Happy Friday EveGood morning y’all! I hope your week went well and I am sure you are looking forward to the weekend! Weekends are much better for me now, as I do not have to make the four-hour round trip back to handle things in our townhouse! I am finally able to spend weekends doing things that I want to do, not have to do!

Now that we only have one more day before the weekend arrives, we all need a little pick-me-up to make it through that one day! I hope you enjoy and find the quote I am sharing inspiring!   2. Liking your quote and the picture of your cat 😽it’s been two years now since we went to the Cats Protection League adopting a rescue cat who was seven years of age. He is also mainly black with splashing’s of white on his tummy, nose and paws. I’ve never owned a cat before but we thought it would be company for me with being at home now a lot of the time. I’ve never looked back adopting Finn was the best thing that happened to me after two years of hell!

    Now pondering the idea of getting a cat tattoo which will be my first and more than likely my last.

  6. Hurraaaaah, weekends finally where you can do what you want rather than having to handle all of that (let alone the travel!)
    I looooove that quote – I’m saving that to use as my wallpaper, or maybe print it off to put it up on my wall. Such a powerful reminder, especially when big things seem to hard it’s good to get perspective that a small, tiny step is enough but you do have to take it.

    • Thank you Caz! I am really glad you liked the quote. I agree with you, I think it can severe as a powerful reminder!
      I am so excited to have a weekend that I have nothing to do. We didn’t have to go anywhere last weekend, but my husband wasn’t feeling well. There is a park I want to go to near us because there are waterfalls. Hopefully we can go see that this weekend! Do you have anything planned for the weekend? Take care sweetie!!

      • Trying to catch up a little on boring things, then getting some more rest as my body isn’t happy at the moment. I hope your husband is feeling better now..? Fingers crossed things go well so you can get to that park, the idea of getting out in nature and seeing waterfalls sounds perfect! 🙂 xx

      • Thank you so much Caz! I think the weather will be sunny this weekend, but a little cold. Hopefully we can go to this park, but it isn’t going anywhere and we will get there someday. I have heard there is a large river running through the park and waterfalls, I bet it is gorgeous. Whenever we get there, I will take pictures and share them. I hope you are doing well and you have a great weekend!

  10. Again, love this quote Alyssa. And nice picture too of the person stepping on the tightrope. i think I am tiptoeing very slowly, taking one step at a time to achieve my dreams. it’s a great quote as are many of the ones you share. I’ll have to save this one in my folder too.
