Friday Eve catGood morning y’all! I hope you have had a fabulous week and you are feeling just as wonderful as YOU are! Just think, we have made it through another week and the weekend is almost here.

This is my last weekend before Inew-job-blog-every-new-beginning.jpg start working a full-time job again. It sounds a little crazy that I am both excited and nervous, but I am sure the nerves will settle. I do hope this doesn’t sound too negative, but I am going into this new job with a positive attitude but with lower expectations. I guess after what I just went through, I feel that having low expectations is better than high expectations and will not cause me the same hurt I just felt with my previous employer. It’s better same that sorry and maybe I will be proven wrong, we  will see.

Y’all know that I like to share a pick-me-up Thursday quote to help us get through one last day of the week. It doesn’t really matter what kind of music 🎵 you enjoy, but when you feel overwhelmed just turn it up and turn it up loud!! I know when I am overwhelmed, which I have been a hqdefaultlot lately with all life throws my way, I just get lost in the music 🎶 and find so much peace within not just the lyrics but everything it evolves! 

I really hope you have a lovely day and your weekend will be filled with LOTS of joy! It doesn’t matter how much you do if anything at all, as long as whatever you do brings you the most happiness! I am pretty sure my weekend will be trying to relax some and also preparing for my new job, but I am also not making any plans considering my weekdays will be planned out from now on. I honestly can’t complain though because I like976093152169a3711862.jpg having a structured and well planned day as opposed to what I have been by not working. Who would have thought I would have such distaste to not getting up to go to work?

    The nervousess thing will pass one you enter the doors and meet people. Of course the first day is hard for everyone, but I have confidence in you!!!! 😘

    • I am going to try to relax some, but today I felt the need to clean. I probably shouldn’t have done that because I was already in LOTS of pain and now it is much worse. At least I have two more days! I will definitely keep y’all updated on the new job!

      • I took a really big break Alyssa – I had such a nice walk and took some pretty geese pictures that I didn’t get back to it (oops!). All is not lost though because who knows what it might be next weekend, or it rains this week. I could not pass up this beautiful sunny day. GOOD LUCK TOMORROW – I’LL BE THINKING OF YOU KIDDO!!!

        Thank you for the good luck wishes for tomorrow. There is a part of me that is a little nervous, but another part that is just anxious. I am sure it will work out! I do appreciate your kind words and the encouragement you are offering me!!!

      • I am wishing it was Saturday – that’s not very mature, but oh well. Yes weekends are something we need to recharge. You are welcome for the good wishes – you’ll do fine, but it is never easy starting a new job, no matter the criteria – it is a new experience that is guaranteed to cause at least a little angst. You’ll wow them for sure! 🙂

    • Thank you so much!! The new job definitely will serve it’s purpose, but probably not a life long dream job! The only thing I actually have to do this weekend will actually be a little fun. We are going to shop for appliances because we do not have a stove and the refrigerator is OLD. We are also going out to dinner, which we haven’t done in a really long time. We were actually going to do this today, but I am actually experiencing a lot of pain, which I think it weather related. Hopefully tomorrow will be a pain free day! I really appreciate your wonderful and encouraging words. You always bring SO much happiness to my life and for that, I thank you sweetie!!! xxxxx
