Pick-Me-Up-Thursday!

Friday EveGood morning y’all! I hope your week is going well and you are ready for the weekend! How are y’all feeling? I have had a lot of discussions about how things are going for me and I would really love to hear about you more. I don’t know about you, but I get tired of only talking about myself. Your lives matter to me as well!

The weeks are still feeling a little longer for me, so of course I do think an uplifting quote may be beneficial! I do try to share quotes that hold meaning for myself and hope they will do the same for you! I am looking forward to reading your thoughts about this quote!Rains it poursY’all know that I do my very best to spread as much positivity as I possibly can because I still think there is WAY too much hatred and negativity in the world. We all go through hard times in our life and sometimes those bad times come in waves, but once we get imagespast those times, there will be sunshine and happiness again! Going through hard and painful situations only makes us stronger and one day we will feel the strength we have within us!

I hope y’all have a great day and you are feeling the best you possibly can! It is so important to always take things one step at a be someones sunshinetime and not try to do too much. Good things come to those who wait or at least that is what I have been told. I really hope you are enjoying my Fellow Blogger Recognition posts and you are meeting new amazing people! Please never forget that I am always sending y’all LOTS of love  ❤, comfort and many positive vibes!

  1. Yes, it’s fun to read the blogger recognition posts! I’m trying to slow down and take one day at a time. Be positive in this change! The hubs and I are going through many changes. We are learning to weather the ups and downs that come with employment changes, being self employed, downsizing and prepping for selling our house. It is a lot! Worry does no good! Being present and positive each day… works. (Though not always attainable!😆) Great post! Happy Valentines Day sweet Alyssa. 💜

  3. You are so right. During the hard times we need to always remember we’re never alone. God gives us difficult situations to show us what we’re made of. We think we can’t get past a bad situation but we’re stronger and more resilient than we think. We all ourselves, why me? God has a plan and we can’t always see it but he’s right there by our side and when the time is right great things are waiting for us. It’s never in our time but his time because everything that happens in his time is perfect. You know that old saying, patience is a virtue. It’s difficult to be patient in difficult times but better things are coming. Hang in there and always know you’re never alone. All my Love & Support, Mom💜

    • In all honesty I think Valentine’s Day is just a Hallmark holiday to make money. I do not believe we need one special day to express our love for our significant other. My husband and I share our love for one another every day and do not need a special day for it! I am sorry it is a dreaded day for you, but seriously pay it no attention at all. It is just another day.

      • Yes, now it is only commercial rather than what its purpose formerly was. You should show affection to your partner everyday, just one day a year is unhealthy. I am glad you are happy 😊

      • It is so important to have family that understands our bad days. I am lucky because my husband is very supportive and understands my pain. Unfortunately, my husband deals with pain as well, so we are just a good pair! I wish you nothing but wellness and happiness! xx
