friday eve 1Good morning y’all! I hope you have had a nice week and you are feeling well today! This was a short week for me, but the short weeks always seem the longest for me. I know that probably sounds crazy. Y’all already know that I have been battling a nasty cough for well over a month now, but I am hoping this weekend will be a nice weekend without the cough!! 

Even though it was a short week by Thursday we all need a little boost to get through the final day or at least I know I do. I can tell you without hesitation, my week was absolutely crazy! Yesterday was a very trying day and pretty frustrating! The quote I am going to be sharing today means a lot and probably for obvious reasons. Life isn’t ever easy and things will always happen unexpectedly. The important thing for us all to try doing is find the lessons we can learn in all situations we face, they can truly enhance our lives for the better.

  5. Wonderful pick me up for me today from my rheumy. My Lupus count was 22 last year, it’s down to 11 now and she’s cutting my plaquenil to 1 a day. Great news on that score. But she doesn’t know why I am feeling soooo tired. I have no energy. You’re an inspiration. Wonder if I’m suffering from caffeine withdrawal? Thanks, Alyssa.

    • I am glad this was a good pick me up for you and hope your day went well! I am really happy that you received good news and hope that is all you ever get! I have lack of energy most of the time and I blame the weather, but who knows if that is true. How long have you been going without caffeine? I limit my caffeine intake to one coke a day and that is in the morning to get me started. I use coke as my coffee! Take care and keep smiling!

    • Thank you sweetie! It is amazing what a quote can mean to people and I think they are great!! Yesterday wasn’t a good day, but today was a little better. I am looking forward to the weekend to de-stress and enjoy life a little! My cough is trying to get better and just gets worse at night, but hopefully it will just disappear!
