Motivational Monday!

live laugh love mondaGood morning y’all! I hope you had a great weekend and were able to do anything you wanted to do! I actually had a pretty good weekend and was able to catch up on some rest I had missed out on. Honestly, on Sunday I didn’t even leave the house which was great because it was a nasty rainy day. Y’all probably already know that I was even able to finish the posts ICfIvOxFXEAA18E_ had been working on about Domestic Violence Awareness and Breast Cancer Awareness, so I feel like I accomplished something important.

Are you ready to start this week off? Considering I work this weekend, I guess I am as ready as I am going to be. The weeks that I work the weekends are a bit of a struggle for me, but I always somehow get through them. I found a what I think to be a great quote to get us all motivated for the week ahead and I do hope you will as well. greatest glory

The reason I love this quote is because when I get incredibly 💤 fatigued 💤 because of work, I still tend to feel like I should be able do all that life asks me to. I do get a little down on vChK6pTy3vN3KbYZ7UU7k3-320-80myself when I damn near crash and burn, but I do always get back up again! I do look forward to reading your thoughts on this quote and I will respond as quickly as I can.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month

1954290October is breast cancer awareness month and is very important for all of us to not only recognize, but pay close attention to. It is important to know that 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. I am sorry, I know this post is going to be rather long, but at the same time everything I am sharing with y’all is valuable information that could potentially help many.

Cancer is a broad term for a class of diseases that is characterized by abnormal cells growing and invading healthy cells in the body. Breast cancer starts in the cells of the breasts as a group of cancer cells that have spread to surrounding tissues or metastasized to other areas of the body. Cancer begins in the cells, breast cancer awareness month which are considered to be the basic building blocks making up tissue. The process of cell growth can go wrong and new cells form when the body really doesn’t need them and old damaged cells do not die. This process causes a buildup of cells causing a mass of tissues, known as a lump, growth, or a tumor. Breast cancer occurs when malignant tumors develop in the breast. Cancer cell cells spread by breaking away from the original tumor and enter into the blood or lymph vessels, which branch into tissues throughout the entire body.

Number-Check-1There are myths that caffeine, deodorant, antiperspirants, microwaves, cell phones, wearing underwire bras, implants, and plastic food serving items cause cancer. The truth is the causes or breast cancer is still unknown.

Women that have certain of the risk factors I will share with y’all are more likely to develop breast cancer than women with none of these risk factors. The following are known to be risk factors:

  • Even though breast cancer can affect men, it does occur 100 times more often in women.
  • Two of our three women with invasive breast cancer are diagnosed after the age of 55.
  • Occurs more often in Caucasian women than any other race.
  • Genetic factors of if a mother, sister, father, or child has been diagnosed with breast or ovarian cancer, the risk are higher.
  • Risks increase if a relative was diagnosed before age 50.
  • If you are diagnosed with breast cancer in one breast, there is an increased risk the other breast will developed cancer in the future.Together-We-Fight-Feature
  • Risk for breast cancer increases if abnormal breast cells have been previously detected, such as an atypical hyperplasia, Lobular Carcinoma in Situ (LCIS), or Ductal Carcinoma in Situ (DCIS).
  • Early menstruation (before age 12), late menopause (after 55), having your first child at an older age, or never having given birth at all.
  • Genome changes which is mutation in certain genes such as BRCA1, which is a human tumor suppressor gene and is responsible for repairing DNA. Or BRCA2, which is a gene chromosome 13 that normally helps suppress cell growth. A person that inherits gene mutation in a BCRA2 gene has a higher risk for breast, ovarian, prostate, or other types of cancer.
  • Dense breast tissue can increase the risks of breast cancer because it makes detection rfa-web-imageof lumps difficult. Many states have passed laws that require physicians to disclose to the patient if their mammogram shows they have dense breast and share what the risks are.

In addition to unavoidable risks, there are several avoidable risks for chances of breast cancer.

  • Lack of physical activity. Living a sedentary lifestyle can be quite unhealthy causing numerous other issues besides for a higher risk of developing breast cancer.
  • Poor diet that is high in saturated fats and a lack of fruits and vegetables.
  • Being overweight or being obese and already going through menopause.
  • Frequent consumption of alcohol. Basically, the more alcohol you consume, theBreast Cancer- Signs greater your risks are.
  • Radiation to the chest before age 30.
  • Combined hormone replacement therapy, which is prescribed for menopause increases the risk that when cancer is detected, it will be a more advantaged stage.

60-70% of women with breast cancer actually have no connection to any of these risk factors, but still 30-40% of women do have some connection to the known risk factors.

Signs & Symptoms of breast cancer:

Most with breast cancer symptoms will initially notice one of two symptoms, which do not automatically mean you have breast cancer.

  • While doing monthly self-breast exams, you will be able to notice any changes which should definitely be discussed with your physician.
  • Changes in how the breast and nipples feel:
  • Nipple tenderness or a lump in or near breast or underarm area.
  • Changes in the skin texture or enlargement of the pores in the skin. Some have described this as feeling like an orange peel.
  • Even though not all lumps are cancerous, it is still vital to discuss any new lumps or Breast-cancer-symptoms-e1546615295304changes to existing lumps with your physician.
  • Changes in appearance of the breast or nipple:
  • Any unexplainable size or shape of the breast.
  • Dimpling anywhere on the breast.
  • Unexplainable swelling to the breast, especially if it’s only one side.
  • Even though it is common for women to have one breast slightly larger than the other, if the change onset is recent, it should be discussed with a professional.
  • Nipple is turned slightly inward or inverted.
  • Breast, areola, or nipple skin becomes scaly, red, swollen, has ridges, or pitting resampling the skin to be orange.
  • Any discharged, whether clear, bloody, or milky should be discussed with your physician.

After it has been determined a person has a malignant tumor or diagnosed with breast cancer, the healthcare team will communicate the staging and how far the disease has already progressed.

Stages of breast cancer

Your healthcare professional will determine the size of tumor/abnormal cells and whether or not those cells are contained to the place of origin. The most common form of breast stage-0-dcis-819x1024cancer is Ductal Carcinoma In Situ (DCIS) which indicates the cancer cell growth starts in the milk ducts.

Stage 0 cancers are referred to as “Carcinoma In Situ”. Just to clarify a little of the term, “Carcinoma” means cancer and “In Situ” means in original place. The three types of “In Situ Carcinomas” of the breast tissue are:

  1. Ductal Carcinoma In Situ (DCIS) is a non-invasive cancer when abnormal cells were found in the lining of the breast milk ducts. This is a very early stage of cancer that is very treatable, however if left untreated or undetected it can spread into surrounding breast tissue.
  2. Lobular Carcinoma In Situ (LCIS) is generally not even considered to be cancer. It is really describing a growth of abnormal, but non-invasive cells form in the lobules. Even though according to experts this isn’t considered to be cancer, it may indicate a woman has an increased risk of developing breast cancer at some point.
  3. Paget- Disease of the nipple.

stage-1-breast-cancer-894x1024Stage 1 in breast cancer means that cancer is evident, but is contained to the area where first abnormal cells developed. Breast cancer being discovered in the early stage is actually good because it can be treated very effectively. Stage 1 can be divided into 2 categories which are Stage 1A and Stage 1B.

Stage 1A indicates the tumor is smaller than the size of a peanut and has not spread into the lymph nodes.

Stage 1B means either lymph nodes have evidence of cancer with small clusters of cells between approximately the size of a pinprick to the width of a grain of rice. OR NO tumor was actually found TO the tumor size is smaller than a peanut.

Stage 2 cancer means that even though the breast cancer is continuing to grow, it is still stage-2a-invasivecontained in the breast or the growth has only extended to the nearby lymph nodes. This stage is divided into two groups, Stage 2A and Stage 2B that are determined by the size of the tumor and if the cancer has spread to the lymph nodes.

Stage 2A describes both NO tumor was found and less than four auxiliary lymph nodes have cancer cells present. OR the tumor is small, less than 2 centimeters and less than four auxiliary lymph nodes have cancer cells present. OR the tumor is between 2 and 5 centimeters and has not spread to the lymph nodes.

stage-2B-invasive Stage 2B means with the tumor is between 2 and 5 centimeters and has spread to less than 4 auxiliary lymph nodes. OR the tumor has not spread to any auxiliary lymph nodes and is larger than 5 centimeters.

Stage 3 cancer the breast cancer has spread beyond the immediate region of the tumor and has possibly invaded nearby lymph nodes and muscles, however the cancer has not spread to organ. Even though this stage is viewed as advanced, there are still many effective stage-3-invasivetreatments. Just like with the other stages of breast cancer, stage 3 is divided into three groups, Stage 3A, Stage 3B, and Stage 3C. These groups are determined by the size of the tumor and if the cancer has spread to the lymph node and surrounding tissue.

Stage 3A breast cancer will include one of the following descriptions:

  • stage-3A-invasive-870x1024There is no tumor associated with cancerous cells OR the tumor can be any size. Also as many as 9 nearby lymph nodes contain cancer.
  • The tumor is larger than the size of a small lime being more than 5 centimeter. In addition, small clusters approximately from .2mm to 2 mm of breast cancer cells are found in the lymph nodes.
  • Tumor size is over 5 centimeters and cancer has spread to 1-3 lymph nodes, either under the arm or near the breastbone.

Stage 3B breast cancer indicates the tumor is any size. At this point though, the cancer hasstage-3B-invasive invaded either the chest wall or breast skin with evidence of swelling, inflammation, or ulcers. It is also possible the breast cancer has seized up to 9 nearby lymph nodes.

Stage 3C breast cancer will indicate one of the following explanations

  • Like with inflammatory breast cancer, no tumor is found. OR the tumor may be any size. The cancer also has penetrated the stage-3C-invasive-840x1024chest wall or breast skin and invaded 10 or more lymph nodes under the arm.
  • NO tumor is present in the breast. OR tumor is any size, but also lymph nodes that extended to the collarbone area are found to contain cancer.

This stage may be inoperable, but it is still treatable!

Stage 4 breast cancer does indicate cancer has spread to other areas of the body, including brain, bones, lung, and the liver.

Even though Stage 4 breast cancer is stage-4-invasivethought to be incurable, there are still many advances that provide better research for treatments. Women can live longer by treating this disease like you would treat any other chronic illness.

Lastly, I want to discuss the how breast cancer is diagnosed. Breast cancer can be diagnosed through several different tests, including a mammogram, ultrasound, MRI, and a biopsy.

A mammogram is an x-ray of the breast. Screening mammograms are used to detect diagnostic-mammogrambreast cancer in women with not apparent symptoms. Diagnostic mammograms are used after there have been suspicious results on a screening mammogram or signs of breast cancer alert your physician.

There are differences been a typical screening mammogram and a diagnostic mammogram. A diagnostic mammogram takes larger because there are more x-rays taken from multiple different views. This also allows the radiologists administrating the test to zoom in on areas where there are suspicions of additional abnormalities. This type of mammogram can also locate tumors that are too small to feel. The diagnostic mammogram may also find Ductal Carcinoma In Situ, which are abnormal cells in the lining of the breast duct that can become invasive cancer in some women.ultrasound-diagnosing-lump

A breast ultrasound is a scan using penetrating sound waves not heard by humans and do not affect or damage the tissue. During the ultrasound the breast tissue will deflect the waves causing echoes. A computer then will use the echoes to create pictures of what is going on inside the tissue.

The MRI is important to get a variety of pictures and perspectives during the diagnostic examination. The MRI can provide access to the extent of the disease. While going through a MRI-1024x320breast MRI, a magnet that is connected to a computer transmits magnetic energy and radio waves through the breast tissue. The MRI creates detailed pictures of areas within the breast providing images to help a medical professional differentiate between normal and diseased tissue.

A biopsy removes tissues or sometimes fluid from the suspected area. Cells that are types-of-biopsies-702x1024removed are examined under a microscope and further tested for presence of breast cancer. A biopsy is the only diagnostic procedure that can determine if the suspected areas are cancerous. The good news about this is, 80% of women that have a biopsy done do not have cancer!

I hope you have had a great weekend. I want to thank you for visiting my site today and again I am sorry this was SO long. I used pink for this post because that is the color for breast cancer awareness. There is just so much information to share about breast cancer considering it does affect so many people’s lives. I hope this did give you information that was helpful and I do look forward to reading your comments. Domestic Violence Awareness Month

Domestic Violence AwarenessWhat is now is now known as Domestic Awareness Month, originally started in October 1981 by being one single day called “Day of Unity” conceived by the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Sadly, most people think domestic violence affects only women, but the truth is it affects millions of people both male and female of any race, religion, culture, or status.

I am sure y’all already know what is considered domestic violence, but I am going to dig aGraphic_DVAM-cloud-CCADV little deeper into this for you. Although domestic violence is largely due to hitting, there are other factors that can be considered domestic violence as well. Yelling, humiliation, stalking, manipulation, coercion, threatening, isolation, stealing a paycheck, keeping tabs online, non-stop texting, constant use of the silent treatment and name calling are also considered domestic violence.

October is DVMThe US Department of Justice estimates 1.3 million women and 835,000 men are victims of physical violence by a partner each year. Nearly 3 out of 4 Americans personally know someone who either is or has been a victim of domestic violence. Every 9 seconds a woman in the United States is either beaten or assaulted by a current or ex significant other. While the numbers of woman that face domestic violence situations yearly are very high, 1 in 4 men will also be a victim of some form of physical violence.

The sad and horrifying statistics of deaths due to domestic violence yearly is absolutely mind-blowing. Let me break it down for y’all a little more, so you can see the numbers in domestic-violence-awareness-tshirt-2010comparison to another tragedy and why this is such a huge problem that cannot be overlooked. Between 2001 and 2012, the number of innocent lives in US Troops that were killed in combat in Afghanistan and Iraq was 6,488. The sheer amount of needless deaths of someone who thinks they are doing what is right for their country is terrible, right? According to the Huffington Post, during the same time line between 2001 and 2012, the number of women that were murdered by a male partner was almost doubled at 11,766 deaths. Stats also have stated 5% of male homicide victims are killed by an intimate partner.

vawa_origThe  Violence Against Women Act 💜 legislation was led by former Senator Joe Biden and signed into law by president Bill Clinton in September 1994. This law combined with new provisions held offenders accountable for their crimes and provided programs to serve the victims. Over the years since this law was first introduced it has only continued to improve and expanded. The law was modified in 2000 to create much needed legal assistance programs for the victims and also included responses to dating violence and stalking. In 2015 the law was improvised again to create new holistic response programs to meet the needs of survivors and communities, such as prevention, stop-violence-against-womenlandmark housing protection, and funding for rape crisis centers. Continuing to help more people, in 2013 the law was enhanced to access safety and justice for Native Americans and LGBTQ survivors. March 7, 2019 a Bipartisan bill to renew and improve the law was introduced and passed in the US House of Representatives to ensure survivors have access to lifesaving protections and services. Over the past 25 years this law has only broadened and improved protecting more individuals that face domestic violence. I cannot say with 100% certainty, but if we continue to build on this law maybe someday there will be no person that goes through these awful situations.

I think that instead of being criticized for staying in an abusive relationship, we should have empathy and try to understand the reasons. There are several reasons why a woman showimage.272142816_std-1will stay in an abusive relationship, even though she knows she should leave.

  1. Self-esteem was completely destroyed leaving them to feel useless and unlovable.
  2. There is a cycle to the abuse. What can be referred to as the honeymoon phase that follows the physical and or mental abuse can be very confusing. This phase makes the victim believe their partner actually loves them and is sorry for what occurred and listens when they are told it will never happen again. I find it so frustrating when someone says, “It will never happen again” because unfortunately it normally does happen again.654960404
  3. There is a danger in leaving the abuser. Women are 70 times more likely to be killed in the weeks that follow them leaving their abuser than any other time in the abusive relationship.
  4. The victim in the situation feels that they are personally responsible for their partner’s behavior. The victim will believe their abuser that everything that goes wrong in the relationship is their fault.
  5. Share a life together which may include marriage, children, home, pets, and finances making the victim feel they cannot leave because they do not have any other options and tend to feel trapped.

Some people do not know if they are in an abusive relationship, so instead of leaving they domestic-violence-awareness-monthquestion themselves and may even start to believe they are overreacting because the person they love would never intentionally hurt them. Below are just a few ways to know if you or someone you know is in an abusive relationship and needs to start making plans to leave.

  1. Your partner hits, beats, or tries to strangle you.
  2. Your partner is possessive. With this your partner will constantly check up on you and get angry if you do not do exactly what they tell you to do.
  3. Your partner is overly jealous. Small amounts of jealously is rather normal and even healthy, but if your partner is always accusing you of being unfaithful and or isolates you from your family and friends, their jealousy has gone way too far and is now very unhealthy.
  4. Your partner puts you down by attacking your looks, intelligence, mental health, and or your capabilities. Your partner may even blame you for their violent eruptions and tell you no one else would want you if you leave, but you are actually lucky to have them. This is a control mechanism that many believe to be true.photo for web page
  5. Your partner starts to threaten you and or your family and friends. You have already seen what your partner is capable of at this point, so that would cause worry for the safety of yourself and those important to you.
  6. Your partner physically or sexually abuses you. This means if they EVER push, shove, hit or make you have sex with them when you do not want to, even if this does not happen all the time, you are being abused. It does not matter if you have been in a relationship for a day, month, or years, you can still say NO to having sexual relations with them.

If you or someone you know is in an abusive relationship, there is help and you are not alone. There is a lot of help available to get yourself or someone you know to a safe place. I NDMVHotlineFbkam going to share a few numbers where there are anonymous lines you can call for help!

Thank you for visiting my site today and reading about Domestic Violence. I do sincerely hope this is something you never have to deal with, but if you do end up in this situation, speak to someone you trust. It is extremely heartbreaking for me to know how many havedomestic_violence experienced domestic violence in their lifetime. This is something I have witnessed in my younger days and know how hard it is. Admitting what is going on and reaching out for help is the first step.

Let It Go Friday!

Let the weekend beginHappy Friday y’all! I hope you have had a good week and your weekend is filled with nothing but joy! Sometimes things happen in our lives that create sadness, frustration, and, disappointments, but none of us deserve to feel this way. It isn’t always easy to do, but there just comes a time we need to let go of those negative emotions.

This past week has created way too many negative emotions that maybe I do not know how to handle, but I am making the conscious decision to not allow these feelings to control my future. I know how crazy thislet-go might sound, but there are songs that ease my mind. When I feel completely fed up with life, one song that helps me is “Down South” by The Radical Somethings. I am going to attempt to attach a YouTube video for this song!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BX4KhF2Zdz4

The quote I have found to really explain how I feel, I hope you will enjoy. It might give a better understanding of how I am trying to handle the struggles that life puts on me.let go 17

Pick Me Up Thursday!

132811-It-s-Almost-FridayGood morning y’all and Happy Friday Eve! I hope your week has been very pleasant and you are feeling well. I think most of us tend to push ourselves beyond what are limits are, I know I sure do. It has been said that adults need between 7 and 9 hours of sleep each night, but do many people actually get this? I know that I do not normally get anywhere near 7 hours of sleep most nights, but more like 5 hours. Honestly, I do start to notice a little change in my memory and normal daily functions towards the end of the week. On a normal day my memory isn’t perfect, but after 3 to 5 nights of only getting 5 hours of sleep my memory pilpurrs-day-happy-friday-eve-lovely-friends-we-_3-you-6662413gets a lot worse!

Thankfully we are almost at the end of the week and can start to look forward to the weekend ahead of us! I am happy to say that I do not work this weekend and pretty much do not have any  plans at all!

I have been working on 3 posts that I am really looking forward to and should be able to finish them by Sunday. I will give you a little preview of what I am working on. October is both Domestic Violence Awareness and Breast Cancer Awareness month and I am going to be sharing some very valuable and important information about both. I also plan to complete my post about sleep and  what is and isn’t healthy about are sleep patterns.

I found the quote I am sharing with y’all today a few weeks ago, but I was waiting for the right time to share it. I hope you will find this quote to be a nice pick me up and it will get you through one more day of the week!your not going to master

Thank you so much for stopping by my site today!  I am really looking forward to reading what you think about the quote I have shared with you today. Not only do I promise to respond to your comment and get a little more caught up on things in the blogging community as soon as I possibly can. I appreciate you having patience with me as I try catching up on things in the blogging community. I hope you have a wonderful day and you are feeling the best you can. Motivational Monday!

0e4599cc55a2fec5a47315b3f4beaf12Good morning and happy Monday y’all! I hope y’all had a lovely weekend and you are ready to start a new week! My weekend was pretty much non-existent because I had to work, which was very busy and frustrating. Between Friday and Sunday afternoon I don’t think I have ever been yelled at so many times for things I have absolutely NO control over and sure as hell didn’t cause! However, even after being yelled at many times, I understand why the residents were as frustrated as they were and I would have been just angry!

I am ready as ever to start this new week off great and with a positive frame of mind. I do believe that thinking of all the negative that can and probably does happen in life will only ruin any great times that occur in between. I discovered a quote that I think is really quite fabulous and I do hope you will as well! stand alone

I am the type of person that would rather stand all alone rather than join a crowd of others that believe a lot different than I do. I have my own beliefs in all aspects of life including politics, religion, life choices, how to handle difficult situations and many more and I can respect other’s thoughts. Standing alone holding onto your own beliefs isn’t easy, but it does make you a stronger person that doesn’t sell your soul just to fit in. fitting-in.jpg

First, I want to thank y’all for stopping by my site today. I do always appreciate your continued support and excellent comments. I missed my Motivational Monday post last week because I was on vacation, but it feels good to be back on track! I hope you have a wonderful start to the week and your week only gets better moving forward. Please know that no matter what I might deal with, I am always sending y’all LOTS of love ❤, comfort, and positive vibes!

Been a while

Featured

Catching-Up-and-My-Favorite-ThingsWOW, it feels like it has been forever since I did anything in the blogging community! While I was on my much needed vacation with my husband last week, I took a short break from doing anything involving a computer. The two of us went to my happy place, the BEACH, not only to celebrate my birthday, but also our 8 year wedding anniversary ❤. We had an amazing time together and had absolutely beautiful weather! It was so great being far away from the stresses of work and be able to just sit back listening to the ocean waves! I honestly find the sight and sounds of the ocean 🌊, while reading a great book to be the best way to relax and refresh!

I am very far behind on reading all of your posts, which I already know are fantastic. its-been-a-whileUnfortunately, I do have to work the weekend so I can’t say I will be able to catch up, but I will still try.

Considering I have been away for almost 2 weeks now, how have y’all been doing? I hope you are feeling well and your month has started off great! October is beautiful and my favorite month, which I am not just saying that because it is the month I was married in. I have always enjoyed the change in weather during October. Normally it isn’t too hot and not that cold, it is just right! Sounds kind of like Goldilocks and the Three Bears, but yet so true! Of course the southern states are not always on the same page with my thought process and it was in the high 90’s ☀ for the first week of October, but thankfully over the weekend the temperatures are going to drop! It is crazy though because when I say the temperatures are going to drop, I mean drop more than 20 degrees in one day!

Like I already stated, my husband and I had a wonderful vacation. Of course it wasn’t long c620x376enough and it was painful to return to work. The insane thing is we didn’t get home until the early morning hours and I had to work that day. I was so exhausted; nothing bothered me at all because my mind was still at the beach and maybe I was half asleep still. Of course things not bothering me only lasted half a day and I will tell you more about this later. My boss is still the same idiot he has always been!

For my birthday we had a lovely dinner at a restaurant that was oceanfront 🌊! vacation and celebrationConsidering we were at the beach during the off season it wasn’t overly crowded, which was great! Thankfully my husband did not tell the waitress it was my birthday, so I didn’t have to deal with the wait staff singing happy birthday to me and embarrassing me. I do not like to be center of attention and would prefer to go unnoticed!

The day after my birthday we went to another oceanfront restaurant to celebrate our 8 year wedding anniversary ❤! Back to back celebrations were nice and peaceful! It is so hard to believe we have already been married for 8 years ❤, I mean where does the time go? I still remember the day my husband proposed like it was yesterday and that was 9 years ago!

Sunrise at the beachI don’t know about you, but before last week there were times I was awake at sunrise, but never actually watched the sunrise. Standing out on the beach in the early morning hours watching the sun come up was a beautiful sight and pretty powerful! It really is amazing to watch as the sun slowly makes its way up to shine light on us all around the world! To think the sun I watched come up will also be seen on the other side of the world at some point.

The weather was so clear we were even able to watch the sunset! The sun sets slowly over sunset at the beachthe horizons and it is quite magical, especially near the ocean! Of course I do think everything is magical and hypnotizing when I am at the beach!

I hope y’all have a wonderful weekend and you are able to enjoy every moment of it. I will be back to my normal routine next week and maybe even some extra surprises. I want to thank you for stopping by my site today and please know that I always appreciate your comments. Please never forget that no matter how busy I am, I am always sending y’all LOTS of love ❤, comfort, and many positive vibes!
