So true. We are more than our illness and our minds are powerful things. So if we keep saying to ourselves “I’m sick” enough times we will eventually be defined by our conditions and allow our illnesses to take control of our body.

I love this, and the 8th August is Friendship Day. Then, on the 9th, Book Lovers Day and finally on the tenth Lazy Day! Haha, what a wonderful message this post presents though.
