Motivational Monday!

monday 1Good morning y’all! I hope your weekend was very pleasant and hopefully you enjoy the holiday as well! Long weekends are always very refreshing and well-deserved. In a very unusual way, I actually managed to sleep in one of the days over the weekend! I never sleep late because I always think I have something that needs to be done. This is just my overly anxious and semi-uptight personality that stresses about everything. It was quite nice to not have a to-do list that needs to be done because I do not start my new job until Thursday!

Even though today is a holiday in the states, which means many of you have a long week, we still need something positive to start our week! The quote I am sharing is very optimistic and motivating or at least I think so! Life makes us stronger

I am looking forward to reading your thoughts on this quote because I know they will be just as amazing as you are! I do promise to respond to all comments as quickly as I possibly can. images (13)

Thank you for visiting my site today. I hope you have a wonderful start to this short week ahead of us. Sometimes the short weeks tend to feel a little longer, but I think it is just because we try to fit all the tasks we would typically do in a five day week into four days. In order to not cause ourselves unnecessary stress, it is just best to take things one at a time and only do what we can. If something does not get done, it isn’t the end of the world and will get done when the time allows for it. Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love ❤, comfort, and many positive vibes!

My signature heart

❤Always, Alyssa❤

  1. Yes, it is a lovely quote. I also have a long weekend because it’s Bank Holiday in the U.K.! I recently visited Normandy and looked into the history of the Americans in WW2. More specifically, the d-day landings. All very interesting stuff! Have a great weekend, Alyssa. ☺️

  2. That is a lovely quote and reminds me of the song with the line “whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” … you build up blocks in your lifetime, steeling yourself against the known and the unknown and you become stronger in the process. Enjoy that last few days of R&R Alyssa.
