Let It Go Friday!

just breathHappy Friday y’all!! I hope you had a lovely week and you are looking forward to a weekend doing only brings you joy! I do believe after the long weeks many of us have, we deserve to take a break from the insanity the week had brought us. Let us use TODAY as a day to just let go of anything unpleasant that we encountered during the week.

Even though the quote I am sharing with y’all today is simple, it also holds so much real truth and meaning to it! If after a long and very exhausting week, we allowed everything that was negative to consume us, that negativity will end up controlling our lives and we just can’t allow that to happen!bf37d6f87e0e71d2c672b77d6aff6f36

Our lives are short and allowing anything, no matter how minor it might be to control us, just takes the pure joy from our life. We never know what tomorrow holds and anything canimages (1) happen. Not only do I enjoy letting go of the negative, but with our life being short there is no time for negative and unnecessary emotions. I actually refuse to ever go to bed angry and I will never leave the house without telling my husband I love him. As grim as this will sound, there is always a chance  do not make it home safely.

Thank you for stopping by my site today. Not only do I hope this quote resonates with you, but I also hope you have a fabulous and calm Friday! The good news is, we made it through another week and we can now enjoy the much needed weekend! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of  love ❤, comfort, and many positive vibes!

  1. Great quotes!! And I love how you refuse to go to bed angry!! I’m envious that you have such a great husband!! Does he have any brothers? (Wink, wink.) Here’s to a great weekend!!

    • I am so glad you enjoyed the quote! I just think going to bed angry will cause sleep to be haunted by the anger. I also refuse to leave the house without saying “I love you” because what if something horrible happens. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have any brothers to fix you up with, but I would if he did!

    • I am so glad you enjoyed the quote. It isn’t an easy thing to not focus on the negative in this world, but it is worth trying. This may sound crazy but I do think sometimes a good cry is therapeutic as long as you do see the good in life after the tears end.
