Good morning y’all! I hope y’all have had a great week and I am wishing for a great weekend for you as well! I don’t know about you, but I am always incredibly thankful for the weekend to come because it allows for me to NOT wake up to an annoying and rude alarm clock. I must say though my older cat, Chloe, makes the sound of the alarm absolutely hilarious. Every night Chloe sleeps near my head, which ends up putting the little girl close to the alarm clock. When that awful sound goes off, it scares the daylights out of her and she hauls off running like a bat out of hell to get away from it! I know it is probably mean to laugh at her being scared, but it is the highlight to my morning! You would think she would remember what was going to happen and STOP sleeping near my head!
I came across a great quote for Pick-Me-Up Thursday and it kind of ties into things I have talked about before as I am sure you will see!
I will share with y’all why I LOVE this quote as much as I do, but definitely still want to know what you think of it. I have shared in previous posts that I feel strongly that EVERYONE should be treated equally and with respect! I have never been and
never will be the type of person that does not like a someone because of the color of their skin, ethnicity, sexual preference, religious beliefs or anything else many people are quick to pass judgments about. It is my firm belief that it is way more about how people treat others than anything else! I guess you can say that I am a proud advocate for equality!
It looks like my Pick-Me-Up Thursday was a mixture of a pick me up and 
another push for love and equality for all! Of course, I know y’all are already kind, loving and fair, so this it just something else we agree on!

She is so adorable! She loves being extremely close to me at all times. Honestly, she almost gets on my nerves because she ends up on my pillow with me!

I tend to sleep completely under the blankets, and Mr. Kitty will come and walk on my face and squash my nose down under the blanket and paw my face. Silly kitty!! Kitties are so great!!

O dear, I so love this blog. I do feel the same. If there is something that drives me around the bend, it is discrimination. Discrimination marginalize and make people lonely. Thank you and have a wonderful day. My weekend also started to day whoop whoop 😉

Our cat also sleeps on my wife’s ahead every night, but we don’t get the alarm clock routine! Sounds pretty funny. Have a wonderful Thursday.

Cats are absolutely wonderful! I still can’t understand why in the world Chloe continues to do it and gets so scared every time the alarm goes off! I hope you had a lovely Thursday!

We’d be a much happier world if there was no discrimination; unfortunately it will never happen. I am like you and don’t believe in hatred and discrimination. I grew up listening to my father rant and rave all the time – he was a racist. It someone was not German, he felt they were not worthy … amazing my mom and I passed muster, as she was not German and my German heritage was just because he was my father. I just don’t get it.

I agree with you that unfortunately racism will never end. It will never make sense to me. I think we are all humans with a beating heart and should be treated with kindness. Personally, the only way I will withdraw from being around a someone is if the way they behave towards others is with hate
