The early morning Monday alarm clock can be quite annoying and very disturbing, but I guess it is the wake up call needed to get us started on a bright and beautiful new week!

When I look at what a complete and total disgrace the county I live in has become, it breaks my heart and rocks my faith in humanity to the core! I often wonder if all the 
destruction we see daily was built from pure evil, hatred and greed or is there something I am missing? When I look up to the sky it makes me just want to seize everyday on this earth because we only have one shot to make things right. Unfortunately, we are not able to rewind, fast-forward or pause in our lives, it’s all in real-time! I firmly believe that we all should live each day as if it were our last because we never know what could happen.

I try to avoid politics and news media because they have an agenda of spreading more doom to make us believe we are divided. If I look at the real people in this country and in this world, it reassures me we are much more alike than divided (as the news would have us think).

I definitely agree with you that the media is working hard to make us believe we are divided. My opinion is, we are all human beings with a heart and mind that should ever be altered. The truth is, I also avoid the news but my husband tends to watch it a lot. Even if I am not watching the news, I still hear everything that is going wrong. I trying to help him let go and not spend so much mental time on something he change
