Good morning y’all! I hope you had a great weekend and were able to do anything you wanted to do! I actually had a pretty good weekend and was able to catch up on some rest I had missed out on. Honestly, on Sunday I didn’t even leave the house which was great because it was a nasty rainy day. Y’all probably already know that I was even able to finish the posts I
had been working on about Domestic Violence Awareness and Breast Cancer Awareness, so I feel like I accomplished something important.
Are you ready to start this week off? Considering I work this weekend, I guess I am as ready as I am going to be. The weeks that I work the weekends are a bit of a struggle for me, but I always somehow get through them. I found a what I think to be a great quote to get us all motivated for the week ahead and I do hope you will as well.
The reason I love this quote is because when I get incredibly fatigued
because of work, I still tend to feel like I should be able do all that life asks me to. I do get a little down on
myself when I damn near crash and burn, but I do always get back up again! I do look forward to reading your thoughts on this quote and I will respond as quickly as I can.
Thank you so much for visiting my site today. I hope your week starts off great and continues to get even better. Please know that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love , comfort, and many positive vibes!
Always, Alyssa
Happy Monday!

Love that quote. Our failures don’t define us. It is what we do after we fail (fall) that defines us.
Happy Monday. Hope you have a wonderful week.

Thank you so much!!! I completely agree with you. What we think is a failure, makes us stronger. Or shall I say what we do after the thoughts of failure!

I am glad you had a long weekend and hope you enjoyed it! My office was open yesterday, which wasn’t all that great. I guess at least I did have the weekend off!

Thank you Wendi! Unfortunately it is only Tuesday and the first 2 days of the week were rather irritating. I guess it might be because I had a terrible migraine yesterday, but it’s over now. I hope your week started off great!!!

Yes, migraines are the worst thing to have.. Living with MS for as long as I have, I am good at dealing with pain. The pain migraines cause knocks me down! I work the weekend, so my week will be long. I am taking a day off this week unpaid because I can’t work 7-9 days in a row!

good for you for taking a day off this week! yes, mirgaines are so horrible and I feel your pain as I have been living with them for decades and there are days it all just becomes too much and you need to take a break! I hope your day off brings you needed peace……

Thank you Wendi! I too have dealt with migraines for decades and they are so miserable! I swear I wouldn’t wish a migraine on my worst enemy! I am glad I decided to take tomorrow off, even though it is without pay, I decided that my health is way more important!

I hope you have a great week. I do love the quote. Unfortunately we will all fall at one time or another and that’s ok. It’s all about what we do when that happens. Sometimes it would be easier to stay there. But think what our life would be like if we just gave up. We would miss out on all the blessings God has for us. It takes a strong person to get back up and try harder to reach the goals we have for ourselves. Life is like a roller coaster with all the ups and downs. That’s what keeps us from giving up. We know in our hearts we have what it takes to succeed and be the best we can be. Have faith in yourselves. You got this. All my Love & Support, Mom!!

Thank you! I tend to believe that what we might view as a failure really makes stronger! Another one of my followers made a great comment saying it isn’t the fail that defines us, it is what we do afterwards. I completely agree with this. Some might just give up and let things go the way they are , which isn’t the way to handle bad times. Everyone does fall at times, but we all need to just dust ourselves off and try again and again, until we get it right!!

I love this Motivational Monday post.
We might keep falling, but we need to focus on the getting back up.
