blogging community is absolutely amazing! I hope you have a truly lovely day and your weekend will be full of nothing but joys and happiness! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love
, comfort and many positive vibes!
Always, Alyssa
Happy Thursday 🧚🏻♀️

I am always behind on posting what I write. I have many blogs posts written I wanted to post a month ago. Now they are sitting in my drafts. I am the type of person who sees the negative in everything rather than happiness. Seeing the positive is something I need to work on

I totally understand! I have so many things I want to write about and start it, but then finish later. I think being behind is just the norm now! Honestly, sometimes it is just easier to see the negative because seeing the positive takes a lot of effort. If there is ever anything I can do to help you see the positive, don’t hesitate to reach out to me!

It just means if we have writers block, we have plenty of drafts to posts. Thank you

Alyssa, I love the quote that you put up. I think it is even better that after first reading it a person has to go back and read it again. Really think about what it’s saying and how it relates to their life. Happy Thursday and congratulations on the new job, don’t stay up so late!

It’s unfortunate but we will all face disappointment from time to time. Yes it is discouraging but it’s also important to know there’s always hope. You’re right Alyssa giving up isn’t an option. If we’re not happy with the way things are going in our lives and we’re disappointed time and time again we are the only one that can change it. We all deserve the best life possible. I totally understand how exhausted you are. You work 5 days a week, up early, work hard both at work and home. Who wouldn’t be tired? If anyone could question why you’re exhausted let them walk in your shoes for 1 day or 1 week and then ask why? Nobody should have to justify that. Thank you for your pick me up message. I know I needed it. Keep up the good work. All my Love & Support, Mom!!
